It's here finally. I didn't think those bandits would make it through the woods." Fisricas said as the Harpies came into the view of the courtyard, carrying the Al with them.
The Harpies dropped the Al right before Fisricas, a small troll like creature who stood no more than 4 feet off the ground. Nevertheless with just one wave of his hand the troll was able to suppress the Al and make it docile and peaceful. It was a highly advanced spell he was given by his master to tame Dinosaurs specifically. It would only work a short while on the Tyrannosaurus Al however given its greater immunity to magics.
"Such a spectacular creature. I'm sure we'll be able to make something out of you."
Fisricas led the Tyrannosaurus Al through the castle doors and down the massive hall. The castle was beautiful and lavishly decorated. It was filled with all kinds of strange creatures dancing and celebrating, yet despite this, Tyresian insisted on living in the castle's mouldy and dingy crypt.
In truth Tyresian preferred living in squalor like many of the monstrosities in this forest, but at the same time he wanted his base of operations to seem somewhat more extravagant than those of the common monsters that wandered around these godforsaken woods to demonstrate his status as their king.
Most of the time however he never bothered upstairs and simply let his servants celebrate up there, though even they found it somewhat drab and uninspired.
The crowd all stopped at the sight of the Tyrannosaurus Al however, with one of the guests, a living statue asking if it could pet the Dinosaur, though Fisricas refused, scared that any form of contact might break the spell.
The Dinosaur was led down to the crypt where Tyresian was amusing himself with the ghost of a former enemy that he was twisting into various different kinds of monstrous forms.
"I can't decide which form would be best for him to terrorize the city of Dynamos?" The Witch King said with a perverse glee. As soon as Tyresian saw the Al however he halted his sadistic little game, for the time being.
"It's fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Look at it. Such power, I can feel the magic coursing through its veins from here. Just think what will happen when that magic is corrupted." The Witch king said with glee.
"I dare say once it's been altered it could take on the black Tyrannosaurus himself my lord."
"Of course it could." Tyresian said proudly.
"This will be my masterpiece don't you understand. My ultimate triumph over Dynamos to corrupt one of their favourite beasts into my pet. Get the pit ready."
The effects of the magic started to wear off and the Al became agitated, but Tyresian was able to calm it back down again.
"Don't worry, don't worry my little friend. You're going to be the king of this forest."
"Sisia please listen to me, there's still a part of you in there. Your soul. The Demon won't have got that yet. It's always the hardest part to transform. Any hack can rearrange a body. It's just molecules if you hold on now you'll."
Before Diassa could even finish Sisia grabbed one of the fleeing Scorisio and tore several of its organs out as the monster pitifully begged for mercy. Sisia then smeared them over her face and let out a hideous Demonic cackle before grabbing Jade by the neck.
Jade tried to fight back by using her own chains to repeatedly hit the Demon in the face. instead however the Demon tore the chains off her hand. As it prepared to do the same to her head, Jade stuck her hand straight into the monsters blue chest. She had no idea what that would accomplish, but there didn't seem to be any other weak spot in the monsters armor.
The Demon screamed in agony and Jade pushed her hand in deeper and deeper until the monster had to back away from the pain. Jade was also in tremendous agony, with her hand feeling as though it was being crushed, but she managed to hold out longer than Sisia. After the Demon collapsed however, Jade saw that her hand was glowing the same colour. She was still in agony, but her hand felt a lot stronger at least.
With her new found strength she ripped the chains off of both her and Diassa.
Meanwhile with Sisia having driven away most of the cowardly Scorisio, their planned meal, the Gyslox was able to break free, its strength now having completely returned. The monster however surprisingly didn't go after its former captors or even Diassa and Jade. Instead it headed down the main square.
"I guess he realised who he was dealing with." Jade said jokingly as she clutched her glowing hand in pain.
"It's going after the humans. According to the legends the Gyslox has an intense hatred of humans."
"Well it is a Demon."
"The Gyslox's hatred is beyond that of most other Demons. It will always head for them first, regardless of what other threats there are. We have to go now."
As Diassa prepared to use his magic to lift himself and Jade up, Jade's entire body suddenly began to glow blow for a few seconds. She struck Diassa with her tail and then wrapped it around him. Roaring and hissing with rage, she very nearly crushed the wizard before regaining her senses, after which her body, except for her hand stopped glowing.
"I'm sorry that, that thing did something to my hand. You need to help me."

Diassa tried casting several spells to offset the Demonic infection, but as this was a new type of Demon, none of his magic tricks worked.
"If we get back to the castle, then I'm sure there will be something I can whip up, but we have to save the others from that monster first."
"How are we going to do that."
"I have an idea. It's not a very good one."
"Yours never are?"
"Well this is bad even by my standards, but it might work, maybe, probably not, but at least we might take down our captors with us."
"Sounds good to me. What do you want me to do."
"Just cover me. I can't be disturbed."
The Gyslox Demon headed for the Scorisio's cage just as Diassa had predicted. All of the prisoners tried to push the door open, but it was no use. It was sealed with magic. The giant simply stared at the terrified humans for a few moments, or appeared to, it was hard to tell with the monsters eyeless face. One of its tentacles soon reached out between the bars and grabbed one of the human prisoners by the throat which began to turn them into a hideous yellow skinned monster. The transformation took less than a minute and the first thing they did was attack and kill one of the fellow prisoners by snapping her neck.
The others all tried to jump the monster at once, but the Gyslox spewed yellow puss all over the prisoners. It smelt so putrid and disgusting that Shelly was actually sick.
"I really hope that thing just eats us now." Mukinsa said as she wiped the disgusting yellow slime from her eyes. The Gyslox preferred its prey to be covered in the yellow slime as it made it taste better.
The giant ripped open the top of the cage with its tendrils, and scooped up two more of the prisoners in its jaws. The monster however despite having a devastatingly powerful bite chewed its victims slowly to prolong their torment.
The rest of the prisoners did their best to try and crawl out of the cage, but the Demon continued to attack. Kelina managed to knock the Demon off of its feet by ramming it, though it was more because the creature slipped on ironically the Gyslox's yellow slime that it went tumbling backwards, but still Kelina bought Shelly, who she insisted go first enough time to crawl over the top of the cage.
Mukinsa meanwhile in contrast had pushed her way past everyone else and was one of the first to crawl out of the cage. She had even pushed another prisoner into the way of the Demon.
Outside however the Gyslox's tendril like tentacles started to reach out and grab hold of all of the prisoners who had been the first to escape, except for Mukinsa, who true to form pushed one of the of the other prisoners in front of her.
As the Gyslox towered over the few surviving prisoners. Shelly could swear she heard the monster laughing.
Fortunately before it, or the Demons it had created could strike, the Scorisio started to fight back. Seizing their opportunity to attack their intended meal whilst the Gyslox was vulnerable, they stabbed several, glowing magical ropes with spikes on the end of them into the Gyslox's flesh.
The monster screamed in pain, as did all of the lesser Demons, whilst the prisoners took the opportunity to try and run.
As they reached the end of the nearest street however a large Dinosaur started to materialise. It was the black Tyrannosaurus.
The prisoners naturally fled, but fortunately the Dinosaur wasn't interested in them. Instead it went for the Gyslox. The Scorisio who were struggling to hold the giant Demon down all mostly fled at the sight of the Tyrannosaur, though it was still able to catch and swallow their leader in a single bite.
The Gyslox pulled itself back to face its new enemy and with a roar, seemed to command its lesser Demons to attack the Tyrannosaur. Two of the lesser Demons jumped onto the Tyrannosaurs head, whilst another two grabbed it by the legs pulling it head first to the ground. (There were 6 Demons in total, including the one in the cage.)
The two remaining Demons started to attack the Tyrannosaurs throat, whilst the Gyslox head for the Dinosaurs back to attempt to deliver a killer bite to the Dinosaurs back.
The Tyrannosaur managed to kick the two Demons away however and pulled itself back up with its powerful hind legs. The Dinosaur then devoured two of the Demons, and swatted two more away with its tail and crushed a third under its tail.
The final Demon ran away despite its masters commands only to be jumped by two more Scorisio who subdued the beast and dragged it away.
The Tyrannosaur and the Gyslox meanwhile faced one another down. Both weren't used to being confronted with a creature of a similar size, but both monsters soon overcame their fear and attacked one another.
The Gyslox bit into the Tyrannosaurus in the leg and pulled the Dinosaur off its feet, after which it then dragged the Dinosaur down the street. It then wrapped its tentacles around the Dinosaurs throat and started to choke it. The Tyrannosaurus however simply bit through the beasts tentacles and pulled its leg free from the Gyslox's mouth, before delivering a powerful kick to its face.
The Tyrannosaurus hoisted itself up, but the Gyslox this time wrapped itself around the Tyrannosaurs entire body like a snake and clamped its jaws around either side of the Dinosaurs head.
The Tyrannosaurus' legs however were still free and it ran head first into a nearby building, smashing it to pieces. The Gyslox held on however and clamped its jaws down even harder, but the Tyrannosaur kept smashing itself into the ruins of the once great city, until eventually the Dinosaur tripped up and fell head first into the ground.
The Gyslox, trapped under the weight of the Dinosaur let out a scream and tried to struggle free. The Tyrannosaur however started to push its body weight down on the Demonic snake, which in response delivered a flurry of bites to the Dinosaur. Eventually both creatures let go of one another. The Gyslox tried to slither away, but the Tyrannosaur went in for a bit, only to be assaulted by the Gyslox's tentacle. Though the Tyrannosaur bit several of the Demons tentacles off, there were so many of them furiously attacking the Dinosaur at once that it backed away and stumbled onto its back through another building.
The Gyslox turned round and headed for the Tyrannosaurus, but the Dinosaur was able to smack the Demon in the face with its massive tail, knocking two of its teeth out and sending it crashing into a building.
The Tyrannosaurus then hoisted itself back on its feet, but again the Gyslox was too quick and it managed to not only land a bite on the side of the monster, but also bombard it with constant hits from its tentacles. At first the Tyrannosaurus seemed to back away from the pain, and its legs even seemed to give way.
The Dinosaur however in desperation and fear (something it had never experienced) fought through the pain and bit through the Demons tentacles and landed a deep bite on the monsters side.
The two animals bit into one another as hard as they could, but the Tyrannosaurus' bite was several times harder than the Gyslox and in a matter of minutes it tore straight through the Demons bones. The Gyslox held on as long as it could, but eventually the Demon collapsed from the pain and the Dinosaur then delivered a flurry of furious bites to the Demon, ripping off massive chunks of flesh and bone.
The Tyrannosaurs wounds healed almost instantly as it tore its kill to pieces.
The prisoners meanwhile had fled to the very edge of the city. Shelly had wanted to stay and see who would win, but fortunately Kelina didn't indulge her.
When they reached the end of the city however they found the same problem. Something was holding them back.
"It doesn't make sense. How could that Dinosaur enter the city?" Kelina said in frustration.
As the prisoners tried to push hard against the invisible barrier, none of them noticed Sisia creeping up on them.
