Suddenly, my brain just blanked out. All I saw was darkness. Pure darkness. Instantaneously, I saw myself in my bedroom. The alarm clock was ringing, and I heard my mom yell, “Honey, it's time to go to school!” Everything in the last chapter was a dream? No, it couldn’t be, because I can’t control my dreams while I’m sleeping. I can’t, just can’t. Still, I’m not sure whether it was real or not. Let’s just hope this ends here. Today at school, we got to learn about the brain and how it works. This was a really disturbing topic for me because I acted like I was paranoid this morning. One of my friends, Rosen, likes the brain and how it works. I bet he knows more about it than the teachers in our school. So, I went and asked him, why does my dream feel like reality? And this is what he said, “Hey, I also had a dream last night and it felt like reality!” “What did it include?” I said eagerly, and he replied, “One big futuristic city! Nice ain't it?” “OH MY GOD!” I said surprisingly “What is it?” my friend said. “WE HAD THE EXACT SAME DREAM!” “WHAT? It's impossible for that to happen because everyone has seen different things in life than others,” he said. “Let's go ask some more people to see if they had the same exact dream as ours,” I said eagerly. I asked one of my classmates Michael, and he replied that he had the same dream. After asking more people, they had the same dream as us. This is the unthinkable. This is the impossible. But I guess it's time to go back to my dream.
I woke up with a bad stench smell, the worst stench actually, because I was covered up with the worst-smelling laundry. I immediately needed to shower, so I asked the hotel manager for a nice clean shower. He told me to deal with it and that I’ll get used to it. “Please, I need a shower! Please?” I said, acting sadly “Fine, you have to pay 100 per 30 seconds in the shower though.” “What!? 100 dollars every 30 seconds? Not possible mate, not possible.” “Fine, go ahead and do something without showering,” he said angrily. “I quit your job. You overprice everything!” I said angrily. “Fine, NOW GET OUT OF MY HOTEL!” “Gladly!” I said happily. It was night, and everything was… dark. Really dark. I don’t have this fear of ghosts, but it looked like there were ghosts there. I went to the town library to get some entertainment or something, and when I went into the library, it was the biggest I’d ever seen. At the front, it said, this library has over 3,000,000 books! Wow… After I got my books, I quickly sat at one of the tables and started to read them. After an hour or so, I fell asleep. And that’s when I woke up in reality. Ugh… it's been a long night. I felt like I didn’t sleep. Then I suddenly remembered about the thing of everyone having the same dream. As I went to school to clear my mind, I got an idea. I could ask a scientist about this, then I would get rich for this breakthrough discovery. I already started imagining myself in a huge pool and a mansion. But the problem was that no one would believe me, they would just think I’m a little bug on the ground. This is always the problem. Big guys like high schoolers or college graduates, will always think middle schoolers are noobs at stuff and they don’t know anything. Like they’re super smart. Suddenly, I got a weird thought, if I get a dream while I’m sleeping in reality, and if I get a dream while I’m sleeping in the dream. What dream would I have? Suddenly, it all made sense, reality is a dream of the dream!

So this means that there are 2 universes? Well, this is terrifying. But why is it only happening to me? Wait. Everyone had the same dream as me, so that means they’re in my dream! Tonight, my goal was to go into the other universe and find my friends and tell them about this. Because if I tell them in this universe, they won’t believe me. After that, I need to tell my discovery to the world! I woke up in the library, and guess what? I felt like I didn’t sleep the whole night. Ok, so the first objective, finding my friend Rosen. Suddenly something struck my mind, I didn’t look in the mirror once. I rushed to the mirror to see how I look like. And guess what? I looked different! That means my friends also look different! Also, ever since I came to the alternate universe, my mind has been trying to remember something, but I’m not sure. When I was walking in the streets of the mega-city, someone shouted, “HEY JACK! IT’S BEEN A LONG TIME, STOP WALKING FOR A SEC, I NEED A BREAK, I JUST RAN FROM SOMEONE!” I stopped instantly And at that moment I figured out that my new name was Jack. “Hey, what's your name?” I said eagerly. “Jason,” he said confusedly. “Wait, how do you not know my name? We are friends, remember?” “Oh yeah, we are friends hehe,” I said nervously. “How are you doing? It's been such a long time since we met,” said Jason. Wait. This guy could possibly be my friend in this universe. But how do I know he’s my friend? I know that Rosen likes the human brain. So, maybe if a person likes ice cream in the other universe, he might run an ice cream shop in this one. So I asked him, do you run a hospital that studies human brains or something? And he replied, “I don’t run any hospital, My job is a neurologist, and I study brains and learn about them. Haha I knew it! He is my friend, but I have no proof, so I can’t be so sure yet. Because there are dozens of people in the world that are neurologists. It became night again, and I rented a hotel and slept there. NORMAL UNIVERSE 8:00 AM: Ouch, my neck has been hurting all night. I got out of bed quickly because of a loud message, “Honey, It's time for your school field trip!” my mom yelled. I completely forgot about the trip, so I got up and got dressed in under 5 minutes! Impressive right? Anyways, I went to school and our teacher said that we are going to one of the biggest caves in the world, Bat Cave. The problem I have with our field trips was that our bus was so slow it was slower than a snail and it was 50 years old. It looked like it was gonna break down any minute. Going to Bat Cave was a big pain because those seats were as hard as a rock. When we came to the cave, we had to go through a speed bump, after that it was the end of the bus’s life. Luckily, that speed bump was in the Bat Cave. So even if the bus broke down, we were still at our destination. To go to the cave, we had to hike through a big, large, Grand Canyon. Our tour guide was talking about useless stuff, so it was better to kick rocks instead of listening to him. Suddenly, a huge boulder came crashing down on the trail we were hiking on. The boulder hit the trail really hard, and a large piece of rock on our trail started to move downward and our class was with it! Suddenly the rock fell down and took our class with it. I woke up with dust and a boulder right next to my face, ready to crush me. When I looked to my left, I saw my classmates heading into a small cave. So I followed them and went with them. The cave was small and very very dark. I suddenly stepped into some hot water and it burned badly. Limping after that incident, it saw a white semi-transparent wall blocking the way to the rest of the cave. I wanted to turn back, but I guess I’m just too curious.
