On a normal day there were a carriage in the forest who was transporting something special. This person was tied up with chains in the carriage. This person was adopted when you still a baby by a very religious family. This family lived in a small town near the boundaries of the human kingdom. The human kingdom was surronded by what they called the desolate lands. The desolate lands was the home of monsters and demons. The desolate lands is a territory were the strong is respected and feared while the weak is disrespected and humiliated. The desolate lands attack the human kingdom every hundred years to destroy the humans, wich they deeply hate. Even though the town were the parents lived was constantly with the danger of the monsters and the demons invading, the capital posted a small army to protect the city, since the city can be used as an outpost. This town was heavily protected and many adventurers visited this city before they go or they return from nearby dungeons. Those dungeons are really weird. Even if an adventurer kill’s every monster in the dungeon, they kept spawning back and the dungeon prevented monsters from coming out of it. This setting wasn’t the best to raise children but for this time, it was actually pretty good. The family that rescued the baby is the Pendragon family. The father was a paladin of the church of the god of justice. He was very well build and he had an awesome face. The mother was a wandering mage before she settled with her lover. During their honeymoon, they found a crying baby in the forest they were in at night-time. Everything was dark but the moon illuminated the spot on the ground where the baby was. The lovers decided to raise this child since they both saw as a gift from heaven. They named him Neph Pendragon. After seven years, the which game birth to two other children. Two twins, one was a boy, the other one was a girl. The boy was named Sirus and the girl was named Cassandra. The parents were happy by the fact that Cassandra and Sirus had magical potential. The oldest one of the bunch however was proven to be extremely strong for his age. He could lift four times was a child of his age could normally lift! Neph also was very clever and wise for his age. He lived a happy life with his family until came his 16th birthday. His 16th birthday happen while the moon was full. Exactly when the moon was at it peak. Neph collapsed on the floor, screaming in pain. He woke up the entire city with his screams. The parents took Neph and rushed to nearest church. panicked, they asked hurriedly to the the priest. The priest came as fast as he could as he heard Neph screaming. The paladin asked the priest to save his son, he thought that his son was under the effect of a curse. The priest tried to cure him but he needed Neph at the church all the time. The parents agreed and for a whole week, every priest in this town tried to save a future paladin due to his heritage. But, even then nothing worked. However, somethings happen to Neph. It started with his skin, it became a weird color, a mix between brown and beige. It was then his blood that changed, his blood became azure colored. It was then his stature that changed. His muscles became thinner. He looked like a noble who everything was done by his butler, just like if Neph had never worked before. The last changes where the biggest and the scariest. His two pupils shrank and where azure. In his forehead, a vertical eye with a vertical pupil appeared. Two other vertical eyes appeared. One was in his right palm, the other one was in the left palm. Neph could retract the eyes inside his palms so the only thing than betrayed their presence was the slids he had in each palm. When the transformation was complete, Neph became unconscious. It didn’t take long for the priests to conclude that this child had turned into a demon or a monster. They tided him up and put him in a carriage. They were going to put him in the dungeon the most far away from the city so that he don’t kill everyone in the city since they didn’t know how much he could be a threat. They couldn’t run the risk. As one of the priests was in the carriage with Neph, an other one headed to Neph house to explain what happen. While Neph was still unconscious, the priest in the carriage threw him in the dungeon. He then left Neph alone, hopping this child could survive there. However, he didn’t know that this dungeon was quite unique. It didn’t looked like the stereotypical dungeon. It looked more like the dungeon was the entrance to another planet, a new world with mini-dungeons within the dungeon. It was in this unique world that Neph was thrown in, alone.
