Loye suddenly came to a realization of what he must do, he needed to dispatch the assassin as quickly as possible and continue on his journey. By doing this, he would buy himself sometime before another assassin or attack would be sent his way. Thinking up to this point, Loye stabs the assassin in the heart and watched his eyes go blank as he dies by the light of the glowing embers of what was left of the fire.
Loye's became more apprehensive with the realization that he was still in danger. He knew that he needed to be more careful from now on, and he couldn't afford to let his guard down even for a moment. He quickly searched the assassin's belongings for any clues to his employer's identity or motives, but found nothing of use. However, he found a clan token which he recognized. Immensely shocked, he stashes the token away, he also took the dead assassin’s rations and added it to his own in case the journey took longer than expected.
With a heavy heart, he knew that he had to leave the area and continue his journey. He gathered his belongings and set off deeper into the forest, his mind racing with questions and fears. As he walked, he couldn't help but wonder about the wolf that had saved his life. Was it just a coincidence that it had appeared at the right moment, or was it something more? He made a mental note to keep an eye out for any more signs of the creature as he continued his journey.
As Loye continued on his journey, he couldn't help but constantly think about the wolf that had saved his life. He had never seen a creature move with such speed and grace, and he wondered what had caused it to intervene on his behalf. Loye had heard stories of wolves that lived in the mountains, tales of their fierce loyalty to their pack and their willingness to protect their territory at all costs. But he had always thought of them as nothing more than stories, myths created to scare children.

Now, as he traveled through the forest, he couldn't help but wonder if those stories were true. Had the wolf seen him as a threat to its territory, or had it sensed something in him that made it want to help? Loye didn't know the answer, but he was grateful for the wolf's intervention nonetheless. He knew that without the animal's help, he would likely be dead.
As he walked, Loye began to change in terms of his mindset. The realization that he could have died percolated gradually but strongly in his mind. He understood that the world he was currently plunged into was kill or be killed. With these thoughts building in his mind, a sense of purpose that he had never felt before began to form as well. He was no longer just a child or traveler, wandering aimlessly through the world. He was on a dangerous path with a mission, a goal that he was determined to achieve, and he knew that he could not let anything stand in his way. As he continued on his journey, Loye felt a newfound sense of confidence. He knew that he had survived a brush with death, and that he was stronger for it. He had faced his fears and come out on the other side, and he knew that he could face whatever challenges lay ahead.
As the sun began to set, Loye found a clearing and set up camp for the night. He built a fire, cooked some food, and settled down to rest. As he lay there, staring up at the stars, he couldn't help but think again about the wolf, it was all very strange. He wondered where it was now, and whether it was still watching over him. With these thoughts in mind, Loye drifted off to sleep, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead on his journey.
As soon as Loye falls asleep, he felt a familiar sensation wash over him. It was the same feeling he had experienced before his previous dream, and he knew immediately that he was about to enter another one. The feeling of an out of body consciousness was the same. His heart raced as he closed his eyes, unsure of what he would find in the world of his subconscious. He couldn't help but wonder if this dream would be as vivid and terrifying as the last.
