Chapter 01 – Void

Darkness

As far as you can see, there is no end to this abyssal darkness, silence creeping everywhere.

Suddenly a ripple appears, disturbing the eerie silence, making it shudder.

Little balls of light appear just after the ripple, scattering everywhere.

After floating for some time they started to gather, forming a single ball of light.

They keep assimilating till no ball of light remains.

After assimilation they started to compress, like pressured by someone pushing them together forming a bigger ball of light.

The bigger ball of light started to become smaller, little by little.

After the compression stops, a little pulse can be feels from it, like a heartbeat.

The pulse gradually increases, creating vibration around it.

The surrounding vibrations generate sparks.

The sparks intensified and different color little light balls appears.

Their radiance illuminating the surrounding.

Red, Blue, Brown, Yellow, White, Black, Green, Grey, Golden, & Transparent.

They gradually start revolving around the big one.

Soon the rotation reached a very tremendous speed, cannot followed by the naked eyes.

Covering the middle one in a multi-color case.

The pulse also increases & become heavier with every increasing beat.

Soon the vibration couldn’t handle it. Expanding it to explode.

Suddenly inside the darkness a shadow begin to move.

This shadow is more darker thank the surrounding darkness, making it look like an endless abyss.

The dark shadow started to swallow the light ball and it’s surrounding, devouring it completely.

Suddenly the dark shadow started to thump just like the ball of light previously did and separates itself from the ball of light.

[[Ooohhh! Someone is really persistent with their existence]]

As if replying to the Dark shadow’s remark, Ball of light shines with a dazzling light, illuminating the shadow.

[[Let’s have some talk, sit still for a moment; I’ll be giving you something very nice]]

As the shadow said those words, black lightening shot from the shadow to the ball of light.

As the black lightening fall of the ball of light, it absorbs the lightening completely.

[[Now you can talk, it’s been so long to remember that I have talked with someone, especially a lost broken soul]]

[What do you want old man, living in the silent darkness making you bonkers?]

[[Hahahahahaa….. What an interesting young lad, do you not fear me, young one?]]

[……Ok. So why am I here in the first place? I remember dying. Are not people goes to heaven or hell or something called reincarnation cycle or something. So why am I in this Void?]

[[Yes, reincarnation cycle is the process of reusing the souls, but heaven & hell is just fiction of your imagination. Souls after their mortal body gone, goes to the Astral Realm for the sole purpose of reincarnation. As Astral Realm have no definite time or place, so sometimes souls can reincarnate into past or future of their previous timeline or place. And for the question of your being here is less mysterious than you having able to keep you existence after coming to this void and to be this powerful.]]

[hhmmm……so I was right about the Soul Theory. For me being here I think I can speculate a little.]

[[Do you really think all this through already, normally people got scared. Even the Ancients didn’t come here often, afraid to fade away. But you didn’t seem afraid at all young one?]]

[[The way you talk about your teacher, he seems respected &loved by you very much. But you might be talking about a Supreme Celestial. A Celestial is strong but cannot handle millions of gods gather together. A Supreme Celestial with a higher rank, especially Ancient Celestial is the only one who can scare the shit out of billions or trillions of Gods with a single glare. But there is only three capable of doing that in all the entire multiverse. You teacher might be one of them.]]

[No, not a first. Before getting killed, God Mother, I mean his wife is Human, but after reviving she became more like a divine. I am sure because after her ascension she became a celestial because all other Gods started to fear her too.]

[[Hmmm…..Very interesting. But it just sounded like him. So you called his wife God Mother, & he might also treated you as his child otherwise he doesn’t take disciples like that.]]

[[Yes, you can say that. So answer one last question. Why are you here?]]

[If you are friend of my teacher than you can ask anything. And the reason of me been here is that I created a dimensional transportation machine to open a portal for escape of my people, preventing annihilation. But the power is not enough to transfer all of them so as last resort I used my soul to generate enough power to let all of them pass through. So I can speculate why my soul got scattered and I was transported here in the Void.]

[[Hhmmmm….. You talk about machines but you soul shows that you have tremendous amount of energy so you can operate other energy beside Mana. So the reason your soul broke might be different.]]

[Oh, you are talking about Magic or Sorcery or something like that?]

[[Yes, there are different laws that governs these multiverse. Sometime a single law governs multiple universes and sometimes multiple laws governs single universe.]]

[My universe governs both we call Science & Magic. But some people see science as blasphemy and try to dominate others. But I rebel against their law and the results are as you can see.]

[[You are really your teacher pupil. Than let me send you to a world far more interesting than you previous world. You can enjoy as much as you can. I can also fix you broken soul & add a little bonus from me. Consider it as a gift for our little friendly conversation.]]

[Oh….. You seems generous enough, are scared of my teacher too? Hehe…]

[[N, no. I am not scared. It’s that he is one of the being that I respect. Just take it and go. You being here may lead you to be erased from existence.]]

As the shadow said that dark energy emerging from him covering the light ball.

After sometime passes the ball of light gradually stabilize,

[Thanks old man. I feel much better.]

[[That is better, now go and enjoy your new life.]]

As the shadow says that the ball of light started to vibrate.

[Ah! Can you at least tell me your name old man?]

[[I don’t have one, you can call me Grandfather Black, because I am black... hahahahaha…]]

[You suck at jokes Grandpa Black. Learn some humor first.]

[[You got bore here pretty easily given the conditions but I keep that in mind. So what is your name young one?]]

The disappearance of ball of light cut the conversation between them.

The dark shadow stares for few moments where the ball of light once located.

Sighing a little he muttered.

[[I can guess his origin, but what are you planning by sending him here, my child. Oh well, he seems an interesting fellow, watching him grow can be a little entertaining for me too.]]

As the shadow finishes. He started to fade.

After a moment silence return like before making it tranquil again.
