As Thanatos slept in his seat with two young women resting on his shoulders, Shyelle was happily humming and swinging her feet around on his lap as if nothing had happened. However, as soon as the students who left to retrieve the medics returned, Shyelle had her carefree expression freeze instantaneously. This was due to the fact that when the students returned, they all were preparing to attack Thanatos with their magic silently.

While looking at the sleeping Thanatos, a young human man decided that it was the perfect time to attack him. The young man launched a bolt of lightning straight at Thanatos’s head from the doorway he was standing in, expecting it to cause Thanatos to flop around like a fish out of water. However, right before the bolt of lightning struck him, Shyelle flicked her wrist and the lightning went hurling straight back at the young man, sending him flying out of the room!

While sending all the returning students a fierce glare, Shyelle decided to warn the class thoroughly.

“I don’t expect you to just forgive him for ruining the first day of school, but interrupting his sleep is the fastest way to get everyone in this school killed by him. And attacking him while he’s sleeping as I’m present… Is the best way to get yourselves the most painful death you could ever imagine.” Shyelle said with a piercing gaze cold enough to freeze over hell itself.

“Now, are we clear?” Shyelle asked with an upbeat personality as she went back to her happy, unconcerned self.

The students who were about to attack Thanatos, all had their magic dissipate into nothingness as they stared at the short, frightening girl who was sitting absentmindedly on Thanatos’s lap, with blatant fear in each of their eyes.

“Well? Are we clear or not?” Shyelle asked the stupefied classmates sharply, coming out of her innocent personality for only just a moment.

All of the students just looked at her with wide eyes while nodding their heads vigorously.

“Good. Lets hope that teacher gets up soon… I want to try out this whole school thing…” said Shyelle as she spoke her thoughts to no one in particular.

‘I hope that Thana-nii wakes up soon… I know that he disappeared in the middle of the night thinking I wouldn’t notice… But still… Even if he is doting and overprotective, he should still know that I can handle whatever problems come my way by myself… There was no need to brainwash little miss slut into being some slave of his… I wonder if he realizes that I know what he does “secretly” all the time, even though he’s so stealthy… Although… I’m sure he’s noticed me observing and decided to just ignore it like everything else he finds bothersome…’ Shyelle thought to herself.

While Shyelle was thinking to herself on her brother’s lap, all the other students decided it was best to just pretend the whole incident never happened and returned to their seats, waiting for the medics to finish taking a look at their agonized teacher. Just looking at Ms. Thynax’s face of sheer agony sent some of the weaker students straight to the bathroom to void their bladder, as just imagining receiving a sliver of the pain that she did was enough to make them nearly wet themselves in sheer terror.

After about an hour of waiting, Ms. Thynax was already all bandaged up by the medics and was now beginning to wake up from her forced slumber. The students who noticed this, were rejoicing silently in their hearts that she was actually able to get up at all. They would have all rushed over to her making sure that she was okay, but they did not want to incur the wrath of the man who was sleeping in the seat right next to her.

Once she opened her eyes, Ms. Thynax felt a rush of excruciating pain flowing through her entire body and noticed that her vision was pitch black. As a result of the immense amount of pain she was experiencing, all of her senses went blank and she found herself in a world of dark nothingness. To block out all of her agony, her mind shut off all of her senses so that it could try to reboot itself in a way.

At the same time Ms. Thynax opened her eyes, so to did Thanatos. As he looked down at the teacher he had rendered unconscious not too long ago, he saw that she was now awake with a panicked expression on her face. Deciding that it would be too much trouble to just let her be as she is now, he decided that he should fix his mistake that he made due to being cranky from lack of sleep, and set her brain back to normal.

To avoid getting too much suspicion from the rest of the class, Thanatos decided to use his energy manipulation without physically touching her directly. Although he normally touches the head or some part of the body of the person he manipulates, Thanatos does not need to. Touching what he was going to manipulate the energy of is a much more simple task than not touching, but his ability is not restricted to direct physical contact.

Thanatos decided to first lower the amount of pain Ms. Thynax was feeling just slightly, then decided to activate her sense of sound so that he could quietly talk to her and tell her that he was going to help fix what he did. Once Thanatos lowered the amount of pain Ms. Thynax was experiencing and activated her hearing, he then manipulated the air between them using magic so they could converse quietly, just the two of them.

“Whatever you do, just shut up, listen, and answer accordingly without making a big scene. Got it?” (Thanatos)

“Yeah… Doesn’t seem like I have much of a choice in this situation now do I?” Ms. Thynax replied while cringing in pain.

“If you want me to stop the pain and return your senses then do exactly as I say, okay?” (Thanatos)

“Fine… Just tell me what you’re gonna do then get it over with… I don’t appear to have much of a choice and you seem to have already done something as I am able to actually hear you…” (Thynax)

“Right, so just shut up and let me do whatever I want to your brain, got it? I most likely won’t tweak anything or alter your personality at all… But I make no promises…” (Thanatos)

“You can do that!?!?” (Thynax)

“What did I just say about making a big scene?… *Sigh*… You know, people are going to notice that you’re talking to someone and ignoring them if you keep on acting up.” (Thanatos)

“And who’s fault is it that I’m ignoring them when I can’t even hear them!?!? *Sigh*… Fine… Let’s just get this over with…” (Thynax)

“Hm.. I don’t know now… You seem to be acting awfully rude to the person who gave you your sense of sound back… You know it will take you years to recover from the amount of damage I did to your brain before you can even use your other sense again, right? So the fact that you can even hear anything at all right now is a miracle in and of itself…” (Thanatos)

“Ugh… Fine, will you please heal me? I’ll let you fiddle with my brain as much as you want, just please fix me already… And I wouldn’t have any damage to heal if you didn’t inflict it in the first place…” Ms. Thynax replied while muttering to herself a little in the end.

“Hm? And who was it that tried to wake me up? I’m sure Shyelle would have warned you, she’s a good girl and wouldn’t go letting other people wake me up for no reason. Anyways, lets do this now before the obviousness of our conversation reaches new heights, its already blatant enough as is with the amount of time we’ve spent talking…” (Thanatos)

Once Thanatos said this, he began manipulating the pain enters of Ms. Thynax’s brain, resetting them back to how they were configured originally, and then went and activated all of her 5 senses to their normal levels. While he did this, Thanatos also decided to slightly change per personality and behaviour a bit in his favour since Ms. Thynax already conceded to him doing so. When he was done, he could see Ms. Thynax looking around with startled eyes, blinking constantly.

‘Huh!? How did he do that… Well… I guess I’ll let what he did go this time… But really… How did he just turn on my senses like that…’ Ms. Thynax pondered to herself while seated on the floor.

As soon as she realized that she was sitting right next to Thanatos on the floor, she hurriedly got up with a startled look on her face. She then looked around the classroom and saw everyone looking at her with concern in their eyes.

“I’m okay everyone, thank you for your concern. So, shall we all start class now then?” asked Ms. Thynax as if the whole event had never happened.

Ms. Thynax then walked up to the front of the classroom and decided to start teaching like nothing had happened, but as soon as she was about to start speaking, a student a student raised their hand to stop her and ask a question.

“Um, Ms. Thynax… Not to completely ignore what just happened but… You’ve been asleep for over an hour… Shouldn’t we be going to train our magic in the arena now?…” (???)

Just noticing the time, Ms. Thynax blinked in surprise and then tried to recall who the student who asking the question was. Thinking back, Ms. Thynax realized that she was the young beastwoman that Irene had fought in the evaluative battles, Louise Stormcrest.

“Ah, it appears you are correct… Hm… Well… I guess there’s no helping it. Come on everyone, we’re going to the arena.” Ms. Thynax declared to the class after pondering over what to do for a short moment.

Upon hearing this, Thanatos knew that he had to get up from his seat and slightly regretted repairing his Ms. Thynax’s brain.

“Hey Shy, do you think you could please wake up Irene? I have a feeling that something may happen if I am the one to wake her.” asked Thanatos to his sister in order to avoid more things he would regret.

“Sure thing.” (Shyelle)

Shyelle then proceeded to place her hand on Irene’s shoulder and gently shake her awake. As soon as she did this, Irene clung onto Shyelle and started rubbing the side of her face against Shyelle’s. After a few seconds of rubbing her face against Shyelle’s, Irene then began to notice that it wasn’t Thanatos who woke her up but Shyelle instead. Irene made a slightly depressed face, but then immediately began to smile right afterwards.

“Um, sorry. I thought you were Thanatos…” Irene explained to the girl she was still clinging to.

“Ah, thats understandable… But, could you please stop clinging to me as if I were Thana?” (Shyelle)

“Oh, whoops, sorry.” Irene apologized as she released her grasp on Shyelle.

“Um… Speaking of Thana… Where is he?…” Irene asked while slightly confused.

“Huh? What do you mean? He’s right next to y-“ Shyelle replied but stopped halfway once she noticed Thanatos and Susan were both missing.

“That vixen! That scaly, no-good, back-stabbing, ungrateful, stealing, snake-breathed dragon woman! Those two must have taken off to go nap together somewhere!!!!” Shyelle screamed out in sheer frustration upon noticing what had happened.

“Grrrrr… She’s lucky that Thana-nii likes her… Otherwise I would chop her up into billions of tiny little pieces, that crafty snake…” Shyelle muttered while attempting to calm herself down.

Irene who heard everything that Shyelle had said, was nodding her head along in agreement throughout Shyelle’s entire rant and continued to do so until slightly after the rant had finished.

“Well… Putting aside the fact that we both dislike her… Where do you think they went?” Irene asked while thinking of where they could have gone.

“Hm… As much as Thanatos would probably like to invite her into his bed and then sleep beside her without touching her, which I agree is cruel, I think that they may have actually gone to the arena instead…” Shyelle thought out calmly.

“Huh!? Really? I mean… Those two seem like they love nothing but sleep…” (Irene)

“Yeah, they do… But my Thana-nii wouldn’t leave me alone in an arena full of strange people he doesn’t know!” Shyelle proclaimed proudly.

“Oh?… But you’re saying that he would leave you alone if they were strange people he did know, or if it wasn’t an arena… And even if he does show up, he would still be sleeping…” Irene thought out with a hint of sympathy in her voice.

“Yep! But thats part of what makes him my lovely Thana-nii!” replied Shyelle.

“Um… Despite the fact that you guys don’t have the last name, do you have any blood relation at all?…” Irene asked hesitantly.

“Not in the slightest.” Shyelle replied without hesitation.

“Okay… So the brocon is within acceptable boundaries…” Irene silently muttered to herself.

“Even if we were directly blood related it would be perfectly acceptable!!!! So shut up!!!!” Shyelle snapped at Irene.

“Eeek, alright, alright. Yes, it is perfectly natural and genetically fine for a blood brother and sister to sleep together and have kids…” Irene said while making an expression that clearly showed she thought the opposite.

“You’re just saying this because you want him to yourself, aren’t you?” Shyelle replied with a cold glare.

“No I’m not!!!! And besides that! Shouldn’t we go after them!? They’re all alone sleeping together you know!?” Irene replied bewilderedly.

As soon as Shyelle heard this, she opened her eyes widely, grabbed hold of Irene’s hand, and bolted out of the classroom like a shot out of a canon.

“You’re right! We got off topic! Let’s get over to them quickly!” Shyelle replied frantically.

“Hm, seems we’re the first ones here like we thought.” Thanatos said to Susan while looking around the arena.

“Yep, good thing you used Shyelle as a distraction, how did you know it was going to work?” Susan asked curiously.

“Actually, I may be a genius, but I didn’t expect them to get that distracted by each other. So I decided to use the chance that was given to get the hell out of there, and I figured that you would also like to do the same.” Thanatos replied honestly.

“Ah… Good choice.” (Susan)

“Well, shall we do it right here? And you said you’re fine with it right?” Thanatos asked while trying to avoid the occurrence of yet another problem.

“Yep, lets get to it.” Susan answered as she spread laid down on the ground and spread out her wings.

Thanatos then went down to the ground, moved himself right up next to her, and wrapped his arms around her waist.

“Well, if you would be so kind.” (Thanatos)

“Ah, yes.” (Susan)

Susan then wrapped her wings around herself and Thanatos, made sure they were nice and tight, and then closed her eyes.

“Ahhhhh, you were right… They do make excellent blankets… I could get used to this…” Thanatos said as he closed his eyes.

“I don’t mind a sleeping partner. So feel free to cuddle up anytime you feel like it.” Susan replied honestly.

The two then fell asleep while laying down in the middle of the stadium with their arms wrapped around each other, as they used Susan’s wings as a warm comfortable blanket.

“Huh!? What was that?… Something just completely blurred past us…” (Louise)

“Yeah… I think that was Thanatos and Susan…” (Thynax)

“Huh!? Those two lazy bums!? Where would those two be going in such a hurry!?!?” (Louise)

“I have an idea…” Ms. Thynax said as she approached the doorway to the arena with Louise next to her.

As the doorway opened, Ms. Thynax and Louise looked around the arena to check if anyone was inside. Immediately when they saw the middle of the arena, their eyes stopped moving and their jaws dropped straight down. Right in the middle of the arena, Thanatos and Susan could be seen cuddling up to each other while they were both wrapped inside of Susan’s wings.

“No way… They rushed here just so they could nap?… And why are they so close and cuddle up?… If they like sleep so much shouldn’t they like being by themselves and sleeping alone?…” Louise spoke out as she saw the two in the middle of the arena.

“Mhm… Just as I thought… They rushed here so they could take a nap without being disturbed… Well… Let’s just try not to piss them off and avoid waking them up…” Ms. Thynax said to Louise as she shuddered at what might happen if the two sleeping were to wake up.

“Are you really afraid of them?… I thought that he just caught you off guard and that was the only reason why you went down…” Louise asked curiously.

“No… I wish I could say that was the case, but… After being warned by his sister numerous times, I actually did put my guard up since I didn’t know what to expect… But he still managed to wipe the floor with me and that was while he was just stirring from his sleep…” Ms. Thynax replied honestly while shuddering in fear of the young man.

“Well… Even if that’s the case… What about her? Why don’t you try to wake her up?…” Louise asked while gesturing to Susan and Thanatos.

“Ah, her? I don’t know… I just have a feeling that it would be a bad idea… Not as bad of an idea as waking up Thanatos… But still a terrible idea…” (Thynax)

“Oh..” (Louise)

“Well, either way, let’s go in. They came here specifically because they knew class would be here. They decided to sleep here so they would be in attendance if anything interesting happens, or so my guess would be…” Ms. Thynax said as she walked inside the arena.

Just as she was stepping foot into the arena, another blur similar to the one before, shot right past her and into the arena.

“*Sigh*… Well, I guess there’s the other one…” (Thynax)

“Huh!?!?!?” (Louise)

“His sister?… You know… The one that he threatened to kill the whole class for if you guys attempt to hurt her at all…” Ms. Thynax explained.

“Wait… What the hell are those two!?!?!? How the hell do the move so fast!?!?!?” (Louise)

“How should I know?… And there’s nothing we can do just standing here thinking about it so lets go inside already.” (Thynax)

Ms. Thynax and Louise then finally entered into the arena and went over to Shyelle and Irene, who were standing over Thanatos watching him sleep.

“How goes the hunt, girls?” (Thynax)

“Ah, he’s a slippery one as always.” Shyelle replied with a feral grin.

“Yes, we found him sleeping with a lizard of some sort… Is it alright if we cook the lizard and then take the prey we’re after?” (Irene)

“Ah, no can do. Sorry. But he actually showed up here of all places for a reason, didn’t he?” Ms. Thynax inquired.

“Indeed…” (Shyelle)

The group of girls looked down towards the peacefully sleeping duo, then looked up towards the arena’s entrance where they found the rest of the class walking in. Shyelle then cast wind magic around the sleeping duo to prevent any dust or noise from getting in, that way they could sleep without any disturbances. Normally, Shyelle wouldn’t do this since it isn’t her that is with Thanatos, but she decided to make an exception since her brother looked peaceful while sleeping there.

“I see you all made it!” Ms. Thynax shouted towards her class.

“Don’t be shy, get your asses over here already!” (Thynax)

As soon as she said this, her class then began to slowly make their way over, while looking at the sleeping Thanatos with frightful eyes.

“Just no one do anything to him and we won’t get any trouble from him. Sound easy enough? I sure as hell never want to experience what happened ever again, and I’m sure none of you want to experience it either. That being said, just don’t go near him and we all get to keep our hides.” Ms. Thynax said towards her class in order to calm them down slightly.

“Umm, Ms. Thynax, we-“ (???)

“Yes, I was on guard then, I fully prepared myself and he defeated me as easily as swatting a fly while he was just stirring from his sleep, in fact, he wasn’t even stirring yet, that just appeared to be a response to him being awaken. God forbid we see what happens when he’s stirring.” Ms. Thynax replied honestly before her student could even finish their question, causing the class to shudder in fear.

“Well, that aside, lets get started shall we? First, let’s go over the basics.” (Thynax)

“First, let’s have all of you make a ball out of your racial element.” Thynax instructed towards her class.

After she said this, what she saw was a wide array of different sized balls of water, earth, fire, lightning, and wind. The biggest out of all of them however, was the one that was created by Shyelle. Aside from Shyelle, everyone in the class had a palm sized ball of their racial element floating above their hand, this was so they could demonstrate their control of their magic and how much power they put into it. Shyelle’s magic ball was different however, Shyelle stood with her arm’s hanging down at her sides, not having them doing anything, and in front of her, was a massive floating ball of lightning with a radius of about one metre. All the students who saw this had their jaws drop and their magically created elements dissipated into nothingness as they stared gawking at the spectacle in front of them.

Although nearly everybody moves their body in some way in order to use magic, it is not necessary. Moving one’s body or having the magic appear in front of one’s hand is just simpler and much easier for people to do. Only people with the highest degree of magic control could use magic with zero movement at all, but Shyelle accomplished this in front of them like it was absolutely nothing, just mere child’s play.

Despite the fact that all of the students got into the highest level class, and proved themselves to be capable through the combat trial, Ms. Thynax still first needed to check if all her students knew the basics. Once she witnessed everyone using their magic, she decided to continue with the lesson and try to act as if Shyelle didn’t stand out enormously.

“Okay, you all seem to be capable of using your own element… Now how about other elements? Everyone line up and make a ball of the element I say, when I say it, in your hand.” Ms. Thynax instructed her class.

Everyone then lined up side by side, with Shyelle at the end of the line and there being a lot of extra room between herself and the person next to her.

“Okay, everyone make a ball of lightning.” Ms. Thynax said once she made sure everyone with the exception of Thanatos and Susan were lined up.

Once she finished speaking, every student with the exception of Shyelle stuck out their hand and produced a ball of lightning, with Shyelle creating the ball of lightning motionlessly.

“Well, everyone seems to be able to do that just fine… Well, now make a ball of fire.” (Thynax)

As soon as she finished saying this, the exact same spectacle as before occurred only this time, everyone produced fire instead of lightning. When Ms. Thynax saw Shyelle’s control over an element that wasn’t her racial trait, she became flabbergasted and decided to finally say something.

“Shyelle! What is the point in you even being here!? If you have that much control over your magic I don’t see the point in you even coming to school!!” Ms. Thynax said as she finally had enough of the brother and sister pair.

Right when Ms. Thynax finished yelling, massive chunks of earth began to come flying at her from behind. After getting belted numerous times, she turned around to look at who dared to attack her. When she turned around, she saw Thanatos and Susan still sleeping soundly on the ground, with a large crater of missing earth next to them. Seeing that Thanatos had somehow managed to fling rocks at her while he was sleeping, Ms. Thynax became wide-eyed and swallowed her saliva slowly. Someone who used magic while they were asleep, and were somehow seemingly comprehensive of what is going on around them, even with magic attempting to prevent them from comprehending anything, was completely unheard of.

“Uhh, uhhhhhhh… W-Was th-that hi-him?…” Ms. Thynax asked nervously with a stutter.

Looking around at her students, Ms. Thynax could see each one of her students nodding nervously with fear in their eyes.

“Um, if your done I’d like to say something.” Shyelle said with her hand raised.

“Uh, uhhh… Y-yes? Wha-What is it?” (Thynax)

“I wouldn’t piss him off if I were you. Even if he’s lazy and doesn’t like to show it, but he’s really overprotective… I don’t mind you getting angry with me, but he definitely would…” Shyelle warned while she stared lovingly at her brother.

“Uh, uhm… Noted… Well that doesn’t matter… Anyways, how the hell can you control magic so well?…” (Thynax)

“That’s a secret.” Shyelle replied in a joking demeanour with a wink.

“Ugh… What’s with you two anyways… Never mind… Let’s just get back to the lesson… Okay, everyone make a water ball.” (Thynax)

Everyone then made a water ball and decided to act like they did’t see anything, and the result was just like before. This happened again as well when everyone made a wind ball and an earth ball too.

“Is there any magic that you’re not completely proficient in?…” Ms. Thynax asked Shyelle exasperatedly without expecting her to say yes.

“Umm… No? I don’t know… Thana-nii is better than I am at these things… Much better…” Shyelle replied honestly, causing everyone to take alternating glances at her and Thanatos.

“Did you just say ‘much better’?…” Ms. Thynax asked while stunned.

“Yup, much better…” Shyelle replied with a small tinge of jealousy in her voice, but mostly admiration.

“We-Well, moving on… Everyone partner up with another person so we can move on to the next part of the lesson…” (Thynax)

Once she said this, Thanatos and Susan opened their eyes. Susan then unwrapped her wings from around them, and they both stretched after rolling away from each other slightly. They then got up, and decided to join the lesson.

“So, what’s going on Alexa?” Thanatos asked his teacher nonchalantly.

“Who said you can call me that!?!? And you woke up just in time… Everyone is finding a partner now for the lesson.” Ms. Thynax replied as she slightly gave up in regards to how her student addressed her so casually.

“Oh, I see… Well I guess it’s time to go back to sleep again…” Thanatos replied.

“Wait!!! No one said you can do that! Now come back here and participate already!” Ms. Thynax shouted as she tried to get Thanatos to actually participate in her class.

“*Sigh*… Fine… But you know Alexa, I’m really tired and I want to get this over with quickly…” (Thanatos)

“Stop calling me by my first name! And too bad! You’re going to participate now as I have a feeling you won’t for the rest of the year!” (Thynax)

“Well I can’t deny that I won’t participate later…” Thanatos replied tiredly.

“Well, you and Susan will partner together for this then, as I’m sure whatever partner you get will wet themselves when they find out what this part of the class entails…” Ms. Thynax said to Thanatos.

After she says this to try and get Thanatos interested, to no avail, she decides to address the class as to what they are doing.

“Okay, now that everyone is teamed up, I will now tell you what you are all going to be doing. For this part of the lesson, you are going to have to divert the path of a basic magic element ball. No using any magic other than an elemental ball of magic, are we clear?” Ms. Thynax asked towards her class.

“Um… Shouldn’t we first be shown a demonstration or something?… I think most of us have only blocked or evaded magic, never diverted or redirected it…” Louise said to Ms. Thynax nervously with a raised hand.

“Hm… I guess so… Okay, Susan, get over here since you were sleeping earlier as well.” (Thynax)

“Awww. Fine… But am I attacking or defending?” Susan asked Ms. Thynax.

“You’re attacking, it would be a bit improper to have me attack you in order to demonstrate how to defend…” (Thynax)

“I guess… Okay, let’s get this over with then.” (Susan)

As soon as Susan said so, she created a massive fireball in front of her and hurled it at Ms. Thynax with incredible speed. As the fireball was going towards her, Ms. Thynax raised her hands and the fireball redirected to a spot just beside her without touching it.

“As you saw, you have to try to tap into what your opponent created and then take control and move it as you want to. Now the more you do it, the better you will be. If you are able to take full control of your opponent’s magic, then make it dissipate, no fooling around with it.” Ms. Thynax said towards her class.

“Hey Alexa, if you want me to do this, you should probably partner with me if you don’t want anyone to get killed.” Thanatos said towards Ms. Thynax.

“Hm? Why is that?… And stop referring to me so casually!!!!” (Thynax)

“Well, my magic isn’t exactly easy to tap into, even if I do hold back as much as possible. It would be safest if I did it with you, although its not like I care what happens either way…” Thanatos explained.

“Err… Is that so… Well, fine… Your sister already showed off earlier and claimed that you are much better than she is…” (Thynax)

“Mhm… Well, after you I suppose. Oh, and I wouldn’t suggest using a fireball or holding back at all…” Thanatos recommended to Ms. Thynax.

“Um, okay… Well, lets do this… And I guess some payback for what you did earlier would be nice too…” (Thynax)

Ms. Thynax then raised her hands to her side, and gathered an enormous amount of lightning all around her. Her body became completely enshrouded in lightning, and a tidal wave of electrocuted lightning formed in front of her. The tidal wave then began moving towards Thanatos as it gained even more size as it moved, while Ms. Thynax shot out a massive bolt of lightning from the supply she had surrounded herself with before.

“Well, this should teach him some manners…” Ms. Thynax muttered to herself with a wry smile.

Just as the tidal wave and bolt of lightning were about to hit Thanatos, he suddenly raised his right hand up to his left side, then backhanded the magic away from him towards the side of the arena. Ms. Thynax who saw this, had her eyes wide open and her jaw dropped low in shock. After redirecting the magic Thanatos brought his hand up to his mouth and let out a loud yawn.

“*Yawn*… Hm… Was that it? Well, can I go back to sleep now, Alexa?” Thanatos asked Ms. Thynax.

“Wha-Wha-What… What the hell was that!?!?!? How in the hell did you do that!?!? There was no way you had time to focus and tap into the magic to change its course! Let alone send it flying away as if it were nothing! Just what the hell are you!?!?” Ms. Thynax questioned while screaming.

“Yeesh, you’re so loud Alexa… You know you’ll never get married if you keep yelling at people like this… Well… Good night.” Thanatos said as he went over to the stands of the arena and sat down to take a nap.

“Who the hell said you can call me Alexa!?!? And what was that about never getting married!?!?!? How do you know I’m not in a relationship right now, hm!?… Ugh… Such a pain in the ass…” Ms. Thynax said as she vented out her frustration at the somehow already sleeping Thanatos.

‘How the hell does he fall asleep so fast anyways…’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself.

Ms. Thynax then took a look around and noticed all of her students staring at either her or Thanatos with wide eyes. After all, they had just seen a student who does nothing but try to sleep just redirect an incredibly strong attack from their teacher as if he was swatting away a fly. When she took a closer look, Ms. Thynax could notice that the only ones who didn’t seem to react were Shyelle, Irene, and Susan. Puzzled by this, she decided to ask them.

“Shyelle, Irene, Susan. You all don’t seem that surprised by what just happened. What do you know about him?” Ms. Thynax inquired.

“Everything!” (Shyelle)

All three girls replied honestly at the same time towards their teacher.

“Ugh… Okay… Shyelle, Irene… Do you know what the hell he is?… Because clearly he’s not human…” Ms. Thynax said exasperatedly.

“What was that, Alexa? I think I just heard you call Thana-nii ‘clearly not human’…” Shyelle replied while sending Ms. Thynax an ice cold glare, causing her to shiver.

Noticing that she had stepped on a land mine, Ms. Thynax immediately broke out into a cold sweat at her furious student.

“Just for your information, Alexa. Thana is completely, 100% human. And if you keep slandering him by saying that he’s some freak, I will get VERY angry.” Shyelle warned her teacher in a cold tone of voice, before leaving to go sit on her resting brother’s lap.

‘Great… Now both the freaks are pissed… I need to talk to that bastard who let them in here in the first place… What the hell was he thinking!?!?’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself.

After looking up from the ground she noticed she was staring at, she saw Susan and Irene looking at her with disgust and resentment in their eyes.

“What!? Why are you two pissed at me as well!?!?” Ms. Thynax asked frantically.

“What a bad person you are…” Susan said before leaving so she could use Thanatos’s shoulder as a pillow.

“Indeed…” Irene said as she followed behind Susan to do the same thing as her.

‘What the hell is with those girls… Like really… Why do they even care about what happens to him? And why is that Irene girl acting so much differently today in comparison to yesterday?… Ugh… What a pain…’ Ms. Thynax pondered to herself before turning back to her class so she could resume teaching.

“Well, what do you all think you’re doing? You’re all just standing around doing nothing, get back to work!” Ms. Thynax shouted to her class before shaking her head in exhaustion at her new batch of students.

From the stands while seated on her brother’s lap, Shyelle was looking at Ms. Thynax with detest and clear focus in her eyes. As much as she enjoyed being with Thanatos, as well as sexually harassing him, Shyelle would never let anyone slander her brother. Although Thanatos doesn’t care what anybody thinks about anything, Shyelle still believes that people should view her brother in as good a light as she does, and anybody that doesn’t do so needs to be corrected.

As Shyelle made up her mind on how to proceed in dealing with Ms. Thynax, she suddenly became aware of her surroundings. On both sides of Thanatos, Shyelle could see Irene and Susan using his shoulders for pillows while they all slept. While thinking that she doesn’t mind if both Irene and Susan are around when she does it, Shyelle decides to begin sexually harassing her brother yet again. Shyelle then turned around and wrapped both of her legs around Thanatos’s waist, she then grabbed hold of Thanatos’s head and stuck it in her cleavage, and as she did so, she began to grind her hips against his crotch.

“What the hell is wrong with you two?…” Susan muttered silently.

As soon as Susan said this, Thanatos woke up from his nap due to him being suffocated by Shyelle’s breasts. As soon as he realized what was going on, Thanatos closed his eyes so that he could just pass out from lack of oxygen, as he knew that Shyelle wouldn’t be so careless as to kill him. When Shyelle realized what he was trying to do, she let go of Thanatos’s head and looked at him worriedly.

“You know it’s dangerous to pass out from lack of oxygen, right?…” Shyelle asked worriedly.

“Yup, you know it’s also dangerous to suffocate a person in order to wake them up, right?” Thanatos retorted while lightly scolding.

“Huh!? Really? Who would have thought...” Shyelle replied with an innocent face and a clueless tone.

“That aside, are you about done grinding against my crotch? I know that you try to do so often but… I’m really tired right now… Could you please let me sleep for once instead of trying to have sex with me?…” Thanatos asked sincerely with exhaustion painted on his face.

“Yeesh! How little did you sleep last night!? If I knew it would lead to me being bluntly asked to not do sexual acts towards you, I might not have tried to ra-… Make an advance on you this morning!” Shyelle exclaimed as she stopped herself midway from admitting to attempted rape.

“You know... We both know it’s called rape… You don’t need to pretend it’s something other than that… And we both know I really don’t care that you attempted it since I woke up of my own accord anyways.” (Thanatos)

“Hm… I guess… But that still doesn’t answer the question of how little sleep did you get last night, you know…” (Shyelle)

“Only about an hour… So please let me go back to sleep already…” (Thanatos)

“Fine… Since it's Thana-nii who’s asking… But I really don’t want you to go back to sleep…” Shyelle said with a pout as she finally began to slow her grinding to a halt.

“Thanks.” (Thanatos)

“Wait a minute… You only got an hour of sleep!?!? That’s blasphemous! What were you doing all night!?!?” Susan said astonished.

“Just had to go out and do some menial tasks… But yes… Now if only I had a bed and some sheets…” Thanatos replied as he thought about the soft comfy bed in his room.

“Ugh… Come on… I said any time, right?… Let’s do this…” Susan said while looking at Thanatos with pity.

“Thank you.” (Thanatos)

Thanatos then got up and Susan laid down across several seats as she spread out her wings and arms. He then laid down right up against her, and she wrapped herself around him to keep him warm and comfortable.

“Now I wish I had wings…” Shyelle muttered under her breath while Irene nodded in agreement.

“Wake me up when we’re leaving here or if something really interesting happens.” (Thanatos)

“Okay… And sleep well for now, but I’ll be back later.” Shyelle said with a mischievous grin.

“Okay! And good night! Although I’m really tired too…” (Irene)

“Hm?… And why are you tired Irene?…” Shyelle asked once Thanatos had fallen asleep.

“Ah, I also got little sleep last night, I only got a few hours.” Irene replied with a frown.

“Hmmm… Is that so… So you weren’t up with Thanatos the entire time in the bathroom?…” Shyelle inquired once she made sure that Susan was asleep as well.

“Huh? What are you talking about?” Irene replied as if she had no idea what Shyelle was talking about.

“I meant Thanatos taking you out of your room, going into the bathroom, then staying up for several hours without leaving the room.” (Shyelle)

“Bathroom? I went out to get some necessities and was caught up having bad dreams… I have no idea what you’re talking about.” (Irene)

“Mhmm…” (Shyelle)

Shyelle then sat in the seat next to Susan and Thanatos’s heads in order to watch the class after she finished inquiring Irene.

‘She thinks she can lie to me… Ah well… I guess Thana-nii told her not to tell anyone… But still, I’ll have to do something about that bitch teaching the class and the bathroom slut another time…’ Shyelle thought to herself.

As Irene felt the atmosphere around Shyelle get colder from her mood, she decided to sit on the other side of Susan and Thanatos by their feet. In order to survive being around the psychotic sister, Irene felt she needed to keep as much distance from her as possible while following Thanatos’s orders.

Not a single person could comprehend what was going on in the stands. When Ms. Thynax looked back up to the stands again after Thanatos and the group of girls left, she could see Shyelle grinding her hips against Thanatos’s crotch with his face buried in her chest.

“What the hell is wrong with those two!?!?” Ms. Thynax yelled out, venting her frustration.

Just as she was moving to go over to the stands to stop them, Louise grabbed hold of her upper arm and stopped her from going.

“Remember what happened with the massive electric tidal wave and the humungous bolt of lightning?… I wouldn’t interfere with them if I were you, even if you are the teacher…” Louise warned.

“That doesn’t matter right now!!!! They could at least have some public decency! I mean look at them! What is she doing to him! It’s bad enough he was trying to sleep during class, but her sexually harassing him in front of everybody while he sleeps is even worse!!!!” (Thynax)

“I can’t agree with what their doing but… I’m sure it will all work out somehow.” (Louise)

“You better be right…” Ms. Thynax said as she noticed that Thanatos and the two other girls woke up.

“Hm, they’re finally up… Maybe they can join the class again now… Wait a minute… She’s still grinding against him even… And why doesn’t he stop her!?!?… Ugh… Those damn siblings, I hate this class already…” (Thynax)

“Hey!!!! That better not be including the rest of your students… And it seems like she stopped the action of dry humping him like an untrained dog.” Louise pointed out to Ms. Thynax.

“Hm, that’s surprising… That girl seems to be one of the most nymphomaniacal people I’ve ever met…” Ms. Thynax said in half-amazement.

“Well I won’t deny that even though I don’t really know anything about her, but… Is he going back to sleep wrapped in the draconian’s wings again?…” (Louise)

“Ugh… Seems so… Such a pain in the ass… Well, I’ll talk to them once they all settle down so that way everyone here doesn’t die in the process…” Ms. Thynax said with a large sigh.

“Well, seems like now’s your chance, but I’m not sure what the mood is up there since that Shyelle girl seems to be pouting an awful lot and that Irene woman seems to be keeping a tremendous amount of distance from her…” Louise pointed out.

“Guess so… Everyone, brace yourselves for whatever may happen! I’m going to try and bring them back down here again! If I don’t make it back… Then make sure to sue that goddamn Principle for me as a result of lack of hazard pay!” Ms. Thynax informed her class loudly.

As Ms. Thynax walked towards the group of misfit students she doesn’t want in her class, she felt the air and Shyelle’s mood get colder and colder the closer she got. When she finally got there, she felt that the tension in the air was thick enough to remain stationary in a hurricane, and she decided to try and break it.

“H-Hey, y-you kn-know th-th-that c-class i-i-is st-still g-going o-on, r-right?” Ms. Thynax asked the girls with a massive nervous stutter.

“Hm? What was that? I can’t understand you when you don’t speak properly.” Shyelle retorted coldly.

“I-I s-said, y-you know th-that c-class i-is still g-going o-on, right?” Ms. Thynax repeated.

“One more time, still didn’t sound like proper English…” Shyelle mocked her stuttering teacher.

“I-I said, you know that class is still going on, right!?” Ms. Thynax shouted, finally getting her confidence back.

As a result of her shouting, Thanatos’s eyes shot open along with Susan’s, and they immediately locked onto Ms. Thynax.

“Ugh, Alexa… Why are you so damn loud in the morning? You know people are trying to sleep here, right?” Thanatos scolded his teacher.

“U-um, sorry… Wait a minute!! Get your ass up and down to the arena! And stop calling me by my first name already you disrespectful brat!” Ms. Thynax snapped at Thanatos.

As soon as Ms. Thynax finished yelling at Thanatos, she could feel the cold piercing eyes of Shyelle boring into her, as if trying to torture her just by staring. Ms. Thynax shuddered then turned to face Shyelle head on, that way she too would get some words of reprimand.

“And you. What do you think you’re doing? It’s bad enough that your brother is trying to sleep all through class, you sexually harass him in front of everyone here, and you don’t seem to have any respect for me as your teacher at all whatsoever. Then you make a giant scene where all you need to do is act like everyone else and use magic like they do, why do you have to show off and use magic in a way that every normal person cannot? I don’t understand the two of you at all!.” Ms. Thynax vented her frustration towards Shyelle.

“You done yet, Alexa? You should sit down, take a load off, relax, sleep. I really don’t care. Just stop pestering me before I get really angry.” Thanatos said as Ms. Thynax could see dancing sparks of electricity in his eyes.

‘What is with that weird electricity that sometimes runs through his eyes?… Seriously, what the hell is with these two kids…’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself.

“Oy, Alexa, do you mind going back to your class now? I’d like to go back to sleep.” Thanatos said while giving a nod to Susan as if to say he’s handled everything.

“Get your asses down there! You’re part of the damn class! Now if you don’t get down there you’re going to face a lot of trouble.” Ms. Thynax warned.

Once she finished speaking, Ms. Thynax could see the sparks of electricity in Thanatos’s eyes increase in number dramatically, as he emitted a lightning sharp, cold aura, that felt like it would freeze you solid then slice you into tiny pieces just by approaching it.

“Are you done, Alexa? Go teach your class, we’re busy here.” Thanatos said coldly.

“U-Um… Y-Yes… I-I’ll be going now…” Ms. Thynax stuttered in defeat as she turned and made her way back to the rest of her students.

“Such a pain… Well, let’s go back to sleep.” Thanatos muttered out with Susan nodding in agreement.

“Wait, Thana-nii.” (Shyelle)

“Hm?” (Thanatos)

“I think I might go down there, test the waters with the class, you know…” (Shyelle)

“Okay, come wake me up when we’re done here or if something interesting happens.” Thanatos told her once more.

“Will do!” Shyelle said with a playful salut.

Once Thanatos and Susan fell back asleep again, Shyelle crouched down and stared at Thanatos's sleeping face, while her own face emanated a feeling of sheer bliss just from watching him.

“Shall we go down there?” Irene asked.

“Yeah, I guess…” Shyelle answered dejectedly.

Shyelle and Irene then made their way down towards the stage area to meet with their class so they could attend the lesson. Once they arrived in front of the rest of their class, everyone looked at them as if in shock.

“U-Um, yes? What do you need?” Ms. Thynax asked the duo as she saw them approaching.

“Hm? What do you mean? We’re here for the lesson obviously.” Shyelle answered while sound incredulous at her teacher’s question.

“O-Oh, right… Of course… So, what changed your mind if I may ask?…” (Thynax)

“Just a change of heart…” Shyelle vaguely answered.

“I see…” (Thynax)

“So, what are we all doing now?” (Shyelle)

“We’re still continuing with diverting magic attacks…” (Thynax)

“I see… Shall I partner with you?” (Shyelle)

“Um… Sure… Do you want me to attack massively like with your brother, or with basic attacks like the rest of the class?…” (Thynax)

“Either one is fine.” (Shyelle)

“Okay… Well, everyone! Back to work! Irene, you can partner with Louise. Shyelle, let’s move a little away from everyone else, and I want to talk to you after the lesson is over…” (Thynax)

“Okay, I wanted to speak with you too.” (Shyelle)

Shyelle and Ms. Thynax then traveled a large distance away from the rest of the class so that they could attack with a lot more power.

“You can attack first.” (Thynax)

“Thank you, that would be great.” Shyelle replied with a mischievous grin.

‘What is she up to… Maybe this was a bad idea…’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself.

As soon as she finished her thoughts, a massive dome of earth burst out of the ground separating Ms. Thynax and Irene from the rest of the class.

“I figured you wouldn’t want me to show off in front of the rest of the class.” Shyelle said in a sarcastic tone.

“Uh huh…” (Thynax)

“Well, shall we start talking now or shall we proceed with the lesson?…” Shyelle asked Ms. Thynax.

“Well considering you don’t seem to care much about standing out… I guess we can talk first…” (Thynax)

“Hm, true… I don’t care very much about standing out… But my brother does. He told me to try and fit in as much as possible before we came here… It seems like a massive pain, especially since we already stand out…” (Shyelle)

“Mhm… Well you know you two aren’t making it any better, right?” (Thynax)

“True. But the fact that we’re trying at all is why you are all still alive. If it wasn’t for that fact, either Thana or myself would have killed everyone here a long time ago, especially that Principle person.” (Shyelle)

“And why are you here at all? There seems to be no reason why you two would need to be here… Also, why is it so important that you guys fit in?” (Thynax)

“Hm… Well both of those questions really have the same answer… Despite how he may seem, Thana is actually quite doting you know? He always gives me whatever I want, with the exception of one thing in particular…” Shyelle answered while muttering a complaint under her breath.

“He doesn’t seem all that doting… It appears to be more along the lines of you believing that being in his mere presence is a blessed thing to be grateful for about in and of itself…” (Thynax)

“Well I won’t deny that, but… That’s not what I’m trying to say… He really is surprisingly doting…” (Shyelle)

“Whatever, but what does his being doting have to do with you being here?” (Thynax)

“He probably wants me to have a normal life or something along those lines. You know, not sleeping under trees all day in the forest, or sleeping all day in some rocky cave, or sleeping not in civilization somewhere… And I can tell you right now that he isn’t doing it for himself, he finds this whole place a giant hassle, he really despises having to be here…” (Shyelle)

“If he despises it so much then go somewhere else to live a normal life!!!! And besides! Being in the most advanced magic class isn’t exactly normal you know! Very few people get into it!” (Thynax)

“Well we wouldn’t want him to be too bored, would we? Now, let’s get this over with, you can go first.” (Shyelle)

“*Sigh*… Fine, but don’t blame me if you can’t divert it and something happens to you.” (Thynax)

As she warns Shyelle, Thynax lifts her arms and the ground inside the make-shift dome begins to rumble. Lightning begins to dance in the air all around the dome as chunks of earth lift up off the ground. The water in the air then began to condense in several pocketed areas and form balls of water as lightning seeped into them. Ms. Thynax then brought all the water and earth over to her, lighting the earth on fire, and had all the elements she prepared surround her.

“You ready?” Ms. Thynax asked while grinning but with a lack of confidence in her voice.

“*Yawn*… Yeah, yeah… Let’s just do this already…” (Shyelle)

As soon as Shyelle said this, Ms. Thynax flung all the flaming earth and electrified water in a bee-line straight towards Shyelle, and hidden behind the water and earth were several blades of wind she had prepared after gathering all the elements around her. While the elements were hurled at her with tremendous speed, Shyelle simply raised her right hand in front of her, while her other hand went up to cover her mouth as she yawned once more.

‘What is she doing? I know her brother is a freak but she says that he’s much better than her… Is she not taking this seriously?… I just flung every single element at her and she’s just standing there like nothing is hap-‘ Ms. Thynax was thinking when her thoughts were suddenly and quickly halted.

When Ms. Thynax looked at the barrage she had released towards Shyelle, she noticed that everything was stopped in mid-air. Not a single one of the elements that she had launched at her were moving an inch. Then, Shyelle flung her raised hand up towards the direction of the roof of the dome, and all the elements that Ms. Thynax had hurled at Shyelle went crashing into it!

“Huh… Wh-What?… Huh?… Wha-Wha-What j-just happened?…” (Thynax)

“I diverted it, isn’t that what you wanted?…” (Shyelle)

“Well yeah, sure… But you managed to stop it right before it got to you like it was nothing! How!? And then… Oh never mind… I give up on trying to understand the two of you… Do whatever the hell you want just don’t bother the rest of the class…” Ms. Thynax said while giving up all attempts at trying to understand the strange duo that joined her class incredibly late.

Once Ms. Thynax had abandoned trying to understand Thanatos and Shyelle, the dome that surrounded Shyelle and herself began to recede into the ground slowly, as Shyelle skipped off towards Thanatos cheerfully.

‘A normal life, huh?… Well you’re not exactly making it easy on yourselves…’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself.

Taking a look around, Ms. Thynax could see all of her students watching her with questioning eyes, all wondering what had happened inside the mysterious dome. The only ones that could make a dome like Shyelle did, would be a select few of the dwarves in the class, along with Thanatos and Ms. Thynax. Since Shyelle is human, this caused everyone present to once again realize just how terrifying an existence she is.

“Yeah, yeah… I know… She’s a freak, and her brother’s a freak, now get back to work…” Ms. Thynax said as she held up her hands and abruptly shot several lightning bolts towards her students for them to divert.

Since the students didn’t expect her to randomly shoot lightning bolts at them, most of them created a pillar of earth out of the ground in order to block the bolts, while only a few diverted it by a hairsbreadth. Seeing most of her students just blocking the attacks, Ms. Thynax sighed in exhaustion and went over to the stands where Thanatos lay sleeping.

“Louise, make sure everyone does what they’re supposed to, I’m gonna go talk to the sleeping beauties.” Ms. Thynax said as she pointed towards Susan and Thanatos.

“Okay, will do.” Louise responded with a firm nod as she went back to practicing.

When Ms. Thynax arrived near Thanatos and Susan, Shyelle who was sitting next to them looked over to her with a curious and questioning gaze.

“What are you doing here? Our talk is over.” (Shyelle)

“Yeah, yeah, I know… You kids are driving me crazy, and Louise should be able to handle the class, so I’m going to take a load off and rest my eyes for a little.” (Thynax)

As soon as Ms. Thynax said this, Shyelle’s eyes shot wide open, completely shocked at her teacher’s sudden change in behaviour and ethics.

“What the hell happened to you in the past minute?…” Shyelle asked sarcastically with a hint of seriousness in her voice.

“What? You think I’m always a stickler like that? Jeez, I thought I left a better first impression on you lot… You should know that I have to get through the effort of trying to help you kids before I can give up and then just call it quits. If I just never attempt to get you to participate, then I look bad, but if I do try and it doesn’t succeed, then there is nothing that can be done about it.” Ms. Thynax explained.

“So how does that lead to you taking a nap instead of teaching the class?…” (Shyelle)

“Huh? They’re fine! Louise is looking after them! Besides, they should be able to look after themselves at their age. And how this led to me going to take a nap… It felt like a good idea since you guys have exhausted the ever living hell out of me… I mean what the hell is with you guys anyways?… *Sigh*… Whatever, doesn’t matter now since I gave it a shot and it failed. Now we just have to get through the semester while maintaining appearances.” Ms. Thynax said with a light wink.

“I see… So you’re not a complete pain in the ass… You have no tolerance at all in regards to men, seeing your reaction to him naked, but you’re not a complete pain in the ass…” (Shyelle)

“What does me seeing my student naked and wanting to avoid talking to him while he was naked have to do with anything!?!? And what do you mean I’m a pain in the ass!?!?” (Thynax)

“Ugh… What I mean was, if you didn’t make the effort to try and make Thanatos and myself participate in the first place, none of these problems would have happened… He would have just been the lazy guy who slept all the time in class and I would be the innocent cute little sister who always followed him around… But you made us participate and have been a giant pain in the ass all day.” (Shyelle)

“Grrr… I see what you’re trying to say there about me being a pain, and I get that much… But what does me not wanting to talk to Thanatos while he’s naked have to do with anything!?!?” (Thynax)

“Well for starters you need to learn how to relax more, let loose… Like really, what’s wrong with him being naked while you talk to him? You did come early after all, and he’s your student who’s not even an adult left, you can’t handle seeing a naked student in front of you? What are you afraid of? That you’re going to pounce on him just because he’s naked? Or that he will pounce on you just because he’s naked? Because we both no the latter won’t happen with the way he is. “There are a lot of things wrong with you, you know… And my reaction was perfectly normal! It isn’t normal to immediately try to have sex with your brother just because you saw him naked!” (Thynax)

“Hm… You didn’t say anything about it being the first time you saw a boy naked…” (Shyelle)

“Eh?… Shut up!!!! Let me go to sleep already!!!!” (Thynax)

As Ms. Thynax finished shouting, both her and Shyelle could see movement coming form Thanatos out of the corner of their eyes.

“Will you both shut up and let me go back to sleep already?… Shy, you promised to wake me only when we were either done or something interesting happened… Please speak now if either of those criteria are filled, otherwise I’m erecting a barrier around my bed for a week.” Thanatos warned as he woke up in a bad mood due to the shouting.

When Shyelle heard him threaten her with the act of secluding himself from her in bed, Shyelle became wide-eyed once more and fell into a panic.

“T-Thana!!! Thana-nii! Something interesting did happen! You don’t need to keep me out of your bed! Really, something did happen!…” Shyelle said with panicked eyes.

“Oh, then what is it? If it’s nothing then I’m not letting you near my bed for a week you know?” (Thanatos)

“O-Oh, well, I found out Ms. Thynax isn’t a complete pain in the ass! She was just being one temporarily so she looked like she actually tried, that way we all could move on!” (Shyelle)

“You don’t need to say it like that…” Ms. Thynax muttered…

“I already knew Alexa wasn’t a complete pain in the ass, now is that all? You’re down to being kicked out for three days, if there’s nothing more than you’re not allowed in…” (Thanatos)

“Uh, uhhh, ummm…” Shyelle moaned out while looking around frantically for something interesting.

Seeing Shyelle in a panic due to her brother’s threats, Ms. Thynax had completely mixed feelings for the young woman.

‘I knew she was a complete brocon but… This is a bit ridiculous right?… And I wouldn’t take Thanatos to be the kind of guy to either threaten or hold up said threat to his sister…’ Ms. Thynax thought while she looked at the two with curiosity.

Looking around the arena frantically, Shyelle finally locked her eyes onto something she thought was interesting and decided was worth a shot to save her bed privileges.

“I-I found something! Yes! I found something interesting Thana!” Shyelle shouted with confidence and receding panic in her voice.

“Oh? And what would that be?” (Thanatos)

“Well, Irene seems to be fighting with that Louise girl again, it has something to do with napping in class I think…” Shyelle said as she strained her ears towards the two girls bickering in the arena.

“Hm? What about napping in class!?” Thanatos said as he shot upwards and shook on Susan’s shoulder.

“Susan, get up! This is important! Apparently there is some form of debate going on about napping in class!” Thanatos shouted to his comrade in arms, causing her to shoot upwards with the same speed as Thanatos did, alarming both Shyelle and Ms. Thynax.

“Jeez… Now I know how to get their attention…” Ms. Thynax muttered to herself.

“Shut up, Alexa. I won’t listen if you tell me not to sleep in class, although I doubt you would anymore after how today went.” (Thanatos)

“I said stop calling me Alexa! And you can’t speak to me like that! I’m your teacher! And you shut up! It’s your fault for how today went!” (Thynax)

“Hm? Did you say something Alexa?” Thanatos said as he looked away from the two girls in the arena he was staring at in order to see Ms. Thynax.

“Ugh… Never mind… I’m going to sleep, if you want to get into their argument be my guest, but keep me out of it. Shyelle, please stay here so I have an excuse to be here as well.” (Thynax)

“Hm… It seems a lot more tempting to go with Thana though… And you haven’t exactly done anything in our favour today… Why should I help you?…” (Shyelle)

“I will let your brother sleep in class and I will let you sit on his lap for the rest of the semester without disturbing the two of you.” (Thynax)

“Deal.” Thanatos and Shyelle said in harmony, immediately after Ms. Thynax made her proposal.

Shyelle then sat down beside Ms. Thynax, and Susan and Thanatos walked down to the stage area to join into the argument.

‘I’m surprised that worked… Although if I go back on that deal I have a bad feeling about whatever will happen to me…’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself while glancing nervously at Shyelle who is sitting beside her.

“You know if you ever break that deal, if he doesn’t kill you then I will? And I’m not sure which one of us would make it more painful…” Shyelle said towards her teacher.

“*Swallowing saliva*… Yep… I had a feeling that was the case…” (Thynax)

‘These two are insane!!!!’ Ms. Thynax thought to herself while her eyes showed full panic at what she had just done.
