Prologue : The Legend of the past

There was once a Legendary Magician who had lived for 700-Years, it was said that he could kill his enemies with just his presence and level the mountains with a flick of his finger, He stood at the top of the most powerful that even the Demon Lords feared his presence, His Name is Grand Magician Thormiel the one who is known as the strongest and the one who started the Golden Age of Magic.

As Thormiel is just a Human even with his vast amount of Mana, He could not win against time. His once strong body become weak and his skin shriveled, knowing that he’s past his prime in order to preserve the peace he picked 7 Disciples who he deemed worthy to be his successors, learning under his strict teachings the 7 Disciples have stood alongside him as the strongest, Leaving it to his Disciples to continue his legacy.

Thormiel secluded himself inside the Tower he erected to further advance his knowledge not only in Magic but on anything that piqued his interest, He published numerous theories of different variety whether it’s Magic or Production that greatly helped not only the Humans but the other Races as well.

Finally as the Great Thormiel is on his death bed, he was surrounded by his 7 Disciple while all of the powerful and influential individuals stood outside his Tower mourning over his eventual death caused by Old Age, as the sun rises the 7 Disciples announced that the Grand Magician Thormiel had passed away at the Age of 700.

Though this was the official history recorded by the many historian of the past some things wasn’t as accurate as they seem, it is true that Thormiel is feared by the Demon Lords but not only by his strength alone he makes sure that plenty of the Demon Lords don’t die as they’re the only ones who could take a beating from him and not die easily, basically the Demon Lords are his stress reliever.

Second he didn’t picked up his Disciples to continue the peace, he picked them up as he needed more hands to do his research and have some people to take care of him, he basically treated them like a slave without them knowing as they considered the things Thormiel said and made them do as a teaching, to not raise any suspicion he did teach them some Magic.

Third he made his disciples do all his work outside in the charade of keeping the peace, with his age he’s easily irritable so he kicked out all but the necessary personnel to continue his life of laziness and greatness inside his Tower, as money doesn’t entice his interest any more powerful and influential individuals have no other choice but to offer him knowledge in exchange for his help that he makes his disciples do.

Fourth after years and years of studying the knowledge presented to him, he wanted no more and so he presented the world with his theories of Magic and later in his life he wanted a higher quality furniture and food and so he released his theories for it too.

Even as all the people worship him Thormiel lived a happy humble life, as a child he hated to learn the swords and train his body so he studied Magic instead, years go by and he was recognized as a genius in the Academy and the King ordered him to defeat the Demon Lord who have been terrorizing the Kingdom, the young Thormiel was stressed out after receiving the order, he was thinking that the King must be out of his mind to send him out to his death, but in the end he managed to kill the Demon Lord and the cycle repeats until he become recognized as the strongest Magician.

Finally to prepare on his 700th Birthday Thormiel took a bath as a frail and weak Old Man it was an astonishing feat for a Human who’s life expectancy is below 100-Years to live past over it and even surpass the Elf’s life expectancy of 400-Years because of his Colossal Mana, to this day the only regret he have is that he didn’t train his Father’s Sword Technique that is now forever lost after his Father died in Old Age hundreds of years ago, while Thormiel reminiscent of the past there was a knock on a door and one of his Disciples entered to help him dress up, Thormiel stared at the large mirror that reflected his current image of a bone thin wrinkled Old Man.

Though Thormiel is barely living because of his Mana, he himself knows his body have passed the limit and that today might be his last and told this to his Disciple that just finished dressing him up, he looked up at his Disciple's tearing face that rushed to tell the other Disciples, after that he was brought into the Large room he used for hundreds of years surrounded by his faithful Disciples, tearing up beside him even though they’re passed the age of 300.

As the party is close many powerful and influential individuals have arrived only to be met by a powerful barrier on the entrance of the Tower, in the bed where Thormiel lies the memories of his life slowly played inside his mind, after he saw the image of his Father, tears begun falling from his eyes, slowly and slowly he weakly breathes and after a few more seconds Thormiel passed away with regret.

The Disciples weep of his passing, until the sun begun to rise, only then they dressed their Master’s body with his favorite white cloth, and let out the news of the Great Thormiel’s passing.
