I stumble to the ground as everything shakes. My sire stops and looks at me worriedly.

I look away and look back to my sire. Her hair is pure white with hints of grey. She wears a robe made of silk, it has embroidery crawling up her arms. The embroidery color is gold and the robe is black.

We weave through the hallways and finally get close to our destination.

She slows down and looks back to me to make sure if I was still there.

Then she looks the door in front of her and opens it. She sighs in relief.

She walks through the door and walks down the spiral staircase. As I follow my sire I glance at the lanterns.. it looks like there is a dancing flame inside.

I look away from the lanterns. I notice that we are at the entrance of a large room.. I haven't seen anything like this..

My sire looks around and starts walking to the right. I follow.

She reaches the end of the wall and touches something I can't see.

A secret passage opens up with alot of dust and grinding noise that irritates my ears.

Before she walks through secret door, she looks at me and says "we are almost there, we just have to walk down this"

I look at her and nod slowly.

She smiles and motions for me to go first.

I do it. And turn back to look at her.

She is fiddling with something and then the secret door closes. With even more dust and the awful grinding noise.

She walks past me and I follow her.

The passageway is filled with spiderwebs and dust. I almost sneeze.

My sire and I move through the passageway, weaving through the spiderwebs.

Eventually we get to a coffin that's in a alcove.

I look at her confused and I say "Why is there only one coffin?"

My sire says "You are the youngest vampire is this clan.. you will most likely survive and have less of the side effects a long hibernation. "

I nod slowly. And say "But what about you though? How will you survive?"

My sire looks sad. And says "Most likely I won't but you will keep the bloodline safe if you hibernate."

She continues "So please do what I ask of you, child."

I look shocked.. she never has called me child before.

I look at her and after I moment, I start moving towards to coffin. But before I get to it I look back at her. I rush up and give her a hug. She hugs back.

I let go and she does the same.

I turn and go to the coffin. I start to open it and surprisely it perfectly clean. I start to get in the coffin. And I see my sire come up to the coffin and help me close it. But before it's closed I hear the last words I'll probably hear in a long time.

"I love you Ashway, hope i'll see you again soon"

The coffin lid closes and darkness consumes me.
