When all cities fall, when all fire magicians die and when all hope dies, a new hope rises, a new fire mage rises and a new city rises.  The Last Fire Mage defending The Last City and so he becomes The Last Hope. But to do all that he has to find other survivors and build The Last City with a system called "City Management System."
