But the main issue was you can't recover your account and able to transfer/send data to ED's server. That was a big problem since it would be lost forever. Two of my friends were about to give up.

I had/has two accounts. One was born from the 24-level cap when Dragon Nest Sea was released. Yet that account was needed recovering. And one account was where my Ruina and where my Lancea-String Breezer named, MadaraSmyl. My main died in 32-level cap. Of course, I was able to recover my other account that I used many times before to abuse Return Hero Altea Boxes every month.
