Rebirth of Lucifer Silver knight

Rebirth of Lucifer Silver knight

I was once known as Nie Lee, feared by all who lived beneath the dirt. I was a man with no family, no love, and only my pride to keep me company. At 43 years old, I ruled the underworld with an iron fist, and everyone trembled at the sound of my name. But fear can only keep men loyal for so long. It was only a matter of time before my own men, driven by greed and desperation, turned against me.

The betrayal came as no surprise. I always knew they were incapable of loyalty. Yet, as they stabbed me in the back, the look of terror in their eyes still amused me. Even as blood poured from my body, I managed a grin, and that grin—sent them fleeing. They couldn't bear to face me, not even in death.

In my final moments, I wished for something different. If given another chance, I wanted peace—a quiet life. And then, darkness swallowed me.

When I awoke, it wasn't to the cold ground but a soft bed. My body felt strange, smaller somehow, weaker. Two women hovered over me, speaking in a language I didn't understand. That's when I realized it: I had been reborn.

I was no longer Nie Lee, the underworld don. I was a newborn child in a world that wasn’t my own. A world of magic, dragons, and devils. When the king, my new father, first laid eyes on me, he called me "Lucifer Silver Knight." Perhaps it was fate, perhaps it was irony.

But the story of this world begins long before my rebirth. It begins in the ancient kingdom of Leamas, one of the Five Great Kingdoms, a land rich with gold, magical plants, crystals, and mythical beasts. Among them were the dragons, powerful and wise creatures that ruled the skies, and the devils, beings of darkness revered as gods by orcs, vampires, and goblin-like creatures.

In ancient times, the most feared of all devils was Lucifer, a being so powerful that he oversaw all Five Great Kingdoms and their monarchs. His influence was absolute, save for one exception—the dragons. No devil’s power could touch the dragons, and no dragon's magic could destroy a devil. Only humans and other devils could kill them.

The devils, knowing this, turned their cruelty upon humanity, enslaving and tormenting them. The dragons, creatures of intelligence and pride, grew tired of the devils’ tyranny. Among them, the greatest of all dragons was Zodiac, a god-dragon of unimaginable power. When humanity came to Zodiac in desperation, he made a fateful choice: he would aid them.

For thirty days and nights, Zodiac battled Lucifer, and in the end, he used his power to seal all devils within the Five Great Kingdoms. Lucifer, the fiercest of them all, was imprisoned in Leamas. The orcs and vampires fled to the Dark Forest, intent on one day freeing their dark gods. But Zodiac knew this wasn’t the end. He knew that the devils would one day return. To stop them, humanity would need strength—strength beyond what they then possessed.

Thus, Zodiac created five gates, leading from the Dark Forest into the Five Great Kingdoms. The gates would open for twelve hours every day during the winter, allowing monsters to emerge. Only by fighting these creatures could humanity grow stronger. To aid them further, Zodiac and four other god-dragons chose five humans to share their power. These chosen became the Draganoids, warriors bound by a sacred contract to their dragon partners, protectors of the kingdoms.

Over time, the Draganoids became kings and queens, and their descendants, the royals. But as the generations passed, humans forgot the true purpose of their battles. They no longer feared the devils but instead sought the treasures hidden within the Five Kingdoms—gold, crystals, and magical artifacts. Greed took root, and the kingdoms turned on one another.

Leamas, my kingdom, was the wealthiest of them all. And so, it became the target of relentless attacks, particularly from Seilf fo Drol, where Beelzebub, another devil lord, had been sealed. In their arrogance, the rulers of Seilf tried to raise two dragons, defying the natural order. It ended in disaster. The two dragons fought, their battle tearing the kingdom apart. The Draganoid of Seilf was killed, and with no contractor to control the beasts, the other guardian dragons were forced to intervene, killing both.

The guardians, disillusioned with humanity, hid themselves away, leaving the kingdoms to fend for themselves. And so, the power of the Five Kingdoms dwindled, while the threat of the sealed devils loomed ever closer.

Ten thousand years have passed since then. Humanity has become complacent, their greed blinding them to the true dangers lurking in the shadows. But I am Lucifer Silver Knight, born anew into this world.
