It was currently night, and with the crackle of a bonfire, Elvina wrote in her journal. Ian lay on a piece of cloth, his face pale as he twisted and turned in his sleep.
The events of yesterday played vividly in her mind.
As she ventured through the dark mist, Elvina noticed the mist growing thicker, and the voices became clearer.
“Help us!”
“Please, spare me!”
“I don’t want to die!”
She quickened her pace, following the direction the wind led her. Soon, she heard someone screaming in the mist.
“Die!”
Upon reaching the source, she halted, her face turning solemn. It was Ian—the same young man. Howeer, a change in his aura caught her attention.
“He has been possessed.”
Ian wielded his sword with wild abandon, striking imaginary foes with large slashes. Suddenly, he turned, bloodshot eyes filled with anger and hatred.
Without warning, he rushed towards Elvina.
“You're too young to fight me, little boy,” she snorted in disdain, easily sidetracking his attack. With a precise movement, she twisted her body and delivered a kick to his chin.
“Bam.” Ian's body fell.
Elvina crouched down to inspect him. “Good, it seems he's unconscious.” She then shouldered the young man.
“Wind, lead us back to where we came from.” The wind danced in command as she felt it going south.
“Thanks.” With the unconscious young man in tow, Elvina hastily left the dark mist.
As soon as they returned, Dyllan and Lady L were gone.
-
While Elvina was engrossed in writing in her journal, Ian suddenly sat up from where he lay, clearly awakened from a nightmare.
"Mom!"
Elvina replied in broken human language, "Not here," while storing her journal. Ian, breathing heavily, looked around.
"Where—"
"Outside."
He turned his head back and saw the dark mist in the distance. Covering his face, he sighed in frustration.
"I messed up."
Then, he clapped his face and stood up. Swaying on his feet at first, he soon found his balance. Turning to Elvina, he looked at her sincerely.
"Please help me." Then he bow his head in plea
Elvina didn’t answer immediately but observe the dark mist at the distance.
"Danger."
"I know I—"
"Money, no," she shook her head.
Ian was about to say something when Elvina continued, "You, help," pointing at Ian. "Me, listen," she pointed at herself.
"Eh?," Ian scratched his head in confusion.
"Command," she said and pointing at her self.
"Oh, okay," Ian nodded in understanding.
"Good," she nodded in satisfaction.
"Morning, go," she pointed at the mist.
"Understood."
Elvina subconsciously prepared to jump but halt herself when there was no tree or tall building in the vicinity. She coughed in embarrassment, looking at the ground floor.

Later that night, Ian sat by the crackling bonfire, his gaze fixed on the dancing flames. The warmth enveloped him, casting a flickering glow on his face. As the embers stoked the logs, a mesmerizing play of red light reflected in his eyes.
Lost in thought, Ian found himself captivated by the intricate dance of fire.
"Thank you," Ian muttered silently
“Welcome," she yawned, then spread a white cloth on the ground and lay down on it, turning her back to Ian. Soon, she drifted off to sleep.
-
“Ready?” Elvina ask Ian
Ian nodded firmly
“Don’t stop, don’t stare, run” Elvina simply said
Ian nodded again.
Then Elvina hold her hands in her front
“Wind, embrace us and protect us from harm.” She spoke in elven language
Ian watch in fascination as he was surrounded by wind, he tried to touch them, but they seems averse in his touch. When he pull back his hands, the air came back surrounded him again.
“Led us to our path, protect us from harm” Elvina pray as the wind follow a direction. Then she open her eyes and look in a particular direction.
“Follow”
Then she rush inside while Ian follow along side her.

(Ian pov)
Staring at the dark mist, he can’t help but shudder in fear.
He remembers while running through the mist, there were voice echoing around him, he tried to ignore it, but soon it became loud then he began to see shadows. Multiple Shadows of people staring at him at the darkness. Slowly, they walk toward him, he tried to evade them, but soon he was cornered. All he remembered was this sight getting black.
“Focus” Elvina said while running
“Y-yes” Ian shake his momentarily distraction and focus on their goal.
-
“Boom!” A figure of a beast folk was seen running from roof to roof.
Behind her, a man wearing a red noble shirt with a cape was chasing her. He looks like a teenager, with long hair plaited in a ponytail. He was mysteriously flying in the air while sending projectiles that appeared out of nowhere.
His face was obviously pale, and he has a set of two fangs in front of his teeth, obviously he's a vampire.
Lady L suddenly stopped and jumped back.
At her front, there suddenly exploded with debris. In those fog, a red orb was floating in the air. “Tsk,” The youth looked at her viciously.
Lady L suddenly took a chance and jumped onto him.
The vampire youth sneered and flew sideways, missing her chance.
“Damn, fucking coward! You fight like a girl!”
The youth didn’t say anything and controlled those blood orbs.
“Shit,” Lady L murmured, as she continued evading those flying blood orbs.
She looked at the center of the town and saw it was covered in a white circular barrier.
She couldn't see anything inside because it was covered in dark mist.
"Where do you think you're looking?"
As if sensing danger, she ducked, but she totally missed an orb on her knee. Before she could dodge, the bullet orb passed through it.
"Fuck!" Lady L couldn't help but swear.
"Got you now, little kitty. Don't worry; I won't end our little game. I'm going to enjoy my time playing with you," he declared with a sinister grin, licking his lips in anticipation.
Lady L, undeterred by the injury, glared defiantly at her vampiric adversary.
"Pervert," she narrowed her eyes at him dangerously.
-
Inside the dome of light,
“Surrender…”
Dyllan calmly looked around.
Suddenly, he felt his barrier behind his back being attacked.
Currently, he was holding a golden staff with a star atop it. It was emitting an aura of light, making his holy light stronger. Dyllan was taking his time, observing his enemy.
“Why don’t you surrender?” a woman's voice suddenly appeared.
A woman walked out from the mist. She had long black hair and fair skin. Her eyes looked gentle as she looked at him.
Dyllan calmly looked at the woman in front of him and then said,
“You're not her...”
“What do you mean? Don’t you miss me?”
Suddenly, all the mist vanished, replaced by a dining room that he couldn't help but feel familiar with.
“This is—" He look around suspiciously
“Our home.” The woman spoke softly.
Dyllan's light in his eyes slowly faded, replaced by a blank expression. It seems he was being affected by illusions.
The woman smiles in satisfaction as she approached him.
When she was near his body, she cant help but touch his cheeks.
“You will be mine…” she whispered lovingly.
Without prior notice, Dyllan suddenly clap both hands.
“Divine strike”
The woman was momentarily taken aback, but before she can speak, she was suddenly envelop in light
“Argghh!!!” The woman scream in horror, soon her image disappeared replace by a shadow with an unknown gender
“You will pay for this!”
Bellow Dyllans feet, his enemy didn’t notice a circle of light covering the dome. Before it notice it, it was already too late.
The mist became thin, showing the damage it has done to his enemy.
“You trick me!” it scream in rage.
“If your so-called illusion, managed to fool me, then I don’t deserve my reputation as the popes disciple.” He tilts his glasses in his noses, looking disdainfully at the it.
Suddenly the mist became disturbed as someone in the mist laugh, and it laugh maniacally.
“You think you won, did you?” then I laugh again
“Soon, our new apostle will be born, with him, we shall rule this mortal realm!”
Suddenly the mist became red
“Hail our Majesty!” Then red mist became tumult as red mist became thicker.
“Your crazy” Dyllan became dignified as red mist became vicious and start attacking his barrier in rapid succession, He suddenly felt strain in maintaining the barrier. Sweat began to appear on his forehead as he defended against the onslaught of attack.
-
While running, Elvina notice suddenly became dignified as the dark mist became dark red. She seems to feel the hatred and anger of the spirits.
“Not good” then she grab Ian’s hand without a warning and speedup ahead.
“Wai-“Ian unable to speak as he felt the win became strong as they rush forward.
The red mist became alive as it tried to follow them on their trail.
Multiple shadows appeared as they stare at duo watching them from afar. These shadows were different as they look at them with red eyes. Then they suddenly scream aloud and run after them like hyenas.
