What happens when a girl from the water element whose mother hates fire people meets a fire person for herself? How will her parents react to finding out she is fraternizing with what her mother calls ’lowers’ as she and her newly found friendship with the fire boy the larger the wedge grows between her and her mother, as the anger builds up in the water home and things get harder for the girl as she discovers who is there for her and who was willing to leave her the whole time.
