Feeling as if he had just broken out of an eternal dream Lucifer woke up once again.

"I'm back..."

Standing from his black throne that gave off an insidious aura, he walked down the pile of bones surrounding it, and then---

"Shit, I've been in slumber for so long that even my legs fell asleep." 

Picking himself immediately after awkwardly tripping, the demon made his way down to the ground slowly.

"My horns, tail, and wings have all disappeared, I can't even feel a sliver of my original power left, truly an undesirable predicament." 

Making sure all his body functions were working properly, Lucifer thoroughly inspected every part of it. Although he couldn't find anything wrong with his body, it bothered him how much he looked more human than demon now, if it weren't for his golden eyes with a very much inhuman slit black pupils, he wouldn't even be able to call himself a demon out of shame.

"I guess I'm perfectly fine."

Barely satisfied with his current condition Lucifer nodded, he was thankful that at least he still had limbs.

Then, snapping his fingers, a black magic circle suddenly appeared below his feet, and from it came impossibly dark mist that enveloped the entirety of his body.

Twisting and turning, soon the mist disappeared, dispersing into nothingness. With the mist now gone, it revealed the demon in an elegant black suit.

"Now then, shall we dance?"

 Looking towards the darkness in front of him, he saw countless shards of ice were heading towards his direction.

Despite the shards of ice flying at him almost reaching the speed of sound, Lucifer dodged each and everyone of them as if he knew the path they would take. 

As he continued to avoid the seemingly endless barrage of ice, a chilling wave of air came rushing to Lucifer's direction, freezing everything that it passed.

With a simple snap of his fingers, a magic circle appeared in front of Lucifer and from the ground rose a gigantic earth wall.

*Whooosh!!!*

The ground shook as the powerful wave of icy wind passed by.

Looking at his sides Lucifer saw the ground frozen solid with ice imbued with magic, the only space not frozen was the space he stood on.

Then suddenly an alarm inside Lucifer's head warned him of incoming danger.= 

*Boom!*

A gigantic pointed ice pillar broke through his stone wall as if it was tofu.

"Heh..."

 Seeing the huge projectile, Lucifer had used his chi and enveloped his right hand in a dark aura.

"Shatter!"

With a single right hook the magically strengthened ice pillar shattered into countless pieces.

"Still warming up huh?"

Sensing incoming danger once more Lucifer jumped back and just barely dodged the attack from two giant constructs made out of ice, ice golems.

Compressing his chi on his feet Lucifer charged at the golems and moved as if teleporting. He smashed the head of the golem on the right with his knee and used earth magic to crush the other one into peices as earth spikes erupted from the ground, both golems had the cores in their head destroyed rendering them useless. 

"Starting to get serious are we?" 

From the distance Lucifer saw a horde of countless ice golems charging towards him.

With a snap of his fingers, dozens of fireballs appeared behind Lucifer.

With perfect accuracy the fireballs hit the golems cores and shattered them into fine pieces as they exploded upon contact, several tens of golems instantly became nothing more than steam.

Then, as the barrage of fireballs continue to completely overpower the golems, something very fast had slipped passed the chaos and headed towards Lucifer. 

He didn't dodge the blurry projectile but instead stood his ground and focused chi on his eyes. With a single fluid motion he moved to the side just slightly for the projectile to miss, then at the same time grabbed the projectile before it passed.

"You finally showed yourself, ice spirit."

Clutching a trident made out of ice in his left hand, Lucifer moved his body to the right as he saw something with a humanoid figure heading towards him even faster than the trident had.

Destroying the ice trident in his hand, Lucifer found an opening in the female ice spirit's defence as it moved pass him and slammed his elbow onto her side but-

*Crack!*

A pillar of ice had blocked his attack and froze his left hand inside of magical ice in the process.

'So the ice drains both my mana and chi huh?'

Feeling the mana and chi inside his left hand being drained, Lucifer realized he could,nt break it out of the magically hardened ice.

The ice spirit looked at Lucifer and spoke as if looking down on him.

 "You had no chance of defeating me demon, my master created me for the sole purpose of killing you." 

However, Lucifer only smirked at the spirit's words, 

"Is that so?" 

Without a second thought, Lucifer ripped his own left hand off his body.

*Ssssshhhhh!*

The fatal injury of Lucifer losing one of his arms had already started healing as something resembling smoke rose up from the wound.

And not even three seconds had passed, Lucifer had already regrown a new arm.

"Show me what you got."

Though the ice spirit was shocked at the scene it immediately came back to it's senses and started creating and throwing ice tridents at a breathtaking speed.

While covering his fist with his chi, Lucifer started destroying each and everyone of the ice spears targeted at him at such a fast speed that he started creating afterimages. 

Just when the fight looked started looking like a stalemate, something had intervened.

*Boom!*

A gigantic earth sword several meters long had crashed down on Lucifer.

As the smoke cleared it revealed Lucifer surrounded by a magic barrier with only a tear on his garment as the sword was only able to pierce halfway through.

"So the other players have come..." 

Behind the ice spirit suddenly appeared four other humanoids, one made from flames, one from earth, one from the wind, and the last one was from light. 

"You're life shall end here demon!" 

It was chaos, giant balls of fire rained down from the sky, spikes of earth erupted from the ground, tornadoes spawned everywhere, and beams of light that disintegrated everything in their path was targeted at Lucifer.

As he was getting target by an absurd amount of magic attacks, Lucifer had been looking for an opening to attack.

"Got you!"

Lucifer jumped towards the rock spirit that seemed to have a split second interval while casting earth spikes.

"Stupid demon..."

Pretending to have been waiting for a cooldown the earth spirit saw the opportunity and launched a giant earth spike directly towards Lucifer's heart.

"Guaaah!" 

Blood sprayed out of Lucifer's mouth as his torso was pierced, but then---

"...Heh!"

Despite getting mortally wounded Lucifer's lips curved as he smirked, Lucifer pointed his right hand at the earth spirit. 

The blood splatters on the earth golem's body started glowing as they formed a circle with strange runes. 

"Blood magic, seal." 

Lucifer used his fist that was clad in chi and destroyed the earth spike impaling him.

"I guess that's enough for a warm up..."

Said Lucifer as the gaping hole in his chest already started in healing itself and in a few seconds was already completely recovered. 

"Blood magic, blades."

From the veins on Lucifer's wrist erupted crimson blood that solidified and became 12 blood red short swords all in all.

With a snap of his fingers the blood swords shot out towards the rock golem which was unable to move and cast magic because of the blood seal. 

*Thak! Thak! Thak!*

The blades had cleanly stabbed into the earth spirit without any difficulty.

"Blood magic, energy drain."

The blood swords stabbed into the earth golem glowed and started absorbing the life force of the helpless spirit.

"Don't be cocky demon!"

A conjured ice coffin suddenly appeared out of nowhere and trapped Lucifer inside it.

"Fall before the light.”

The light spirit waited for the opening that his sister, the ice spirit, would create and shot out a bright beam of light.

*Kaaazaaak!!!* 

The entire upper half of Lucifer had been completely destroyed and had turned to dust.

*Ssssssshhhhhh!* 

The upper body of Lucifer started regrowing itself as soon as the attack ended and in a few seconds his body all the way up to the neck had regenerated.

"Turn to ashes!"

A sea of crimson flames, conjured by the fire spirit, had suddenly swept over Lucifer before he could fully regenerate and engulfed him entirely, or so it seemed like that.

As the dust dissipated revealing the charred earth, Lucifer was inside a dome made out of his own blood appeared that had completely negated the damage from the attack.

"Blood magic, double."

And then as he commanded, the blood making up the dome collected and transformed into Lucifer's exact double.

"Blood magic, explode."

Together with a snap of his fingers the swords impaled on the earth golem exploded and the only thing left was a perfectly round, brown core crystal.

"Now, let me show you the true power of a demon, spirits of the Great Magister." 

Said Lucifer with a serious tone as a giant bastard sword made out of his blood appeared in his right hand.
