Roswell, July 2nd, 1947
Kristopher was stabbed in the back, but even though he was badly wounded, he turned and attacked the creature, running through it, which dissolved into his Ikihatsunukishi.
He realized he wasn't going to last long and used all his strength. His Ikihatsunukishi underwent a transformation, becoming larger and much more powerful. The remaining, more agile creatures retreated and disappeared into the darkness. The slower ones were unable to dodge his furious and very fast attack. He waited for a while for more attacks, but all that could be heard was the sound of crickets.
Kristopher remembered his family and made his way to where they might be. Halfway there, his vision blurred, he fell to his knees and started coughing up a lot of blood. His Ikihatsunukishi deactivated. When he tried to get up, his vision went completely blank and he fell.
Another local farmer appeared and was frightened by what he saw. He ran out of there and went to tell the local sheriff. Shortly afterwards, military vehicles arrived at the scene.
The entire team mobilized to analyze the incident. They were confused and some were frightened by the situation. A Major General arrived minutes later in the area of the clash.

"Sir. There's a lot of debris."
"Order them to collect everything," said Major General Kerr.
"Yes, sir!" Replied Captain Hahn.
He coordinated the team picking up the wreckage of a large unidentified object. Two medical officers asked for Major General Kerr's attention.
"His injuries are..."
"Identify him and take him to the base" ordered the Major General, interrupting one of the medical officers.
"From the documents found in the nearby residence, his name is Kristopher," said a Second Lieutenant who was standing next to the medics.
The Major General called Captain Hahn:
"Isolate all his property and collect everything as well.
"Yes, sir! But, sir, we have an object that looks radioactive. A crystal..."
"Does it? Use the counter to be sure!"
"We've already used it and we haven't identified any radiation, but..."
"Then it's not! Collect everything! E..."
"Excuse me, sir! Sorry to interrupt, but..."
"But what, Sergeant?"
"We have a sheriff and a civilian here!"
The Major General ignored his subordinates and went impatiently to the unauthorized ones.
"What the military do for..."
"Come with me!" Ordered Major General Kerr angrily, interrupting the sheriff.
"We just want to know what happened here," asked the civilian, a local farmer.
"I'm not going to ask you again," said Major General Kerr, walking over to a car.
The sheriff, in order not to contradict him, followed him and asked the farmer to follow him. They got into the car and a conversation began.
After a while, the Major General left, and the sheriff and the farmer remained. He went up to Captain Hahn.
"Sir, I'm sorry, but there are a lot of things to pick up."
"I've already called in a reinforcement team. We have to finish this mission before dawn."
