Chapter 29

Chapter 29

“Ha…” Kyle breathed out in satisfaction as he walked away from the ‘kid’ lying on the ground. While, he did not unleash his full strength, he felt rather good after beating on someone in a long while!

‘If I unleashed my full strength, this continent might vanish!’ He thought as he walked over to his daughter.

Kaylee looked at her father with shining eyes. She was too young to understand what happened but she could see that her father was really strong!

“Daddy! That was so cool!! Can you teach me how to do that teleporting thing?!” To the little girl, Kyle was moving far too fast that it seemed as if he was teleporting. She had forgotten that Kyle moved even faster earlier, moving from the city to their current location.

Kyle removed the multiple barriers around Kaylee and carried the little girl into his arms.

“You’ll be able to do that when you’re all grown up little girl.” Kyle squeezed Kaylee’s nose and laughed.

“But I want to do it now!”

Ignoring the little girl’s protests and small hands also gripping his nose in return, he laughed out in happiness.

“How about daddy show you something else?”

“Hmph, you still have to teach me how to teleport!”

“Ok, daddy will teach you how to teleport in the future! But! Let’s go for a fly for now, what do you say?” Kyle smiled at the little girl, who titled her head to the side from the word ‘fly’.

Kyle slowly rose up, his feet leaving the ground. Kaylee realised that they were now standing in the air. She screamed out of delight and slight fear, grabbing onto Kyle with all her might.

As they rose higher and higher, Kaylee slowly got rid of her fears, and started looking around with great interest. Their current location wasn’t too far away from the capital. The mountain range acting as a shield could be seen clearly.

Kyle produced an invisible barrier around them to shield Kaylee from the cold wind. They were now quite high up in the air. The capital was now visible as they had gone much higher than the mountain top.

“Daddy! I want to fly too!” Kaylee was very excited as she looked at the unfamiliar scenery for the very first time.

Kyle only laughed in response. In this world, no one could truly fly. Even that old man, the Divine Wind, was merely borrowing the power of the wind. If Kyle was to seize control of the wind around him, the old man would not be able to unleash wind-based attacks much less fly!

For one to escape the confines of gravity, one needed to reach a certain cultivation base, or it would not be possible without using a magic tool.

Kyle made a promise to teach his daughter and headed towards the city at a leisurely pace.

Liz left her mother’s house carrying a few things in her hand. She was to live at Amelia’s villa in the academy. She could no longer go home to visit her mother frequently like before.

The time was the morning of the day after Amelia and she had a private conversion. Amelia had decided to still go on a trip with Alex’s family after finding out that they were going to spend some time in the joint city before moving towards the elven forest.

The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

They would be leaving tomorrow and Liz would be stuck with Alex and Amelia until the end of the year in the joint city.

Liz skipped a little as she made her way back to Kyle’s mansion. Her cheerful smile bringing a lot of attraction from the surrounding young men.

Although, it was decided that she would be Amelia’s maid, Liz would get to see Alex a lot more of the time. She couldn’t help but giggle as she thought of the boy. Inwardly, she worried, wondering what Alex thought of her at the same time.

Soon, she reached the gates of the mansion and went in through the smaller door into the garden. Bill, the gardener, was napping under the shade of a tree. Liz smiled and thought they were rather lucky to be able to work for Kyle’s family.

“Liz!! Come play with me!” Kaylee was there with her father, seemingly doing a set of weird looking movements.

Ever since, the two came back yesterday, Kaylee would not separate from Kyle and asked to be taught to ‘fly’ and ‘teleport’. Liz was rather puzzled by those words. She had never heard of anyone being able to perform such acts after all. Perhaps in the fictions that could be borrowed from the library, one might read about a mighty being breaking through the mortal shackles to step in the air as if it was land. Yet, they were merely fantasies and none in history was able to do those things.

If Liz was a mage, she’d be able to sense the mana in the air around Kaylee entering her small body. Therefore, Liz merely thought it was an odd form of exercise.

Kyle looked over to the approaching Liz. He seemed to be pondering something as he looked at Liz, then back to Kaylee.

Unknown to anyone but perhaps Vanessa, this was a type of exercise that was designed to draw in the latent energy in the air to reinforce one’s physique. He had not considered teaching anyone until Kaylee pestered him. Vanessa had no need for such a slow method since their ‘exercise’ was more than sufficient.

‘Hmm, if she’s going to be with Alex, she cannot remain a mortal forever. Vanessa certainly would not allow her little brother to go before her. I will have to teach Liz and Amelia, along with Alex eventually to cultivate.’

Kyle eventually decided to ask Vanessa for her opinion regarding Alex and Amelia tonight.

Kaylee was trying to make Liz copy her movements so the two can exercise in sync. Soon enough, Liz who had managed to remember them a little started to get rather tired. The little girl, who has had an abnormally strong physique since birth tilted her head as she couldn’t understand why Liz was huffing and puffing only after a few minutes.

Kyle lay in bed next to Vanessa. His hands were not at rest as they roamed all over her small body. Vanessa responded by starting to unbutton his shirt in heated fervour. Kyle’s hands wondered into her night gown as their lips started to tangle together in harmony.

The couple only separated after two minutes of passionate kissing. Vanessa stared at Kyle with watery eyes, filled with love. Kyle smiled softly and rained down small kisses on her face.

Although Vanessa’s beauty could not match up to Amelia, Kyle loved her all the same. There was no rhyme nor reason for his feelings. Perhaps having a child together had truly cemented his affection for the girl.

Suddenly, Vanessa spoke up, enduring the feeling of wanting to accept her husband, knowing that her secret garden was ready.

“Dear. How come we haven’t been able to have a second child?”

This brought a halt to Kyle’s actions. He thought about it for a bit before answering.

“I don’t know my love.” Kyle looked into her eyes and gave her a gentle kiss.

“But, I feel that if we keep trying, it won’t be long before Kaylee has a little brother or sister!”

Vanessa blushed a bit and bit Kyle’s shoulder. It wasn’t long before the two were once more overwhelmed by their passion and love for one another. Kyle took off Vanessa’s gown and also removed his clothes in a hurry, while somehow managing to continue kissing.

Vanessa let out a cry of happiness as little Kyle entered her honeypot. Perhaps it was due to the improvement in her physique, Vanessa’s body retained her youth, unaffected by childbirth and the passing years.

Kyle thoroughly ravaged his wife as they both let out moans of pleasure. Sometime, Kyle would press Vanessa under his body and other times, the girl would become a valiant female knight.

Vanessa lay on top of Kyle after their lovemaking session, slightly panting and savouring the aftertaste, while Kyle stroked her back lovingly.

“Wife.”

Vanessa pouted a bit after being called as such. Before Kyle had a chance to continue, Vanessa interrupted him.

“You aren’t allowed to call me wife anymore! It’s not cute!”

Kyle was dumbfounded at the response. He had been calling her that way for years, yet she never voiced a complaint. Kyle wondered where the dislike for the name came from.

He thought for a few minutes before trying once more. All the boring usual nicknames would not do. He wanted it to be uncommon, something just between them.

“Umm…’nessa?”
