On the topic of book 2 and 3, both are still being written. I have started on the rough outline for book 2 and it's getting a bit longer than I originally anticipated. Expect about 120-150k on it(for reference, book 1 is 87k). There's a lot of stuff that needs to happen so cramming it into one book is quite the challenge.
