It’s currently break time. Aria is eating with Sakura’s group who scolded her for her actions earlier. Shun Akatsuki, the red haired man, is a well known gangster around Akihabara. Not only that, his parents are politicians, so none dares to cross his path. He has records of violent acts and even the principal turns a blind eye on his actions, so it’s not a good idea to mess with him.

At most, they said Shun might even attack her on her way home. Aside from Sakura’s group, the others didn’t take her actions too well. If it weren’t for Sakura’s group, she would be eating alone in the cafeteria.

Although she didn’t really care, Sakura tried to cheer her up by saying their anger would fade in time.

After the break, they went back to the classroom and did what a normal student should do, sit in the middle of hell which made Aria regret her decision of going to school. There were interesting events that happened, but most of the time, it’s boring. Seeing no reason in continuing, she decided that she’ll quit school tomorrow.

When the classes ended at 3:00 pm, Sakura and the others invited her to the karaoke. Since it’s something new to her ears, she quickly accepted the offer. Everyone had great voices, not a professional level, but not average either. Aria on the other hand sang every song in a monotonous voice, even though she put a lot of effort to it. They continued singing until 5:30 pm and went home after that. Although school was boring, events connected to it were fun, so she changed her decision again. She’ll give it one more try.

The school is two stations away from Akihabara station, so by the time she got to her apartment, it was already 6:30pm. The moment she entered, she threw her bag on the corner of the living room and stripped. She then walked to the kitchen and took a bottle of coke, potato chips, and two boxes of pocky, before going to the living room and opening her one hundred inch plasma tv to watch one-kick man, all twelve episodes in one go.

With the food in the table right beside her, she sat comfortably in the sofa. Only in her underwear, the furry surface of the sofa slightly tickled her soft skin, which for her was relaxing. To add, the room was chilled by the AC unit.

Her head was slightly tilted upwards, since the plasma tv was located on the upper part of the wall and her legs were stretched forward which were placed on top of a glass table. She stayed in that position for a long time, with only her right hand moving to get food.

By the time the anime ended, it was already 2:00 am, but there’s still time. Since her classes start at 9:00am, she has to start commuting at around 7:30am, meaning that she has five and a half more hours to watch anime, so she took the ‘meth note’ cd and watched it. But first, she took more food from the kitchen.

As a vampire, and a lord at that, she can live without food and water for more than a hundred years, but since food of the current era is to her liking, she eats three times a day. Although it’s usually composed of junk foods and soft drinks.

Around 6:45 am, she started cleaning the room and fixing her things. After that, she took a bath and wore a new set of uniform. Looking at the drawer, there’s only one spare left, so she’ll have to go to the laundry shop later.

Around 7:20 am, she finally set out for school.

While walking to the station, she was greeted by people. Before school started, she rarely goes out of her apartment, but whenever she does, she always attract attention. She doesn’t remember when it started, but now she’s somehow acquainted with them. Not having any reason to act negatively towards them, she replied with a small nod.

Inside the train, people, both male and female, offered their seats to her, although she declined. She said there’s no need for them to do that much for her, she’s ok with standing up. That act alone made more admire her.

Getting off from the train, she started walking to her school with an elegant posture and calm demeanor, making her look like a dignified royalty. People around her stared in awe, but she was oblivious of her situation. She’s simply walking with school in mind.

She wore gray jacket with the school’s logo on the left chest. Underneath the jacket was a white shirt, which was a bit tight on her chest, and a red necktie. On her lower body was a checkered skirt consisting of gray and white colors, that reached down to her knees.

Aside from her looks, her uniform also attracts attention, since it’s the uniform used in the prestigious Sakura high. It’s one of the best high schools in japan, and it’s known for it’s high standards. It’s said that ninety percent of the applicants failed to enter Sakura high this year. The only reason Aria got in is because she manipulated the proctor handling her test.

On the way to school, Aria saw a familiar face on an alley she passed through. She went back to look and saw the red haired man talking with a dangerous looking person.

Aria walked to the alley, which surprised Shun and the man filled with piercings. With eyes widened to its limits, Shun asked. “Why ar ya here?”

“Because it looked interesting.” An immediate response.

The one Shun was conversing with was a big, muscular guy with tons of piercing on his face. The big guy looked at Aria’s body and bit his lips as his eyes saw her chest. “Young master, is she your girl?”

“N-no, she’s just my classmate.”

“Then it should be fine if I use her right?”

A bit hesitant, it took him a few seconds to respond. “T-that should be fine. She did anger me yesterday, so punish her for me.”

The big guy grinned as he walked towards Aria. Even though the man was walking to her with nasty look on his face, she stood there with a calm expression, as if she sees no threat at all. On the other hand, Shun was sweating a lot from hesitation. He’s mind was being teared apart by two choices. Should he stop his underling? Or should he let his underling continue?

He only met her yesterday, and their first meeting wasn’t a good one, but there’s something telling him to protect her.

Just before his underling touched Aria, he yelled. “Stop!”

In an instant, the man stopped and turned around. Seeing his agitated face, his underling giggled. “So you really fell for her.”

“S-shut up, I-I don’t like her. I told ya a thousand times, I hater her!”

“Yes, yes, you kept on telling me you hate her. You even kept on telling me what she looks like, to the extent that I could recognize her on our first meeting.”

“Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!” Shun covered his ears and glared at his underling. His face was red from anger, or maybe it’s from embarrassment, it might even be because Aria is staring at him.

His underling made a smug expression while giggling, making him snap and runaway. “You idiot!”

He ran past his underling and Aria, leaving the two alone in the alley.

Aria, who stayed silent the whole time, finally spoke. “That’s interesting. I’ve never seen a delinquent that acts like that in the mangas I’ve read.”

Still giggling, the underling said. “I think you’re more interesting. Even though it’s an act, you should at least be terrified when a big person like me is walking closer to you. Well, it’s also interesting to see young master like that.”

“Now that it’s over, I’ll walk to the school.”

She turned around, but before she could take a step, the man asked. “Hey young missy, what’s your name?”

“Why should I tell you?”

“Isn’t it natural to tell your underling your name?”

“I don’t remember making you my underling.”

“I will be after you marry young master ahahahaha”

Aria continued walking without ever telling the man her name, and came to class ten minutes late. The day started out interesting, she just hopes the rest of the day won’t be too boring.
