However, a Royal Decree has been passed by the Royal Family of Dracus that gives a huge shock to the whole Empire and even in the Altrean Continent.

It's also stated that- in order to enter this academy, the commoners need to pass a pre-qualification and final examination that will determine if they're worthy of this school.
