Oak had spent most of his High School years avoiding his classmates, he had his best friend, Grey, and for him, that was enough. It wasn't until Grey roped him into starting the anime club with him that Oak truly found people he connected with. Now Oak was graduating and heading off to college to try and figure out his career and he couldn't help but feel some melancholy as he approached the day he would have to leave his friends. That is, until he and his friends were thrown into an alien world with magic, medieval weapons, and bloodthirsty creatures. What was once a group of geeks and misfits, now must become a skilled team of fighters in a world that is fierce and foreign to them. It seems like every anime geek's dream, to be isekaid to a new and magical world but here nothing is so simple or easy. The group must learn what it is to fight for survival, to cling to life, and even to take it.
