Prologue

Feelings, I no longer knew what those were, I had gone numb nearly eight years ago, so if anyone asked I couldn't tell them how I was feeling now that I finally had my revenge, but if I had to say, I'd say I was tired, oh so tired, of everything and everyone, all I want now that  have cleaned up the mess I had made was to go to sleep and rest, nothing more, nothing less.

I sighed, If Ana found out she'd hit me up the back of my head and force me to get moving, but she wasn't here, I had attended her wedding six years ago and at this time she would be due anytime to give birth to her second child, so the most I'd get was a death stare, but at this point I'd give anything for that, maybe it would elicit fear in me and I would feel something.

But I couldn't disturb her life, I had done enough of that, even though it was an accident she had saved my life and took care of me in her own way over the last few years, it was enough, and most of all she was happy now and had finally settled down in her own family, it was best she no longer entangled with me.

I looked at my computer screen and then reached forward to shut it off, I took some time to get up taking my cane with me as I walked across the room going to my fridge, looking through I found nothing but energy drinks, is this why I was tired, I pushed myself along with the help of these for years and now my body has nothing to give, what's was it called?

Right, vitality, if a gamer was next to me they would say I had run out of vitality, but I wouldn't be surprised since I was basically a walking skeleton, I closed the fridge and went over to my bed dropping down on it, I tossed the cane across the room and covered my eyes with my arm.

"I'll go see them tomorrow."
