Kal pushed Cassie off of him making her almost stumble back. “What the hell Cassie?! I told you to stop doing that shit!” Kal wiped his mouth with his hands after Cassie’s random kiss. “I don’t belong to you, understand that…”
Cassie was taken back by Kal’s response, “I’ve been looking all over for you tonight and this is what I get?”
“I’m not choosing you tonight Cassie, I’m sorry.” Kal said what he had to and quickly dashed into the crowd. He was hoping Iya didn’t see Cassie’s surprise kiss.
Cassie however was extremely pissed off. She yelled out, “You’re going to regret you did that to me Kal! No one turns me down!”
Kal didn’t hear a word as he ran to the spot Cashius took Iya, but they weren’t there. He started to panic a little, he thought Iya might already be with Cashius. That made Kal furious, this can’t be happening... He ran a little further into the crowd that was beginning to disperse for the night. That’s when he saw Cashius being escorted by the royal guards. He didn’t see Iya with him, so where was she? From the corner of his eye, Kal saw Iya running up the stairs back to the ballroom. She was headed back to her room. He knew he wouldn’t reach her in time by going up the stairs. During all the festivals the palace is shut down to the public. Only the royal family has access back to their quarters.
Kal was determined not to give up. He knew there had to be another way to her. He looked around watching people leave and then the idea struck him. He saw some leaving down to the beach line and remembered Iya’s bedroom was the only room that faced the beach. Her balcony was made from the cliff. If he could climb up to her balcony… Kal took off running hoping to he wasn’t too late. He kept blaming Cassie and Cashius for all of this turning to crap.
There were quite a few people walking around the beach. A few couples holding hands and groups of friends joking and playing around. The good part for Kal was the night was his perfect cover. He didn’t want anyone to notice him climbing up the cliff. When he got there, he looked up and forgot how high it was. The cliff was about three stories high. Luckily for him, a small path cut into the rock making it easier for him not to be seen.
Kal took a deep breath and spit into both of his palms for grip. He started making his way up the cliff and around to where her balcony began. The cliff was not as easy to climb at night since he couldn’t see as clear. He slipped twice, losing his footing and ripped his shirt in the process. He didn’t care though, all of this was worth it to him. Every scrape, every bruise, Kal didn’t care as long as he still had a chance to be with his beloved.
When he reached to the top, he hopped over the rail and quietly started walking into Iya’s room. Everything was still semi dark and Kal wasn’t sure if she was there yet. He slowly crept in and moved the huge curtains to the side. He looked to his left then looked to his right and there she was. Standing in front of her large windows wiping her tears off her face. She was holding an empty wine glass and after wiping her face again she screamed, “Fuck I should have stayed! I should have knocked that bitch Cassie out…” She put her head down and tightly closing her eyes. Iya felt like she threw away for only opportunity by not fighting for it. But what if he wanted her instead, she thought.
Kal still went unnoticed as he slowly walked up on the side. He was admiring her beauty even though she was upset. He couldn’t help but to be flattered over how upset she was over him. Boy was she in for a surprise, he thought.
The fireworks outside were starting to begin. Firing them over the water was the perfect place to get the best view. Iya watched as the big burst of colors exploded right outside her bedroom window. The bright colors reflected off of her crème color dress making it seem like her dress was changing different colors.
She kicked off her heels and started getting undress. She reached behind her back and pulled the zipper down until it got stuck halfway. That made Iya more irritated because there was no one around that could help her. The top part was unzipped and she figured she could just pull the rest of it down pass her hips. She pulled it down almost pass her breast when Kal popped out of the shadows.
He shocked the hell out of Iya making her jump a little. Although he scared her, she was really happy to see him. Kal was smiling the whole rest of the way as he finished walking up to Iya. She almost didn’t know what to say. When he got closer, Iya was beginning to get a clear picture of him and noticed that he was all dirty. His shirt was torn in a few places and his pants was covered in mud. She examined the way he looked compared to earlier and was a little confused. She smirked at him and said, “I can’t believe you’re here… why are you so dirty?” She then turned and looked out towards the balcony than it dawned on her. “Did you climb the cliff to my balcony?” Amused by the notion she started laughing.
Kal started giggling with her, “Yea I did… it’s a whole security breach but I didn’t think you’d mind.” Iya was so taken back by his effort to get to her that she forgot she was holding up her dress. It was practically hanging off of her body and Kal couldn’t help but look. He kept looking down at the one hand that was holding it all up.
She looked down at her hand then back at him. “I thought you were with Cassie tonight? I saw you guys kissing and assumed… you were choosing her.”
“I’m sorry about that… she thought the kiss would seduced me or something. She wasn’t the one I wanted…” He walked up to Iya, hovering over her as she looked up at him. “What about Cashius?”
“He wasn’t the one I wanted…” She smirked as he caressed her face with his hand. She closed her eyes from his gentle touch. “Kal… I heard what you said to me on Corra… about being in love with me. I think, I’m in love with you too...”

Kal grabbed Iya’s chin and looked down at her lips, “I meant every word I said. I could never imagine my life without you. You complete me, Iya.” He was so close to her face now that Kal could feel her breathing. “What about the law?”
Iya looked her love straight in the eyes, “I don’t care about the law… I want you Kalvanius, son of Artemis. I don’t care if you’re my captain. I choose you…” He didn’t need to hear anymore. Kal grabbed Iya firmly and kissed her passionately. They wrapped their arms around one another tight and snug. Iya’s dress hung off of her body, she forgot all about the zipper being stuck. When Kal tried to finish unzipping her dress, they heard a small rip. Iya pulled back shocked. She gasped, “Neta is going to kill me if you ripped this dress!”
Kal didn’t want to mess with that zipper anymore, so he gripped both sides of the dress by the hips and pulled the rest down. Iya watched as her dress fell down to her feet. She slowly stepped out as Kal slowly returned standing up. He caressed her thighs and hips as he admired her curvy hour glass shape body. The strapless bra and thin G-string panties made him want to lose control.
Kal grabbed Iya again and pulled her to him. They were kissing while Iya started unbuttoning Kal’s ripped shirt and pulled it down over his shoulders. She noticed a small gash on his chest. She looked at the gash and touched his bleeding cut. “You’re bleeding…” She leaned down and kissed the small wound, “Your blood runs in my body now too…” She couldn’t help but to caress the rest Kal’s bare ripped chest and his huge chest muscles down to his beautiful abs.
Kal was done wasting time. He picked Iya up by the thighs and wrapped her legs around him. He carried her to the bed and laid her down, just like my dream, Iya thought. Along the way she unhooked her bra than threw it on the ground. After sitting her down gently in front of him, Kal stood at the foot of Iya’s king size bed and started unbuckling his slacks. He pulled down his shorts along with the slacks and kicked them to the side. He climbed on top of the bed naked and without saying a word, slipped off Iya’s last piece of clothing. He examined her naked body as Iya examined his.
As they kissed he took his time exploring more of her. Kissing her on her neck down to her breast and stomach. Iya moaned from the sensation, the anticipation was killing her. When he got to her stomach he stopped and looked up. He wanted her to know what he was about to do. Kal continued kissing her below her navel down in between her legs. Iya inhaled deep and threw her head back into the pillow. It took everything inside of her not to explode.
When he finished Kal licked his lips and crawled in between Iya’s legs. He slowly began to make love to her, taking his time trying not to hurt her too bad. She clinched and squeezed Kal’s arm and when he noticed her tension, he stopped. She brought his face to hers and kissed him, “Don’t stop…” she whispered. He slightly nodded while his face was still in her hands. She wrapped her hands around his back as he continued.
He began to pick up the pace a little, rocking her back and forth with him. They both were breathing deeply as the whole experience became something they could never imagine. As they became one, their souls lit up like fire. The intensity grew and rose higher until finally they both climaxed together.
Iya sunk in to the pillow, totally relaxed trying to catch her breath. Kal plopped on to the one next to her, doing the same. At first, neither of them said a word. They laid there huffing and puffing and thinking. Kal turned and looked at Iya wondering what she thought about her first time. She wasn’t saying anything, just looking straight up at her ceiling breathing and smiling. The smiling was a good thing, he thought. Kal laid sideways than caressed Iya’s face, “You ok? You’re been smiling for a minute now?”
Iya turned sideways meeting his gaze. She looked up at him still smiling, “That was amazing!” She sat up and looked down at Kal who propped himself up on his elbows. Her excitement intrigued him. “I have one question?”
He smirked and giggled, “What’s that?”
Iya bit the corner of her bottom lip, “Can you… go again?”
He huffed and laughed, “Again? Hell yea I can…” Kal pulled Iya down and hopped back on top of her. They laughed while kissing as they continued with their second round. They made love the whole night. Exploring different positions and taking their sex game to different levels. They took breaks in between to eat, talk and drink wine. Neta left Iya a huge tray of food and two bottles of the finest wine. Iya thought Neta was being funny adding on enough food for two but it ended up being exactly what they needed.
As morning approached, Kal laid awake watching his love sleep peacefully. Their time was coming to an end and he wanted to savor every moment. No matter how it was spent. The thought of having to wait another six months was excruciating for him. It was not fair they were so very limited on when they were ‘allowed’ to be intimate. He leaned down and kissed Iya on the forehead. She slowly started to wake up as he stood up putting his pants back on.
Iya sat up rubbing her eyes. She looked at Kal and asked, “Is it morning already?”
Kal’s pant was unbuttoned when he turned around. “Yea, if I don’t leave soon it’ll be hard for me to go unnoticed.” They stared at one another for a moment before Iya broke eye contact. She looked down at her sheets sadden.
“I never want this night to end. It’s not fair…” When Iya looked up he had a look on his face like he wasn’t done with her yet. He pulled the sheets back then grabbed Iya by her ankles pulling her towards him. She was awake now, as she laid on her back with her legs in the air.
Kal slid his slacks down pass his knees and pulled Iya to the edge of the bed. He spread her legs and said, “One more time…” It was quick but still on point. They learned how to please one another, what they liked and what they didn’t like. He was hard for Kal to get up and finished getting dressed. He wanted to stay with her forever. Kal gave Iya one more long kiss good bye and made his way back to his room.
The sun peeked over the horizon lighting up the morning sky. The lighter it got outside the harder it was for Kal to be able to sneak pass the guards. He had to turn the corner from Iya’s room down the large long hallway that connected the royal quarters to the military quarters. The Garden of Ospice was in between down below.
Kal managed to get passed the guards and sneak to the hallway. He thought for sure he was in the clear and no one had seen him, but someone did see him sneaking by. Cashius stood at the bottom of the stairs that connected the garden to the hall. He stood at the end of the balcony below where he and Iya had kissed the first time. A guard came up from behind to retrieve Cashius since they were all ready to leave Sage. They decided it was better to leave at dawn to be on the safe side. When Cashius heard the guard coming he turned to look over his shoulder. He got a quick glance of Kal walking into the military quarters.
“Are you ready my Star Lord, sir?” The royal guard asked Cashius. His attention didn’t leave the long hallway as he took a wild guess from where he had come from.
“I am now…” Cashius walked behind the guard with an evil and mad look on his face. The first thought that came to his mind was getting Kal out of his way...
