Chapter 13 -Memories!

*FLASHBACK*

Eleven Years ago,when Kuro was just five,he lived in the Hell Ocean,or in its continent to be exact.His parents were powerful,very powerful.But that power made him be born with a thorn.His body and soul were far more powerful than of an ordinary person,thus he was a perfect target for scientist.

In the palace Kuro lived-

He was playing with a small ball as powerful servants guarded him.That day his parents weren’t home but in a mission,a very important mission.His grandfather and big brother were there fortunately.

Then hope came.”Let the Devil Fruit there.We will need it for further experiments.For the moment let’s rest.”The white man said and the scientists left the room.But then despair decided to knock.”How can I grab and eat it...Dammit!”

Hope was there yet despair continued to grab him.It was a terrible feeling.”NOO!!!”But hope didn’t abandon him.Suddenly the Devil Fruit came straight towards his mouth and ended in his stomach.

“Lighting Devil Fruit huh?” Kuro smiled,”From now on don’t call me Zero bot Kuro.That was my real name…”He muttered and then shouted,”Lightning GOD DESCEND!”The next moment everything was blown away,only the white man survived.But he had no power to kill him and left,escaped and swore to kill him,but his grandfather and brother found him.Unfortunately something was wrong and they left the Hell Continent

Kuro slowly opened his eyes and looked around.He saw the blue sea and sky and his friends.”Where are we?” Yuki answered,”In the sea.You finally woke up!” She excitedly woke Haken who was worried sick for Kuro,”You finally woke!What happened back then.”Kuro hesitated whenever to tell or not tell them,but he decided to tell them.

“It all began from this…”

When he finished,Yuki and Haken were in tears.They thought Kuro was just the nephew of a marine as he never told them he was an ADMIRAL and a former Hell Ocean Pirate for his entire life.

“Captain...Sob,Sob,I am sorry!”Haken and Yuki were in tears as they put their hands in his shoulder.They were really sorry for anything bad they did to him but Kuro was fine,”No need to be sorry,It is nothing.”

“By the way,what is that desolate island with black sand?”Kuro pointed at a single huge island.”W-win-winds OF DEATH ISLAND!”Yuki yelled finally realizing that the lightning had still worked even after he was unconscious.Haken was calm but inside he was slightly shivering.The aura it released couldn’t be underestimated.

“Aura of death...And not a small dose of it...AMAZING!” Kuro was excited.There were only two ways for such an aura of death to be released:one was for many people to die on it or a dark or evil Devil Fruit is there.It means that this was previously on the sea.It can be counted as an Ancient Devil Fruit if there is one.

“Devil Fruit…”Kuro drooled.”You like them?”Haken was curious.Every person who ate Devil Fruits said they tasted terrible.”As a side effect of the experiments I like them a lot...Besides eating one gives me a powerup.”Kuro continued.”There should be many types of devil fruits which can survive for years,Death,Dark or even Light.Each are really strong.”

“Then…”Before they could say anything,Kuro had already set his legs on the island.It was really soft like the meat of a cooked beast.Kuro took a bit sand and ate it.”Delicious!”It was really delicious.Sighing,Yuki and Haken also set their legs on the island.”Soft…”They both said at the same time and blushed.

Kuro knew more about islands as he was from the Hell Ocean even if he had barely learned anything in the time he was there as he only lived there for five years.But he was allowed to read in his free time when there were no experiments.
