Chapter 1: Boredom

Chapter 1: Boredom

A tall man, standing at 6"3' was sitting in a throne made entirely of different weapons. He was at the far back. Around him were many different people, each of them sitting on their own throne.  All of their thrones were facing him, and their faces showed reverence and trust. Their thrones were made of 1 weapon each. There was one of swords, spears, scythes, axe, bows, and many more.

The man stood up, clearly showing his features. He had medium length black hair, reaching his eyes. He had  two different colored iris. One was a cold and calculating silver, while the other was a beautiful entrancing gold. His face was extremely handsome, with pale skin, and a defined jawline. He was muscular, but not grotesquely so. It was a perfect lean body. He was wearing a black kimono, with a golden kitsune emblazoned on the back.

The one thing that ruined it however, was the bored apathetic expression he wore on his face. "My fellow gods, I have decided to consult with you this matter, not as a king, but a fellow god. I am bored, what should I do to relieve this...torturous emotion." He looked out over the crowd, his blank face all the same. "You should wage war on one of the other pantheons Mi'Lord. With your strength such a feat would be easy." One man shouted out. "You should try and find love Mi'Lord, it is an easy fix to boredom." Rang another. He scoffed at that one, showing a hint of emotion, annoyance. "You should go down to one of the worlds and find a disciple! Not only would it relieve Mi'Lords boredom, if its a person trained by Mi'Lord, then they would certainly become someone strong. If they had even a small fraction of Mi'Lords power, then who would dare to provoke us?!" He nodded at that one. "You never experienced familial love, due to your past. You should try and experience that." He sighed, but nodded anyway.

He raised his hand, signalling for everyone to silence. It instantly quieted, to the point where it would be heard, even if a feather had fallen to the ground. "I have decided, I will go down to a world, to look for talents to train, as well as find a family to raise me. . As I'm proficient in every weapon, there should be no problem finding a good talent to nurture into a god." They all nodded, looking up at him in reverence. "I shall go down to the world of Ithania to find disciples. Take care of my pantheon for me, my subjects."

The man walked out of the room, and started walking down a long hallway. "Now, where is the transfer room?" He said, apathetic expression still prominent on his face. "Joe, is it true your going to Ithania?" A woman in dark black clothing ran up to him. She had long black hair that fell to her knees, a face of unmatched beauty, and a shapely figure. Her skin was a flawless pale, and her eyes were a charming violet.

"Yes, I will go down to Ithania to find disciples to train, and try to get rid of my boredom. I'm so used to fighting to the death everyday, and enjoyed. Now, I cannot carelessly go and create a slaughter. As unfortunate as it is, if I destroy another pantheon, they will label me a warmonger and rally up a combined army to attack us. Besides, Izanami, isn't it okay for me to have a vacation every once in a while?" (Joe)

"But, is there really a need to go down to the lower worlds to find disciples? For someone like you, who has reached the pinnacle in all weapons, is there really a need. Most Pantheons are ruled by those who have reached the pinnacle in one weapon, while we have an entire council full. There's no need for more war potential, so why? On top of that, there is still the treaty of Ragnarok to consider." (Izanami)

"Ah yes, the treaty of Ragnarok. It states that no god is allowed to go down to the lower worlds. After the prophecy of Ragnarok, Odin fears that people will try and train people from lower levels to become gods, and destroy his pantheon. Doubt he cared that much when he destroyed the Aesir pantheon though. Thus, I will not care for his garbage treaty. In the end, they can't punish you for something they don't know. Ithania is within my territory, and its not like they bother to check for any gods anyway. On top of that, this will give us a chance to search for Lucifer and Ymir, as well as the 4 servants of Calamity." (Joe)

She just sighed in response, and stepped in front of me.

"Fine, but my condition is that you must take me as well. This way, I can ascertain that your not doing anything stupid that might endanger the pantheon." (Izanami)

I nodded, and stopped walking. Before me was a massive marble door. It stood at nearly 50 meters, and gave off a holy presence. We stepped through, and walked into a large, open room. In the center of the room, there was a small pond of glowing blue water. Its light reflected off, and shone across the walls of the room.

"Ah, here we are, the transfer gate. Let us get going, but before that, do you have any information on Ithania?" (Joe)

"Joe, do you mean to tell me you were going to go down into a world, which you had no information about?" (Izanami)

She talked in a scary voice, and a menacing expression was shown on her beautiful face. In response I merely sighed and gazed down at the beautiful pond.

"Welp, time to get going. Lets see what this world has got for me."
