The Cosmos:
The First Genesis Calamity was a tragedy that faltered the Heavens. The singular planet Eden was destroyed, causing nine fragments to scatter across the universe creating Paradoxes. Only nineteen survivors of divine strength remained and had watched over the universe for millennia.
The Book of Asphodel:
It is said that Eden had its fate written for it, causing the falter in the end. The Gods had written their version of fate in which only The Satan or The Savior may read.
The Yggdrasil:
The portal to other Paradoxes. Only those worthy may travel to other fragments.
Death & The Dreamscape:
Death is not a complex issue in The Cosmos. The two realms one will enter are either Heaven (Paradiso) or Hell (Inferno). Heaven is a sanctuary with multiple spheres guarded by the angels. Similarly, Hell is a penitentiary of eternal suffering with multiple circles guarded by demons.
Upon moribund, the physical manifestation of an individual is brought to Asphodel Meadows, a shared dreamscape of the dying to relive their memories one final time before being put to rest. During this time, karma is calculated.
The Dreamscape can only be accessed through lucid dreaming. Everyone has access to a dreamscape but it requires enough Essence to be compiled first. The individual's spirit is transported to their inner mind and subconscious. The Magnum Opus is a realm closer to Paradiso, where judgment may occur. The Magnum Opus is also located in the heart and is capable of corruption from outside sources.

Karma & Essence:
Karma is the force of nature that dictates the person's place in the afterlife. Essence is the will to fight and bond between individuals and Omens.
Population:
The Six Races Include:
Oracles: The messengers to Gods and Omens. Oracles are the only race to contact the Gods. It is said that, in primitive times, they had the ability to channel their power and even summon the Gods themselves. This race is also said to be born of The Calamity.
Invictus: Rooted in light, this race is believed to have the gift of curing ailments and cleansing curses. Occasionally equipped with pointed ears and tall bodies, this race is known to play into an elven stereotype within their culture.
Necromancer: Necromancers are the race said to have been born of the first Lucid Dreamers. They were born with the gift of dreamrunning, an infiltration of somebody's dreamscape and their magnum opus, causing corruption.
Exodus: Rooted in darkness, this race shares similar traits to their counterpart Invictus. Unlike Invictus, this race has the gift of casting curses which has evolved into Magic, a natural blood-born power to evoke elements without the use of energy or needing a developed crystalline structure.
Nephilim: A race of mixed blood, specifically a human and that of the four races listed above. Nephilim are a gift themselves. Typically harnessing the power of the race they are mixed with, they are given the advantage of fulfilling The Prophecy, unlike other races.
Humans: The only race where energy and a developed crystalline structure are mandatory to cast the elements and dirges. Because of this, humans are the only race able to fulfill The Prophecy, the spectacle of the Gods.
*Racial intermixing can only be done through humans. Any other mixing will result in genetic mutations and death.
Constellations:
Constellations are unique to the individual and anyone of any race has one. A reflection of their constellation is the matter of their Magnum Opus which represents a shade of color, a flower, a star, and fervor. The Constellations are representative of the Solar Zodiac Cosmogony, a lost scripture that has and never will be recovered.
