I got up from the ground and thought which one I should pick. Looking back at the ground next to the fire seeing bits of bone, hide, and fur in tiny bits confused on how this was a camp. “How is this a camp system?” I decided to ask why.

I looked at the green window of text, saw the number on the righting show 59:34 and counted down. I took a deep breath and searched the area I could see, hear, and smell to track what direction they were coming from only hearing a pit and pattern of something from the direction where the sun set.

I slang Crude longbow on my back and put the Stone ax on the belt. I started to climb the closet tree digging the bear claw tips of the gloves into the tree, making it to the second closest branch.

While waiting for the count down to go down I continued to make more normal arrows. While making the 9th arrow, I saw a red fox with 3 tails so I used insight to see what it was.

I slowly pulled my bow out and grabbed an arrow, and knocked it in place on the string aiming it at the pyrofox. But I waited to see if more would come out. As I wait, I see the pyrofox go closer to the campfire that is still burning and jump into it. Started rolling in the ash, and another fox showed up and 3 more and more and then there were too many for me to count on my 10 fingers.

All the foxes were different sizes and colors depending on how many tails they had while there was only one 8 tailed fox the size of the fluffy deer. I pull my back drawing the Horned arrow aiming it at the 8 tailed fox’s body. Waiting for it to stop moving and rest, which it just happened to stop to smell the hind bear body.

I let the arrow lose, seeing the tip spin on its way to hit its target I pulled out another arrow aiming at the 7 tailed fox letting the arrow lose. Hearing a scream of pain coming from the 8 tailed fox, I looked down at it in the distance seeing that it was staring right at me with all its tails pointed right at me while the arrow was sticking out of its side.

It let out a roar alerting all the other foxes to where I am, then they all roared in unison. Their tails glowing and pointing right at me, the 8 tailed fox’s tails glowed the brightest then that other foxes that all had glowing tails and had them pointing at me as the 8 tailed let loose a bright beam from its mouth at me.

The beam just missed my head but it got some of my hair and went through the tree I was on and 5 others. I started to slide down the tree to get to the ground as quickly as possible, digging the claw tipped gloves in the bark of the tree.

As I still slide down I see bolts of fire, saps of lighting, beams of darkness, rocks, balls of water, shards of ice, strong gusts of wind. Most missing but some hitting me while I slide down like the rocks and the balls of water. Making it to the ground, I pulled out the crude longbow and started to shoot at the foxes aiming at the closet ones.

Only being able to get 5 shots, only hitting 4 shots while the 5th shot flew randomly in the air, when one of the foxes sent a gust of wind making it hard for me to shoot any arrows. I activated Beastly Rage and threw down the Crude Longbow, pulling out my Stone Axe. Feeling my body strain from this ability and my vision turning into a reddish hue while I stared at the 8 tailed fox.
