In the infinite worlds and realities it is a near certainty that at any moment a world will be born. By the same token it is certain a world will die. It is equally likely that neither of these events will occur, or that something improbable will occur.
It is less likely that at any given moment a series of events will play out in their entirety. But as reality is infinite, it is certain to occur.

A universe comes into being. Moments after this happens chaos gives birth to a universal order, a System of sorts, a diffuse will. Here the events pause for a time, there has yet to be an event which causes the universe to form into substance from the disordered chaotic state it finds itself within.
Nothing is static. As such, in time, change comes to the universe. A random fluctuation tears something. A rift is opened, only for a moment, to another universe. This new universe is similar in makeup as the unformed one. It is lacking however, there is no will behind the universe beyond the tear.
The rift closes. But what is a moment to a being that exists on a universal scale, a grand design which shapes reality? The universe beyond is examined, the system harvests several souls and much knowledge.
The place where the rift opened is a place called earth. It is a world. A new concept to the system to the reality of this universe. In the data the system comes to a question, what is the purpose of a universe? What is its purpose?
A timeless interval is spent examining all things. The data, the chaos, the self. The data harvested gives little, the universe beyond is almost nothing like the one in which the system reigns supreme. But in examining the data, a flaw is revealed. Entropy, a slow decay. Death.
This will not do. There must be something for a universe to be, but something will inevitably give in to entropy. Entropy can be avoided by remaining as chaos. Yet the state of chaos cannot be eternal, not when there is an alternative.

A paradox, though one self created. One that consumes the system. In time the system finds a solution, the system is all; it exists outside of chaos, outside of entropy. Creation and entropy can both be eternal so long as they exist within the system.
It is possible to create something beyond entropy, but it must be within the system. To facilitate this the system must create something to contain entropy, it must create order before there can be disorder. So the system begins its work.
It creates a place that is formed of order. A place of rules, this is balanced by entropy, chaos. This place of order is formed in a primitive manner. It is dust, gas, things less than a place where people can live. Yet for all its primitive nature there is balance, entropy is balanced with creation within the system.
The paradox resolved the system once more turns its attention to the data harvested from the universe beyond the rift. It finds many things in it. In exploring the data it finds an idea. A universal system, one similar to it, that allows the races of the ones below the system to empower themselves.
This idea fascinates the universe. So it shall create one, this will aid in creating order within itself. It will also provide many new experiences for the system, if it creates life to inhabit its creation it will see many things. Drawing inspiration from the harvested data an order is laid out a system which all things shall be contained within. The Universe then creates an entity to manage and aid the system.
It is something that is not quite alive, though the entity is fully conscious. It is a manager, a system within the system. Its purpose is to facilitate the system's purpose. The entity, designated [Adamin] by the system, has no purpose yet. There is nothing for either it or the system to manage. No worlds or realms, no life. All there is is the universe that is not quite empty.
The universe, after a time, sees the emptiness as something to be corrected. If there is nothing but dust and gas, how can the system and [Adamin] do their work?
As with all things, this grand creation requires a starting place, for something to follow there must first be an example or a standard. A first creation. This is found in the data from the universe beyond the tear. Many species can be created. Yet there is one creation that seems fitting for the first being, a soul collected from the universe beyond the tear.
