Prologue

In the sea of the planet known as Earth, artificial islands were found touching the waters of Japanese territory, with a cold night over them. Their positions never changed and always remained stable; almost like the islands that Mother Nature brought to the world.

This is a place known to the world as Neo Tokyo, a small collective of man-made artificial islands floating in the Pacific Ocean about 185 kilometers south of old Tokyo, free from the planet's tectonic plates, and oblivious to the horrific earthquakes that leveled Tokyo and nearly destroyed all of Japan in the past, while held in place by powerful "Magnetic Anchors" made of carbon fiber and resin, all built with the most advanced technology of the time.

Since that "crack" opened and "it" crashed into Earth 60 years ago, changing the course of the world forever...

The pale moonlight in the skies of this humble planet softly illuminated the city formed by pure islands of artificial nature, and the sea surrounding each island reflected its cold, silvery light.

The total area of the artificial island complex was about 377 square kilometers and its population exceeded two million people. Each of these islands, of different sizes, was connected by extremely strong bridges that allowed the passage of cars and magnetic trains powered by Hidrun.

It was a large ecological city that harnessed ocean currents, sunlight and winds to supply itself with energy, packed with cutting-edge technology that did not pollute the planet.

It was already midnight and a new day would soon begin in the Neo Tokyo Islands.

The windows of the buildings with the lights off reflected the light from the perpetual street lamps that absorbed the sun's radiation during the day and released it at night in the form of light to illuminate the streets. The reflection of that light gave them a rather magical appearance, as if it were a dreamlike scene in the middle of the darkness of the night.

The bustling city of Neo Tokyo today, as seen by any traveler in the skies, would appear to be a sea of holograms in itself, with various advertisements and anime characters projected into the air; with convenience stores, family restaurants, and karaoke bars booming even at this hour when everyone should be under the warm embrace of Morpheus. Some of these facilities were staffed by advanced robots and androids that looked after the interiors.

The streets, packed with young people and teenagers, seemed to be full of life. Some were laughing innocently at a joke or simply because someone had made a funny little mistake; others were commenting on strange rumors, using them to kill boredom, as they had nothing better to do that night when they went out to find fun for themselves and their friends.

A boy with dog ears and a blue shirt that had a beautiful silver-haired anime girl with violet eyes designed on it whispered, quietly telling a recent story seriously to two of his friends.

—The Black Ryuu is said to be a government experiment created to hunt down the worst juvenile delinquents of the Neo Tokyo Islands at night, protecting the peace of the common students with an iron fist and fearsome eyes like those of a beast. His inhuman strength and mastery of martial arts was overwhelming, allowing him to wipe out an army of delinquents from the Fukigawa District with ease without even a single wound. Always undefeated and unbeatable, there is no delinquent who can defeat him. No one will ever surpass the ferocity and lethality of the Black Ryuu, all are powerless before his martial power unmatched among his generation.

The short girl beside him, who had a design of a handsome boy with black hair and golden eyes on her jacket behind her back, snorted with a bored expression as she manipulated an electric current coming out of her hand at the same time as the muscular man in the group with a holographic terminal opened his mouth politely with an obvious lack of interest in his tone. “Eh… Like that? And what else?”

—...

This was the land of Neo Tokyo, the new capital of Japan in the year 2115, the most advanced city in the world where alien technology, anomalous beings with paranormal abilities, and genetically altered humans were the norm since the “Warp Disaster” event that caused the first not-so-friendly contact with another civilization...

A powerful teenager who is supposedly able to defeat an army of strong delinquents using martial arts and supernatural strength..... It wasn't something that was very surprising in a casual conversation like this.

It was a pity, however, that this unique "normality" of its time was about to end in the worst possible way. However, despite everything, the world will continue to move forward towards its destiny.

The topic of these rumors among the youth of the Neo Tokyo Islands, the "Black Ryuu", was currently walking down the sidewalk of one of the districts of the Neo Tokyo Islands in the Central area towards a residential area where his apartment was located.

He had the appearance of a young adult wearing what looked like a black parka with white stripes and a hood that, for some reason, seemed to have wolf ears.

The "Black Ryuu" carried in his hand a bag he had brought from a convenience store and, although he seemed to take a somewhat weak step on the street, he constantly scanned his surroundings with his fierce gaze, seemingly on the lookout for any threat.

His naturally sharp grey eyes and rather handsome, yet contradictorily terrifying face were traits that would certainly make you think he was a dangerous criminal.

His hair was jet black and messy, resembling the fur of a wild black wolf. If you combine that with his height and strong physique, he is not someone you can easily mess with. Especially when you feel the aura surrounding him, intimidating and overwhelming, coupled with his height being greater than even a western man.

However, the guy who looked as dangerous as a lurking killer and made several people flee upon seeing him, at this moment...

Damn old man, to think that he would make me train as much as he punished me... Wasn't I making good use of martial arts and the will of Chi? Shouldn't I be doing things that reveal the power of Chi to the uneducated masses? Tsk, tsk... Why can't I use martial arts to protect lives? Why should we care about revealing the power of Chi in a world full of abnormalities? Stupid old fart!

…complained about his old, outdated martial arts teacher, while daydreaming about a good night of fun with a wonderful woman in his apartment.

Haa… Either way, I just hope my Yūna-chan can bring me plenty of comfort with her body tonight! Though I guess she’d rather play [Britannia: Lost Order] first than have sex with me… Tsk, tsk, what’s so good about a game related to that failed franchise? And what was New Type Moon thinking by officially adapting the work of the idiot who produced that stupid saga as part of the Nasuverse with that game? It was a terrible idea no matter how you look at it…!

... Mash Kyrielight as the protagonist of the first part is great, however... it's quite morbid to take her to fight in another parallel world when the Human Order of Earth or whatever is in danger... No, wait, that's the reason for the name!? Lost Order... Very good!

Anyway, I hope my gift can convince her to let me get to... No, I must use Grandpa's animes to heat things up first! I must thank him for the wonderful Hentais from the BFS years to tempt this old anime fan into action!

He thought all of this as he continued to observe his surroundings with the attitude of a soldier in the middle of enemy territory. He couldn't help but be cautious. After all, he had many more enemies lately. His recent reputation as the notorious "Genocidal Criminal, Black Ryuu" preceded him.

Although he didn't kill anyone, it was a title that stuck with him forever as a civilian with no anomalous abilities or martial training recorded him surrounded by what looked like a battlefield littered with gang corpses (unconscious and visibly beaten criminals), the broadcast going viral throughout his high school, the island district itself, and eventually all of Neo Tokyo... in just a few hours!

His uncle and sensei were understandably furious after he escaped from the detention center where the officers were holding him... and now, understandably, it was to be expected that those guys he mercilessly kicked wouldn't keep quiet.

Still, he did not regret carrying out “Massacre” at all. After all, some unscrupulous members of that gang had kidnapped a girl whose boyfriend they had beaten up in order to gang rape her.

He, the powerful and kind Shigaraki Sora, did not like forced NTR.

While I didn't hate NTR with a passion since I had seen some out of curiosity where the sexy girl is unfaithful of her own free will, I couldn't understand how some idiots seemed to want to imitate a tragic NTR anime in order to break a guy's girlfriend's head and make her finally have sex with them willingly like a bitch in heat (they said it themselves after a "friendly chat").

So he beat them up, was arrested as a result, albeit for a short time because the girl bravely defended him alongside her boyfriend and got out of jail today. After that, he was simultaneously scolded by the two men in his life (No homo, that's a form of sarcasm!) and forced to train hard by his sensei until he was exhausted.

If it weren't for the fact that he could control his Chi field and had various energy supplements made with the best that the most advanced biotechnology had to offer, Sora wouldn't be able to walk right now, let alone have his "fun."

As he thought about what kind of fun he would have with the girl named Yüna, the cautious Sora immediately noticed the presence of several boys silently approaching him. He narrowed his eyes as he gently clenched his free fist.

The people, already alert to Sora's presence and dangerous gaze, quickly fled when they saw that he was surrounded by what looked like... teenage clowns with metal bats.

—I was expecting you to try to retaliate, but really? Clown Mask? Are you going to defeat me by making me laugh at the ridiculousness?

Making a mocking face at the clown-masked gang members surrounding her as she manipulated the Chi within her body to move at her will, heightening her senses as much as possible, Sora let out a loud joke as she dropped the bag to the ground.

His eyes gleamed with a murderous glare that made the criminals shudder with its extraordinary ferocity. Still, they did not hesitate and relied on the strength of numbers to emerge victorious and reap their reward.

"They're not very talkative, are they?" he whispered with a wry smile. His brain began to work at full speed under the stimulus of the vital energy that ran through his body.

The number of enemies is less than that gang in total, but from what I see, almost all of them are experienced in the basics of Chi manipulation… Regardless of who the irresponsible person was who taught this to a bunch of idiots, I have to admit that they are very different from the average rabble; there are also those who know a bit of martial arts based on their movements.

Besides...

Sora noticed that the metal bats were either emitting electrical sparks or faintly glowing white. With his keen senses, he could not only sense the waves of imaginary energy coursing through some of these guys, which many of them had little control over, but also the pulsating electricity emanating from the Anomaly.

These morons are definitely “Abnormal”, some even the type that interfere with the electromagnetic force to a certain extent. Too weak in relation to the imaginary energy waves emanating from them, but there are a total of 7 of them… this will be a bit annoying regardless……Anyway, don’t these bastards underestimate me too much? They must know that they need more than that to give me a real challenge, let alone defeat me.

…Nah. It’s pretty obvious they sent them here without enough information about me in the hopes that the numbers would be of some use.

A slightly wolfish smile formed on his face.

It should be known that the "Anomalous" here were not like those Espers from the old anime To Aru Majutsu no Index who could obtain powers as amazing as Misaka Makoto or Acelelator, capable of acting as strategic level weapons in human form; in the same way that martial artists like Sora could not be like the Legendary Goku and use pure Chi energy attacks to destroy cities in a matter of minutes during a fight... as far as he knew.

Anyway, even as anomalous ability users, they were still at a level where they could be killed by advanced technology at the hands of the government. They couldn't act any more recklessly than ordinary criminals. Not counting the fools with such mediocre anomalous abilities.

Without a word, the clowns pounced on Sora with the apparent intention of giving him the beating of his life. The sight of 17+ men running towards you with clown masks and electrified or glowing metal bats was far from truly ridiculous and would send most people into a panic.

However, there was only a smile on Black Ryuu's fierce yet handsome face.

In an instant, he disappeared from his opponents' sight, leaving them to deal with his target's sudden display of inhuman agility, which they had not been informed of. With his superior thinking ability, physical prowess, and body control, Sora found it easy to move between the blind spots of most of them, appearing as a blur among those who were able to briefly glimpse his figure.

——Before being hit hard in the face with knees or fists, accidentally knocking off their ridiculous masks, blood pouring out of their mouths as pieces of teeth flew through the air as a gust of wind blew away some trash.

With a cocky grin on his face, Sora quickly knocked out five of the clowns before having to block a bat attack using his arm; protecting himself by having his skin, muscles, cells, and bones structurally reinforced by a gentle, steady control of his Chi that one wouldn't believe could be done in the middle of a hectic fight.

A cracking sound was heard, but it wasn't Sora's arm that broke, but the bat that fractured due to his own kinetic energy forcefully recoiling. The attacking clown's hands shook from that unexpectedly strong recoil before he was kicked away without being able to properly respond to his opponent.

Gritting his teeth behind his mask, another of the clowns lunged at Sora taking advantage of his current stance and struck him in the back with a bat filled with electricity, only for him to lean back with a grimace as if the electrical energy was no big deal as his parka smoked.

—This was my favorite parka, your Lars!

Yelling thus as he placed both hands on the ground, Sora struck his face with a vertical kick and did a backflip, dodging another bat attack that broke the asphalt of the ground and unleashed another gust of wind, almost as if a hurricane was about to occur.

The clown's jaw, which had been brutally hit, almost looked like it was going to break. But fortunately for him, Sora was not a killer nor did he intend to leave him without a functioning jaw. He simply knocked him unconscious; although his jaw and neck would hurt for a long time.

As for the one who attacked with that shiny bat of great destructive power, Sora picked up dirt from the ground and threw it at his face on a whim with an amused smile.

—Argh! W-what!?

He was quickly knocked out as Sora repeated the Leonidas-style kick with grace.

—¡L-Lars!

—This is ridiculous!

—You didn't pay me enough for this, you Fuyumi bastards!

The sound of bats falling from the ground could be heard when suddenly... the other clowns screamed and quickly ran out of the place without caring about their friends. Sora just watched them, dumbfounded, as they ran away from him at high speed as if their lives depended on it. His parka was still smoking while his arms hung helplessly at such absurdity.

“Wait! Seriously? You’re just leaving like that? Come back here, you cowards!” he exclaimed angrily. Of course, those guys didn’t listen to him. Obviously, they weren’t masochists who would just hang around and get the beatings of their lives.

—Those Lars....

Sora sighed in disappointment at this anticlimactic ending. But when he thought about it, he laughed. Why did he think they would fight to the end against someone who defeated half of them in just 15 seconds or less?

—Oh, shit! I have to get out of here...!

Belatedly remembering that the Illegal Anomalous Activities Response Agency would obviously be called in during this event, Sora quickly grabbed his bag from the convenience store and began to flee the crime scene in the direction of his apartment, where his sexy friend with benefits was.

He may have been the “victim” in this case, but putting aside the fact that it didn’t look like one at all no matter how you looked at it, Sora really had no interest in coming into contact with the Anomalous Containment Team again. Maybe they would call him later… but today, he wanted to feel Yuna’s skin against his own.

My dear Yūna-chan will definitely have to comfort me in bed after being attacked so badly like that—!

——Shigaraki Sora's brazen thoughts were interrupted when suddenly, the pharmaceutical building in front of him exploded due to an attack from the sky.

Sensing the sudden danger just seconds before, the young man simply jumped away from the spot using all his strength and chi field to perform an incredibly high jump away from the blast radius while covering his face with his arms.

Falling over a railing of a nearby building like he was Spiderman, Sora just stared with horror-filled eyes at the destruction as flames already engulfed the bodies of the fallen criminals, and raised his head to see lightning bolts forming in the sky as what appeared to be a huge, seemingly humanoid machine slowly descended towards the earth with blue electronic eyes from a rift in space-time itself; so black that it seemed to absorb light…

It was a sight that would easily leave you stunned; as if it were the descent of an Angel; a colossal and overwhelming metal one that comes to unleash its wrath on humble mortals or transmit a divine message, which gave off a powerful feeling of intimidation not only because of its size, but because of the intense energy that was felt in the air before its powerful presence and the "door" that served as its entrance.

However, Shiragaki Sora and many young people of his generation knew well that it was not a God or any divine force. There was no way they could not do so, since from their history classes they knew that “It” changed the course of human civilization with its arrival; a hostile alien existence.

—This is...?! A Nao automaton?!

I was amazed, as I never expected to see a functional Nao in my lifetime.

However, Sora didn't have time to say anything else as another purple laser beam descended from the sky, causing an explosion in the building it had landed on. Sensing danger again with her "chi sense", Sora jumped again... but in a panic she threw herself into a nearby building...

——Which also exploded with another quick bolt from the automaton's “mouth.”

Thus, Sora was hit by the flames and the shockwave, easily crushing his body as he was sent flying. In the end, despite his incredible physical prowess comparable to Spider-Man's, he was simply a human wrapped in the unmatched firepower of advanced alien technology.

Sora had no way of knowing at the time, as he would have inevitably died later no matter how one looked at it. But Earth, his home planet, was suddenly invaded by the same advanced species whose ship caused the events that led to the birth of Neo Tokyo and current human technological advancement.

In fact, it's not the first time that beings from another world or... better said, from other dimensions, like the Nao, have invaded; it's just that civilians like him didn't know about this because they were protected by truly powerful Anomalous and martial artists that neither he nor anyone outside the government had any idea about.

However, the Nao, the most passive in their invasions, this time came with great force to annihilate human civilization...

Unfortunately, this led to his pathetic and untimely end without having the slightest chance to participate in the defensive war, like the hero he might have been destined to be... fortunately for him, a strong blow with a huge metal bar broke his head and he barely felt any pain before losing consciousness.

...Yuna?

Although, somehow, before that, Shigaraki Sora thought he saw a familiar black-haired girl very similar to his busty friend Yuna appearing among the flames like a goddess… but that was just the illusion of a horny man dreaming of that wonderful body before he died.

...or maybe not...

—What are the energy levels required to activate all the projection chambers?

—Currently, the amount of energy needed to power the soul transmission operation is 57% of the Hydronian energy used to power all the systems in our central base, including the PIFR¹ borders. If we start the project right now, we will have to deactivate some systems and equipment to save a lot of power for a long time. Maybe if...

—I don't care, divert the necessary energy to the chambers as a priority. This project is much more important... I will take care of obtaining enough Hidrun from the Nao to sustain us anyway, since the Naoprietak will not easily take too long a break when it comes to creating and sending their children against our reality... You just worry about checking the vital signs of each of them during the operation, especially my Shiso-kun.

-…Understood.

Inside a grey-walled room that resembled a large warehouse filled with high-tech equipment, two strangely dressed women were quietly conversing while the last one to speak looked at the futuristic cameras clearly visible up ahead, with lots of data scrolling by on the display screens shown by her visor.

In these futuristic chambers one could observe what seemed to be a strange fusion of alien technology and magical rituals in a form that was strangely reminiscent of coffins, since in each of these 12 metal chambers one could see a great variety of symbols that pulsed with supernatural light.

A magical aura seemed to emanate from each of them, and the sight was particularly eerie, especially given their unusual design; it looked like something that should only be used to store and bury the dead.

Even more so...because of the severely damaged bodies that were found inside those chambers.

Rubbing themselves in a clear green liquid barely visible in the chambers' small windows were 6 men and 6 women of almost cadaverous appearance. Each of them had a variety of horribly life-threatening wounds on their bodies and if it weren't for the chambers' life support, they would most likely be dead without exception right now.

The sight of the life support equipment connected to each of them was quite sad and disconcerting.

—How stable is the «Reality Lens» right now? Can it allow a secure connection to the system on the other side once we find what we're looking for in Imaginary Space? It would be problematic if we have to recalibrate things due to a glitch in the alteration calculation in the main world's RF²

Gently stroking her arm as if feeling a bit cold, the machine operator finally replied with some uncertainty evident in her voice, “…Although the Reality Lens is currently successfully searching for worlds with similar conceptual laws but fewer layers of information than ours, it’s impossible to say that there aren’t major problems in our way. The construction plans you bought online are clear that this isn’t perfect technology even if it was designed by the ancients, and failures caused by the ‘QWBPW’³ may occur, causing us to lose a stable connection between both sides. Not to mention the expected interference from the will of the «World of History» once it realizes this…”

—True… but this must work. We have no choice. We must send their souls into the Imaginary Bubbles and anchor them to our reality through them, or we will have no chance of surviving in the near future if this entire endeavor fails completely. Two years have passed and the enemy is advancing towards our total destruction.

-I know...

The two women remained silent, a heavy atmosphere enveloping them as the girl with short, dyed blonde hair continued to operate the complicated technology she was working with, a certain concern in her eyes under the visor at the terrible possibilities of failure.

An electronic beep echoed amidst the gloomy silence, at least for her, and another blue screen appeared in front of the blonde-haired, pink-eyed girl, slightly confused at the sudden appearance of a row of different data. A small smile appeared on her face shortly after. “It seems that the Reality Lens has already located the coordinates of the world you so desired.”

The other woman, with long black hair and dressed like a white fairy tale witch, crossed her arms over her prominent breasts and asked with a raised eyebrow behind her gray mask, “Is that so? Which one? You know I wanted three worlds specifically.”

—The one you like the most, the one that also conveniently has the greatest amount of layers of information and conceptual laws close enough to our reality to serve as a new home.

The woman who basically seemed to be cosplaying as a scientist casually turned to look at her, leaning back somewhat relaxed in her sleek black chair, and the other party smiled for the first time since coming inside this laboratory.

—That's great... I already want to see a realistic version of Britannia and above all, him finally waking up exploring it. - Her gaze went to the man in the center of all the projection chambers, who had visible burns on the visible parts of his naked body.

—It will be like that time when we peacefully ventured into with our guild across the Centoria Continent and conquered numerous dungeons in search of the elusive Holy Grail… though it will awaken in a completely different time, I assume.

—Peacefully you say... Pfff —The scientist mocked as she pulled up the elegant visor, remembering those mischievous days they all shared together in that ultra-realistic virtual world. —The Black Dragon and the Witch of Chaos acting peacefully is the biggest joke in the history of both worlds... In fact, if we add Queen Cornelia, Team Castastrophe would be complete —Ack!

The aforementioned Chaos Witch playfully hit her friend for her 'joke'. With a smile, she only said, "Cut the nonsense and begin the soul transmission of the first three, including Shiso-kun, immediately."

"Yes ma'am!" After rubbing her sore shoulder, her friend responded with a poor imitation of a military salute before getting into action.

The World, which was dying in the face of the foreign threat, had no idea that something monumental was about to begin. The destiny of humanity, which seemed bleak, was about to change…

Due to an extreme and incomprehensible alteration of reality that will encompass everything over time...

The young man thought he heard a voice echoing in the dark void that housed his vague consciousness, its mechanical and lifeless tone weakly impacting his mind, which was confused between dream and reality.

It was as if a machine was performing a deep operation of some kind, while he felt something running through his being like a probe.

Her consciousness could barely register what was happening, but somehow, she felt the very essence of her being growing ever larger until she reached a point where she was no longer exactly the same as before.

He felt... superior to what he never was and would be as Shigaraki Sora.

He felt as if the voice was asking him a question... Or was it someone else? He wasn't sure, in fact, he didn't even know what the voice was saying, other than that it didn't seem alive.

Even though he felt so… unique, without knowing how to describe it better, the young man still felt weak and around him too, unable to determine what he had been doing and where he really was.

And with those last words, Shigaraki Sora's consciousness abruptly and finally shut off.
