A few years passed since that, and the exercise campaign had been improved constantly. This was only the most basic fitness training involving sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, etc. Naturally, he could not train his running since he had been confined at the church all this while.
However, he was now finally 3 years old, old enough to finally explore the streets near the church with his elder siblings, who were now 6, 5, 5, and 4 respectively.
However, due to the daily exercise he had dedicated all his time in confinement to, just like the all-mighty Uncle Iroh, [1] Daron’s body had matured really quickly. If one was to compare him, he would be more likely to pass as a 6-year-old than the 6-year-old Lily herself.
However, since he wore lose clothes, his still maturing muscles were hidden most of the time, even from everyone at the church. Only Joanne had noticed it once while he was getting ready and she had barged in.
For a three-year-old, he was an oddball. Although not shredded, he had already built an athletic build suitable for marathon joggers. He had lost most of his baby-fat, and although did not have any muscles bulging out, he looked incredibly fit.
“Alright priestess Joanne! We will be leaving now!” Daron said while smiling as he left the church building with the four others in a hurry.

While the group was hopping about on the streets, Lily suddenly had a thought and turned around to face Daron while walking backwards at the front of the group.
“Right! Daron! You should not be knowing about the city, right?”
Shocked by the sudden question for a second, Daron nodded after a while.
“Right, right! Let me tell you about it! Listen carefully because this is information I got after countless adventures of risking my life, just to gather this information for you!” exclaimed Hans.
“Nonsense! Priestess Joanne told this to us. You haven’t even left the city yet, what are you going on about risking your life?” Greta countered, after which the two got into a heated verbal argument once more.
Daron just shook his head with a smile on his face as he turned away from the two and faced Lily, who seemed to have been waiting for this outcome.
“This is a city managed by Sir Zack Bard, an Intermediate Knight with a coat of arms, and a territory that is this city and its surrounding lands, handed to him due to the battle merits he gained for the Kingdom of Pierre.”
“The is why this city is named Bard City, since it is bound to be inherited through the Bard family henceforth.”
“That is the limit of my information.” Lily said, before suddenly remembering something and continuing.
“I do remember that Sir Zack Bard had a daughter a while ago, I think she should be the same age as you, more or less.” She said while nodding as though to agree to her own assessment.
The group of noisy brats moved for a few hours within the city, and then returned to the church without any problems.
Just like that, Daron’s first outing from the cage that was called the church as over.
