"Yui? Mum? Dad? You're alive?!" Asked the boy as he looked up at his loving family, the ones who had cared for him all the years he couldn't help himself.
All 3 replied within a second in sync " What do you think we're ghosts Haruto"
His parents giggled like little children whilst Yui rolled her eyes calling her older brother to get up from his ass, they needed to know what was happening, and the others agreed.
Haruto pulled himself up, he strut toward his family who were still shocked and could not believe that their son had fully healed from his incredible injuries. His dad kept grabbing his arm as they walked to make sure it wasn't his imagination.
The family separated, father and mother and brother and sister, they decided to go in pairs and ask questions to find out what was happening. They were told nothing as no one had an idea of what was happening.
However, Haruto and Yui met one individual who whilst tieing his hair back with hairbands from his pockets, proclaimed that "a man on a horse was seen, he saw us and rode back up, that way should be north"
This worried the Haruto for obvious reasons, what could that man on horseback have wanted, who was he and where did he go? But, this also gave hope to the idea of civilisation.
The 2 kids met with their parents and shared the information they received.
"Horseback? What is this are we in medieval times?!, Have we regressed in time... "
"Stop being stupid Akira, we were in our homes how could we go back to medieval times, anyways it's good enough that you all are here with me, it doesn't matter where we are as long as we're together okay?" Stated Yua as she looked at her children.
Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
The 3 nodded at her, before anyone could reply a large explosion could be heard-
*DUMPH*
Without hesitation, thousands dropped to the ground causing an earthquake all expecting the worst-case scenario. As Haruto and the others looked up, they saw little circles descending.
Haruto stood up, "Come on guys, I think it's safe." His family followed behind as they moved their body up.
The little dots became clearer as they got closer. "Wait a minute, aren't those rings?!" Exclaimed Yui
Akira grabbed the ring "They really are, but flying rings... What on Earth?"
"Maybe we should try them on? What could mere rings do, worst is I will lose a finger at least I have my hands back!" Laughed Haruto as he placed the ring on his middle finger.
"Fine son, at least there's that" chuckled Akira and soon followed by Yua and Yui they all equipped their rings.
"Host confirmed. The device can no longer be taken off unless in death of host at which it shall turn to dust."
"What is this?! The ring speaks!" Shouted Yua shocked!
"It seems so..."
"How aren't you surprised Akira," Asked Yua.
"Well I mean, we did just teleport from our homes, our son's life long disability healed again and flying rings? What else could surprise me now..."
Yui and Haruto were too busy reading what the ring had said on it: the device allows the host to understand and speak any language spoken in this world, have fun and good luck.
"Dad, Mum. Seems like this is a translator of some sort, it allows us to speak and understand and speak any language on here! And, we might be in a whole new world..." Voiced Haruto with excitement!
"Well, Yua, Yui, Haurto what are we waiting for. Since we're already here let us see what this place has to offer us!"
With that, the Adventure begins.
