In this coming-of-age tale, two star-crossed dreamers stand on the brink of becoming the heroes Leveria desperately needs. Striving to become a knight, he discovers that the kingdom is under attack by a mysterious power that can possess the minds of beasts. Before he can mobilize against this threat, he is thrust into conflict with the Sapphire Kingdom and must discover who he will become when forced to fight against those he would rather befriend.   *************What to expect: -Powerful, but flawed, protagonists who grow progressively stronger (Alexia is OP mage and Zander is OP fighter) -Hard magic systems (Eventually multiple as the story expands)  -Introspective, character-focused writing styles that emphasize emotional development (I'm a psychologist and can't help this being my primary outlet with writing) -Romance (This is a relatively small factor in terms of screen time, but is significant throughout the story) -Teenage humor that hardens over time as protagonists mature (We were all young once) -A fantasy culture that promotes polyamory before monogamous marriage for religious reasons (I'm sure that's good for emotional development) -The first book has two POV characters with alternating chapters. Each subsequent book adds 1-2 more POV characters. (Some books might even subtract POV characters - GRRM is a big influence) -Slowburn character-focused start with spikes of action and explosive finales. (Sanderson is also a big influence) -Over two hundred chapters on backlog. They will be revised and released weekly.
