“War… nothing like i’d expected… it seems you are always one of two things… in combat… or waiting for it…”. What happened to him!.... Multiple shots to the body! Possibly a concussion!....
Multiple shots whistled back and forth through an apartment building. How many!?... Too many! Its always too fuckin many!...
Four armed agents bursted into a small room at the end of a hallway. They held a small door from either side, carrying a man laying on it.
Bullets tore through the room causing the agents to hit the floor almost dropping the man off of the door. One of them got up to one knee and shot out the door.
“One down!” he called out. A few shots flew back into the room. He shot a couple times, before being hit in the chest by one of the bullets. Markus! Shit he’s gone!
“We need to move now!” another agent yelled as he shot out into the hallway. A female agent got up and shot down the hallway as well. D! Get him!
An agent with a skeleton mask covering his identity walked up to the injured man. He grabbed him by his jacket and ripped him from the floor, throwing him over his shoulders.
“Carter, go!” the woman yelled. Carter got up from the door and quickly ran and dove through a glass window. He landed rolling on a building roof, and quickly checked the area. “Clear!” he called.
Dloc got out the window and pulled the injured man through throwing him back over his shoulder. The woman quickly hopped out the window and they proceeded across the roof top.
April! take point! April took the lead, clearing the area as they moved down a fire escape. Carter covered their rear, while Dloc carried the injured man. Bullets cut the wind flying rapidly over the building.

April jumped off the ladder landing in the snow covered alleyway. “Clear!” she said. Dloc slowly lowered the man down the ladder. “I’ll catch him” April said slinging her rifle. Then just as Dloc dropped him, April caught him but slipped and fell.
Right when the man’s feet hit his eyes shot open and he landed falling to his hands and knees. He coughed, spitting blood into the snow then suddenly the pain from his wounds shot through him all at once.
He screamed and rolled over. “He’s awake!” April yelled. Dloc and Carter got down and went to help him up. Carter stood him up, and put the man’s arm around his neck. “Go!” He yelled.
They all rushed down the street to the best of their ability, still fighting off bandits. “We need to get to the B.O!” April called as Dloc shot at bandits behind them. Carter ran as fast as he could with the man on him. In his other hand he had a rifle.
Suddenly the man’s adrenaline spiked and he fell to his knees. “Contact rear!” Carter yelled turning and shooting. The man flipped to his back out of muscle memory, snatching a pistol from his waist and shot two bandits down.
He then went back to being in pain. Carter grabbed him and picked him up again. Dloc covered them as they moved out around the corner. “It's just down the street now!” April called out. The man’s vision blurred out and the light of day began to fade to night.
Just as they got to a check point gate more bandits came out from a building they had been looting. The agents quickly dove over a small cover and sat pressed up together as bullets smashed into the cover sending debris everywhere.
The bandits began to move up on them. “This is it. We fight or we die.” Carter said. They got ready. Then suddenly the shots died down to a stop. “Go!” April called. They all stood, sights up only to see soldiers had shot the bandits down.
“Yo we got agents”. One of them said, as a few soldiers came to help. They escorted the agents back to the Base of Operations. The agents rushed the injured man into the medical wing where he got what little medical attention they could give.
Dloc watched as they took his jacket off then something struck him. The sight of a skull mask tucked down into his shirt. He then searched his neck and found dog tags. ““Wolfe”
