I've lived my life as simple as I could, I'd go to work, come back home and then pray to god. My name is Jay and I live in a small area of India known as Mumbai. My life which was pretty ordinary turned out to become a survival game. It was another normal day, i was returning from work when I suddenly felt a tug on my shoulder. I was afraid someone was looking to fight me as I'm pretty weak, my body is very slim. I turned around hoping I was imagining things but that wasn't the case. What I saw was beautiful, it was Lord Agni! I felt like I was hallucinating.

I looked back and forth at the entity in front of me but there was no denying it, Lord Agni really had appeared in front of me! No amount of eye rubbing changed that fact. Without uttering a single word Lord Agni pulled me into a black hole, around the black was what appeared to be my entire life, The movie that was before my eyes was one of the most boring movies I've ever seen, the only thought that went through my mind while watching the movie was how pathetic my life had been.

With my head full of thoughts and a blank face we arrived at what appeared to look like heaven. Finally the first words Lord Agni uttered to me were, "Do you want to escape your boring life?"

Despite how bizzare the situation was I agreed instantly, I was surprised at how fast I responded. "I like your conviction" said Lord Agni.

Lord Agni explained the situation to me, It took me a few minutes to take it all in but at one point I just gave up trying to find out the normality in the situation. He also told me the 'players' can only ask the gods one question per month, for example if I want to know someone's location then I can ask Lord Agni, but only once a month. I used my first question as soon as I heard of this rule, "What happens to the humans? Will we be revived after the end?"

"That is the one question I cannot answer."

Hearing that did not make Jay sad, it made him happy. He figured if he was going out he'd go out with a bang. Jay was made to fill a contract.

After filling and signing the contract, I was told by Lord Agni about the powers I was about to receive, "For a normal human there are three stages to my powers, first stage being low flame, second being burning flame and the final stage is called eternal flame. I am forbidden to tell you anything about the powers in each stage but you will learn as you go on. You can also ask me about a power in your monthly question."

"So what now? Do I go down to earth and try to train and fight the 5 other humans with godlike powers?"

"Well basically yes. Try training up before hunting for one of the players. My flame will burn on in your heart forever. You are a part of me. I'm trusting you to win this battle son."

"Before I go back down may I ask why me?"

"There's something special about you, you're not afraid of death. You can face death head first without fear. Back when I was in war there were very little people like you. Everyone was scared of inevitable death. Fight, Win and come back to me."
