Mari started moving past the corridor at her slow pace, not wanting to rush. She started examining the lower classmen. It was always a chance to fight if someone was causing an unnecessary scene and was asking for some sense beat up in them.
Surprisingly, many lower classmen started moving aside to let Mari pass by. Not until she reached the last set of stairs on the first floor to the hall, a boy climbed out from the window of a classroom and went on a knee in front of her.
"Accept my love Mari-senpai, I am deeply in love with you. Please accept me…" he kept a hand on his chest while another hand extended towards her.
He looked quite good, but he was childish. He had quite a build, but he seemed the calm type.
"Saruka, I told you once, didn't i?" Mari took out her hand from the hoodie.
"I remember it well, Mari-senpai. You will only consider me if I am stronger than you! And This time I am positive that I can defeat you." Saruka nodded in acceptance of his own statement.
"Oh I see. So now, a child will defeat me huh?" Mari looked at Saruka with cold eyes. Her eyes showed perfectly how superior she was.
GULP!
Saruka gulped and looked at Mari. His eyes showed that he was still determined. "I guess…" he nodded.
The second saruka said that Mari was already in the air, rolling down a kick on his head. Saruka, at the last moment missed the kick and slid behind.
"Fufu, that's impressive." To every audiences surprise, she landed her legs on the ground, rotated on her right leg and then jumped in the air moving towards saruka. Her speed was too much for saruka resulting in her kick landing on his face.
BAM!
Saruka went sliding back on his butt, only to collide on the wall behind. His nose started bleeding.
"As strong as ever my lady…" Rayne walked from behind beside Sam. "Would you look at that? She is definitely the strongest around our floor." Sam nodded hastily. "Stop boot-licking your sister Sam, we all know that already!" Someone from some class screamed out.
"What the fuck!!" Sam blushed a bit. Mari was his sister, blood-related. They both were twins, fraternal. The non-identical twins. And he had always admired her. Not to say, he always wanted to be around her. It was a feeling he couldn't describe properly. Kind, warm, secure, safe and lovely.
Sam would always be with Mari and she was with him. Finding them was always easy since one would always be accompanied by the other.
"As expected of Mari-senpai!! You're truly the best girl I have seen and met!!" The boy, saruka was already on both of his knees.

"Oi, move aside saruka! Didn't I tell you to not bother Mari!!" Sam jumped in. Somehow, he didn't like it when this guy came to cling on to his sister.
Mari was an average looking girl, with half-waist length hair, tied behind in a ponytail. Black hair and had a few blue dyed bangs. Her body figure was not to be underestimated. She had muscles.
But this was all on the outside, she could actually be categorised in the top tier girls. The average look was but her basic. Without any make up. Not even a light touch of make-up. Her figure was never actually revealed accurately cuz she always had a baggy hoodie on.
She was in her second year of highschool.
"Let it be Sam, he won't listen to anyone…" Mari shook her head and tapped Sam's shoulder to hint him to follow. Mari climbed down the stairs. Saruka stood up and screamed from behind. "I'll make you mine Mari senpai!!" The voice echoed on the whole first floor and a few students started laughing. Many teachers smiled seeing this.
Sam clenched his fist. With a bam, saruka was sent flying to another side from his place. He went flying and slammed on a bench in the classroom behind.
Everyone was stiff for another whole minute. Everyone could see Sam's nerves bulge on his hands. His eyes were going red and he gritted his teeth.
"S..Sam?" Mari was shocked seeing her brother lash out like this.
Sam was a quiet guy, who never fought without a cause. Except a few times, for reasons she didn't remember, Sam hadn't fought anyone unreasonably. Somehow, it made her worried when Sam became like this.
She moved towards him and grabbed his hand. She was about to lecture him on being so idiotic. But Sam grabbed her wrist and easily forced her grip away. "Let's go…" half snarl and half hiss, Sam pulled her downstairs.
"Fufu" Rayne threw a bandage tape towards the students pointing at saruka. His nose was bleeding again and he was unconscious.
'What's wrong with this idiot?' Mari thought as she tried to walk fast along with Sam. He hadn't left her hand yet.
"Sam…" Rayne called to him. This time, Sam looked behind, at his friend. "You are already crushing her wrist bud…" Rayne looked at Mari's wrist. Sam looked at Mari, she was trying to hold on to not twitch from the pain.
Sam would be easily depressed if something happened to Mari. And more horrible if something happened to her because of him.
"I...i am.." he started blowing her wrist. A small smile spread around Mari's face. Even if she tried to, she could never get angry at him. Unknowingly, Sam had become her other self. One she could never let go of. Only one, someone hers left after their family died.
"It's fine. Just apologize to saruka later." She flicked his forehead. "Huh? What happened to him?" Sam asked questioningly. "There you go, forgetting again. You just punched the heck out of that kid." Rayne told Sam. "W..what!" Sam looked at them surprised.
"He..hehe..i..um…" Sam was at a loss for words. He just scratched his head.
"Sigh…" Mari shook her head. She started walking towards the hall. Sam went with her. Many new girls started looking at both the boys.
Sam, who had black hair and many bangs dyed in green, with natural blue eyes, and a strong build was surely attractive. Many girls kept looking at him. Rayne on the other hand looked as cool as Sam.
His hair was unevenly set and the hairpin on the bangs looked really cool.
"Wow... amazing." Sam muttered after seeing many kids, who looked quite weird but also strong.
"Hm...i wonder if we can do it this time…" Mari folded her hands and stood on the last stair examining the kids.
Sam put his head on her shoulder and bent down. Somehow, this scene of looking at kids was too boring for him, but for Mari he didn't say anything. He grabbed her waist and rested his head on her shoulder.
"The middle schoolers on the right and highschoolers on the left huh?" Mari looked at the rows of kids standing in the hall.
"Seems so…" Sam nodded, yawning. Rayne was looking around the hall scanning the whole place.
