I can't believe we've reached the end of Book One! It's been a genuine pleasure being able to share The Cycle Of Wings with you all and I want to say thank you to everyone who has been reading and enjoying the story so far!
The first thing I wanted to share here was the new cover for Book Two! It's made by me using Canva and its A.I. tools, so definitely not professional, but I'm proud of it and I hope you all like it as well. The second thing I wanted to talk about, and this is the actual announcement here, is this: as the new year launches into gear and I get ready to begin releasing the second book, I've become aware of an issue. Namely, through the holidays with family in and out constantly I have not been able to keep up with my writing the way that I would prefer. I do not currently have the backlog necessary to keep up with two chapters every Monday and Thursday, and with a full-time job and an 18 month old I wanted to just state clearly here that I'll be returning to my initial posting schedule of one chapter every Monday and Thursday, instead of two, at least for now. I could probably push and write the chapters to keep the beefier schedule, but I know that I would be sacrificing quality for the sake of quantity at that point and I don't feel comfortable compromising on that.

Hopefully this is not too much of an issue for my readers here, but if it is then I sincerely apologize and can certainly understand. However, I'm very much looking forward to the continued unfolding of The Cycle Of Wings and hope that you all are, as well, even with that schedule change!
Finally, I'll be out of the country for two weeks beginning this Saturday, January 13th, and will be returning on Saturday the 27th. I will have chapters scheduled for release during the weeks I'm gone, but will not be available to respond to any comments or messages. That also means you likely won't be seeing much - if anything - in the author's notes during that time. The story itself, though, will continue releasing. This is more of just a note so that you're all aware, but doesn't actually disrupt the release schedule!
