It was a rainy day. A girl walked into the most famous guild of adventurers in the land, the Silvered Armors. Her mage outfit was completely drenched from the rain and her face was gloomy and sullen. Being an unusual sight in this place, her presence didn’t fail to be noticed. The guild itself didn’t lack female presence. In fact, many of the adventurers and some staff members that worked here were women. However, this newcomer was young and slim. One would mistake her for a maiden rather than an adventurer yet her outfit betrayed that assumption.
The eyes of the entire guild was fixated on her as she walked into the counter and requests to be enlisted in guild to take on missions. The revelation that the guild only accepts teams of no less than three members to this kind of job, enraged her. She yelled out in the closed area, announcing to everyone present her intentions to join. And finally, with a frowny face, she sat at the closest empty table at the bar of the guild.
She was immediately approached by multiple teams, showered with every compliment in the book. Perhaps they thought that recruiting a talented mage could empower them against future endeavors, perhaps they wanted to offer her help and guidance, or perhaps they were blinded by her good appearance. Their intentions didn’t matter in the end since she rejected every single one of them.
* "Hold your horses gentlemen, I believe she requires some peace of mind." A white headed man at the bar announced.
* “Chill down Drumur, we are trying to help her here. Also, aren’t you supposed to find a team for yourself after what happ…?" A man responded before being interrupted by his teammate shutting his mouth.
Drumur looked back with a piercing look filled with anger. It was clear he did not appreciate being reminded of his situation. The man whose tongue slipped displayed an apologetic face, however Drumur didn't seem to calm down. The tension rose in the room leading to a moment of uncomfortable silence. The door opened abruptly, revealing a hooded man rushing inside, distracting the crown for a moment
* "Damn, it's raining cats and dogs! I would feel very stupid if I hadn’t brought something to protect myself from it” the stranger said to himself in a loud voice while loering his hood down
The girl took his comment as a personal attack. Meanwhile, he approached her table ignoring the tension in the room, distracted by his pride for a his resourcefulness. He sat at her table before saying anything else. Then he raised his head to realize that he was surrounded by his peers and asked:
* Why is everyone standing around this table?A second of silence reigned in the room, until it was broken by the bartender:
* Well, this cute lady is looking for a team to start her adventuring career. So everyone is trying to get her to join them.
* "Really? Her?" Scanning her from head to toes, he ansewered in a surprised tone. "She doesn’t look strong at all. Are you idiots or something?"
* I'll have you know that my talent with magic is beyond what your small mind can even begin to comprehend, the mage girl answered with a red face and an angry voice.
* I don’t believe you. You couldn’t even protect yourself from the rain. Even I managed to do that, and I don’t even know a single spell.
* You know what?! You asked for it.
The girl grabbed her wand and shouted “glaciar!” A small icicle formed in front of her and was launched towards the annoying man. It scratched his left cheek as it passed besides his face. He fell on his back, stunned by her sudden assault.

* How about that? Are you convinced of my prowess?
* Ok, I admit you are something more than just annoying
* Annoying! she said in a frustrated voice.
* Well I am looking for a team as well. And... I guess you'll do. My name is Izordat by the way.
Despite how annoyed she was by his behavior, she laughed at his request. It was her first smile since she came here. For a moment, she forgot the anguish that she helds in her heart since her arrival.
* I’ll accept. But, we still need a third team member… Ummm!
She started to look around until she remembered what she just heard about Drumur. She then approached him to ask:
* Hey, my name is Salia. I heard you need a team to continue working. Would you like to join me and this moron?
* Hey who are you calling moron?! Izordat yelled at her after she insulted him
Drumar was surprised by her decision. He ponder for a while then he let out a sigh before answering:
* Maybe I do need to go back to adventuring to move on with my life. Young lady, I'll join you as you request.
They smiled at each other and went to fill up the forms to create their team.
* Oh wait, we need a name for our team. It’s required by these forms, Salia announced.
* Cursed… dragons..? Izordat suggested all of a sudden in a muttering voice.
* That’s the funniest name I ever heard, Drumar said before he start laughing.
* Well, Cursed Dragons it is. I could never guess you were the creative one, Izordat! Salia added.
* Yes… creative! Ha ha! Izordat replied while rolling his eyes.
And thus to everyone's surprise, the 3 strangers formed a team they named “Cursed Dragons”. Setting in motion the gears of fate that will lead them on adventures they never dreamt of.
