Viniveal & Hefferhot
Designation: the BLEU CHEESE & BUFFALO WING cillimorphs
Group: MAMMALISH
Native Biomes: PLANET SCORCHER
Size: SMALL & MEDIUM
Interesting Facts: Viniveal has a secondary clumpy coat that sits over top like a blanket, absorbing desert heat. Hefferhot can fly, and on a related note, has wings.
QuicsipLetterflowWaddlepond [https://blainearcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/quicsipletterflowwaddlepond.png?w=656]
Quicsip, Letterflow, & Waddlepond
Designation: the HUMMINGBIRD FEEDER, FOUNTAIN, and BIRDBATH cillimorphs
Group: GROWER
Native Biomes: PLANET WOODZY & PLANET URBANIAK
Size: SMALL & MEDIUM
Interesting Facts: Quicsip hangs in trees, generating a sweet fluid that birdish cillimorphs like to sip at. If it matures on planet Urbaniak it becomes a Letterflow, which enjoys being the center of attention, wandering away whenever people get annoyed at the sticky residue it leaves everywhere.
Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation.
If Quicsip matures on planet Woodzy it becomes Waddlepond, which prefers more serene surroundings and only leaves if you bother it.
Reeple&Tictuttle [https://blainearcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/reepletictuttle.png?w=656]
Reeple & Tictuttle
Designation: the GRIM REAPER & DEATHWATCH BEETLE cillimorphs
Group: SEGMENTED
Native Biomes: PLANET URBANIAK
Size: SMALL
Interesting Facts: Reeple has six legs, but it usually stands on the tips of its wing case, looking like a menacing little creeper. It crawls inside walls, staring through any holes. Tictuttle is much less subtle, using the clock pattern on its wing case and its rotating hand-shaped antennae to warn you that you’re running out of time. Time for what? They never say… because cillimorphs can’t talk.
Thermuff&Gillfrill [https://blainearcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/thermuffgillfrill.png?w=656]
Thermuff & Gillfrill
Designation: the FURRY TROUT cillimorphs
Group: FISHY
Native Biomes: PLANET BRRR & PLANET SPLISHY
Size: SMALL
Interesting Facts: Thermuff’s stripe and tail bulb measure temperature, so it can double check to make sure it’s as cold as it feels, which doesn’t seem helpful. Gillfrill’s fluffy gills trap warm air and leave bubble trails.
Knocbat&Rushmorb [https://blainearcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/knocbatrushmorb.png?w=656]
Knocbat & Rushmorb
Designation: the DOORKNOCKER cillimorphs
Group: COLONIAL
Native Biomes: PLANET BOLDERO & PLANET URBANIAK
Size: SMALL & MEDIUM
Interesting Facts: They have a superficial resemblance to some mammalish cillimorphs, but they’re colonial: made up of a lot of smaller individuals grouped together into a single entity. A good rule of thumb is that if their flesh looks like it’s made of something like ice or rock it’s probably actually colonial.
They love to hang on big doors and stone walls and get knocked. Rushmorb is too big for all but the strongest people to knock, so it flies around in search of bodybuilders and over-compensaters.
