Cera is currently walking on the main roads of the capital and asking the people she encounters around about the location of the academy.
She likes the sound of adventuring, but she have decided to stay on this kingdom first. She thinks registering at an academy will give her more time to appreciate this place.
After asking another person and being given a direction about it, she is just thinking of going there when she bumps into someone.
"Ah!?"
"Wha--!?"
She fell to her butt while the other seems to have maintained their posture. She looks up, and saw that the girl that she bumps into is a cute girl with a shoulder length blonde hair.
"Ah! I'm sorry!" The blonde haired girl immediately bowed with her body trembling for a bit.
"No! I should be the one to apologize!" Quickly, Cera stood up and patted her skirt, before looking at her with a wave of her hand. "You shouldn't worry about it. I'm the one who is not looking where I'm going!"
The blonde haired girl shakes her head. "I still have to apologize. Are you okay?" She said as she takes a step closer to her.
"Huh...? Yes, I am fine!" Cera immediately replies.
Cera gazes at the girl for a moment. She can see that the girl seems to be a bit fidgety and her eyes seems to be looking around her. She becomes curious about this blonde girl.
"So, is there any problem?" So she asked.
"Eh? What do you mean?"
"You look so nervous right now. Is there something bothering you?" Cera asks while tilting her head in wonder as she gazes at her innocently.
"Uh.... well, actually...."

The blonde haired girl has introduced herself as Mika Velis. She seems to be from a decent merchant family and is friends with a daughter of a Baron.
The girl seems to be sweet and honest enough that she easily told Cera her problems. It seems like Mika actually lost her pouch. The pouch holds all of her money, so it is pretty important for her.
It seems like she needs that for the tuition fee for the upcoming school year from the Tornix Academy next week, and she wanted to enroll there.
"I can't just tell my parents I've lost it.... we're already having a hard time on our shop. I have to find it!" She told her with a look of distressed.
"I see. Do you want some help?" Despite the predicament of the person she is talking to, Cera just asked that casually.
She doesn't know how urgent it is. Though it seems like it is important for the girl, so she thinks she can help her.
"Wait, really...!?" Mika exclaims with her eyes widening.
"Yes. I think we can find it a lot easier if I also come along with you." She said with a smile.
"Ah! Thank you very much.... uhmm....?"
Cera's smile brightens. "I'm Cera Celestia Planetos. Nice to meet you, Mika Velis!~"
"... Woah... isn't that the name of the three main religions of this continent?"
"Yes? It's my name.... is there a problem?" Cera tilted her head with an innocent gaze.
"Ah.... well, nothing. I'm just surprised." Mika muttered under her breathe before shaking her head. "Yes, I will appreciate your help." She said with a smile.
"Great, then I already found it!"
Mika's smile froze, before staring at her for a moment. "Huh....?"
Without noticing it, Cera pointed on a certain direction. "It's on that direction. The Spirit of this City told me so." She said.

"Eh?"
"Come on, let's go there!~"
Without noticing the baffled state of the girl, Cera grasps her wrist and then lead her somewhere to the alleyways.
Just like what she said, Cera have asked the spirits of this city about the missing wallet of the girl, and the city has told her where it is.
Going on some bends within the alleyway, they finally arrived on some corner where some people are huddled together and seems to be looking at something.
Mika still looks very confused and nervous. "What are we doing here?" She asks while frantically looking around.
Cera turns at her with a tilt of her head. "I thought you want to look for your missing pouch right?" She said, before walking closer on the people huddled together.
They seem to have noticed them as the four people all turned to her. These people looks a bit scary, and all of them looking lanky or gangly. Their clothing seems to be worn out.
Cera telepathically asked the spirits around, before nodding as she stops her gaze at a red pouch currently gripped by one of the person in front of her.
"Hello. That pouch. She is looking for that. Can you give it to us?" She asks politely, smiling at them in a friendly manner.
Mika blinks her eyes before finally focusing her gaze at the people around, and then on the pouch on one of the man at the lead who is clutching it. Her eyes widened as she notices the familiar pouch before gazing at them in realization.
"Hah? Who are these brats?" One of the guys at the back asked with a glare on their way.
"Hell if I know!" The one clutching the pouch yelled back before glaring at them. "You brats! Fuck off!"
Cera frowns. "That's pretty rude. I am just asking for you to give her money back." She said.
"Haaa? Is this girl for real?" The others laugh along with him after he says that.
Cera just tilted her head. Looking very confused about their reaction. She is asking rather politely, as was always done when talking to someone. She wonders why they are laughing at her.
While thinking like that, the man gets closer to her. Looming above her petite figure as he looks down at her. "Listen kid, if you don't want to get hurt, you should just scram!" He said while showing off a knife on his other hand.
"Why would I get hurt?" She asks in wonder.
All of them stares at her for a bit before the hoodlums laughed once more. "Hahaha! What the hell, this brat is hilarious!" The one on her front said, pointing at her derisively as they laughed rudely at her.
Then he turns back to her, before looking her up and down. "You know what, you look rich!" He said before licking his lips. "Why don't you give us all of your money? Or else...." He warned with a sinister gaze at her as he brandishes his knife.
They can see that Cera is wearing a garb and a robe that looks very expensive. They think she might have a lot of money with her.
Cera can't understand it. She wonders why he kept showing his knife at her. "Or else what...?" She asks with a tilt of her head.
The guy looming over her clicks his tongue. Becoming a bit impatient at her cluelessness. "Tsk! Are you fucking dim! I think you should get hurt first before you understand!" He said, raising his feet and then going for a forward kick.
"[Ice Wall]"
Suddenly, a wall of ice blocks the path of his worn boots to the petite frame of the surprised Cera. The guy let out a squawk of surprised as he takes a step back, holding onto his leg as he felt it a bit numb after his feet hits the solid wall of ice.
"You! I won't let you harm someone in front of me!" Mika declares, her eyes glaring at them while her hands are raised as if she just pushed something.
"Shit.... she's a mage!" One of the guys at the back exclaims in fear. The hoodlums are taking a step back as all of their attention was taken by the caster.
"Cera, are you okay?"
Cera looks at Mika with her eyes still looking a bit shocked. "What happened? Why did he try to kick me? Is he angry? Did I do something bad?" She asks with a distressed look.
She wonders if she is doing something wrong. She have no concept of good and bad, so she can't sense any ill intent even if it was bared to her. She wanted to talk with everyone, regardless if they are good and bad because she saw everyone as equal. So she is rather shocked that someone just attempted to harm her.
Mika looks at her with a gasps at her question, before shaking her head. "They are hoodlums! They are a bad people!" Mika simply explained before turning her gaze at the hoodlums who are tensed as they gaze at her. "And you.... please give my money back, or I will be forced to beat you all up!"
The four shakes their head before quickly turning back and running away. "Shit, let's scram! We can't deal with a mage!" The one holding her pouch shouted.
Mika gasps at their action. "Wait!" She tries to sprint to follow them.
Cera is still reeling a bit in shock at the realization that someone tries to harm her. She can't even understand what she meant by hoodlums and bad people.
Though even with that, she can at least understand that these hoodlums are causing some trouble with Mika, and while she doesn't really feel any hate on their way, she decided to still help Mika without harming the running group of men.
"[Apport]"
She saw that Mika have used one of the magical principles that she have created, so she also used that.
[Apport] is a Second Tier Space Elemental Magic from the Cera's School. One of the Magical Principles used in this world. This magic can teleport an object to the desired location of the caster.
It is normally a spell limited to the line of sight, though the hoodlums have already took a turn on the alleyways, which supposedly makes her spell useless.
But Cera defies those limitations. She is the creator of the magic system, so even without having a line of sight for that pouch, she only needs to imagine the pouch and target it.
The spell takes effect, and suddenly it appeared on top of her hand.
"Okay, I got it!" She said, causing Mika to suddenly stop with a gasp before she takes a bend to follow the running hoodlums.
"H-huh!?" She looks at her, before doing a double take as she saw the pouch being carried on Cera's palms. "What.... but how...?"
"I used the second tier space magic [Apport]" She simply explained to the girl.
"What? You know how to use Space Magic?" She exclaims in surprised.
"Yes."
Mika stares at her in surprised for a moment, before quickly getting closer to her and grasping both of her hands with her own.
"That was amazing, Cera!~" She exclaims with her eyes shining in excitement.
"Huh.... uh, it is?" Cera tilted her head. Wondering what was so amazing at what she did.
It is one of the lowest tier spell she made. So for her it is actually not that impressive.
Still, as Mika looks happy enough, she also smiled along with her after her brief moment of confusion.
