Lixon quietly received it and slowly stepped towards the cell. He saw the witch lying there with her bloodied clothes. She still had the shackles on her feet and hands.
She slowly opened her eyes and looked towards Lixon. The young man sat on one of the stones on the cell. He then heard the witch's voice.
"I'm sorry."

She smiled weakly and replied, "Because you have to die at such a young age."
"It was my fate to die here, just like it was your fate to die without seeing your son grow."
Lixon removed the lead from the porcelain container he was holding and poured the liquid on the ground.
"Giving you this would make me your murderer. And I don't want to make you suffer that you already had."
He turned his head and looked at the woman in the eyes. The witch seeing this action, lightly laughed and spoke.
"What an odd kid."
