Chapter 0: The Orphan?
In the age known to many as a time of great strife and war between kingdom and clans ; a baby was born. The baby had black hair, pale white skin, and blue eyes as clear as the sky in broad daylight. The mother of the baby was alone when she gave birth to the baby for reason known only to herself and circumstances that surrounded her. When the baby was born she wrapped the baby in a brown cotton cloth and placed a wooden necklace around its neck, a small pouch, and a letter near its cloth. The mother then wore her hood and started to stealthy move around till she found an old broken wooden building that most people called an orphanage. She knocked on the door as loud as she could till she heard creaking sound of wood as someone was getting ready to come to the door. When the door opened the women was gone and a middle-aged man looked everywhere for whoever knocked on his door. When the man known as Keith looked down he saw a adorable little baby and a light brown colored letter beside it. Keith first grabbed the baby and took it inside so it would not die of a cold and sat down on a chair with the baby in his lap. Keith slowly opened the letter and began to read it.

Hello, to whomever that might be reading this unfortunate letter. I cannot name myself for many reasons, but would like to request a favor of you sir/madam. The favor is a simple one as I would like you to raise this baby with as much kindness as you can possibly give. This favor is not free of course as there is a pouch of money near the letter containing 675 gold 60 silver and 75 copper coins to raise the baby. The name of the baby is Alvis. Thank you dear sir/madam.
Keith read the letter a few times and was pissed beyond belief that someone would abandon a child if their parents were still alive. He was even more pissed that whoever abandoned the baby could of killed him for not knowing that this orphanage had been closed for the past four year and he had just come here a couple of days ago to reminisce about his past when he was an orphan. He grabbed the baby and decided that he would take him in as his son.
