bill Clinton is a mad scientist that researched almost his whole life about the mixture of snakes and humans as his favourite animal and desire was a snake moreover had a specific favourite species aswell which is known as the king cobra.

the experiment was 70% complete and as the combination was working, the lab started a fire which led to the fuel tanks right outside the gate which led to a big destruction causing only one person to survive who was luckily his assistant. As the fire was spreading, his assistant who was known as harason mikas took the formula with him as he thought it would be a benefit for the future but was surely arrested three months later after the explosion and was hanged as punishment for a crime that could have caused a havoc around the world

However, the formula wasn't destroyed as the government took this opportunity as an advantage and decided to put it on display so that people in the future can come and take a look at it as a tourist attraction but it was surely shown temporarily to the tourists as they were no notepads nor cameras allowed to take any advantage since it was a formula that could have caused a havoc but it sure was safe and very attracting to the civilians who came and showed interest.
