As usual, the wind was blowing hot under the bright sun. Staring at the sun was a black-haired boy with a white face.

He had a hexagon-like 5 mole on the side of his head with thick eyebrows.

"And I thought today would be my day," said the boy looking at his phone. "As always it looks like I'm going to finish my entire life as a normie".

The boy, looking at the fight happening between two ability users, was in deep sadness as well as amazed. The boy looked at the screen that was broadcasting the yearly tournament that was happening right now.

After the match had finished the boy said "it looks like it's time for a history lesson as always". "I don't know why they broadcast it daily even though everyone knows what had happened".

the huge screen on the building was showing a middle-aged man speaking to the camera. The reporter went to explain what had happened to the Earth 50 years ago.

Huge shockwaves were coming from Cygnus A galaxy. the earth's rotation was slowed down by a single wave. Everything was in chaos. A total of 17 waves came on each delaying the earth's rotation speed by 1 full minute. This event was dubbed '17 waves'.

After the 17 waves, the space was as quiet as a church's mouse. The news companies were quick on their feet as news of the shockwave was unbelievable. Humans couldn't believe what had happened as of then. Theories were instantly made as to how it was 'alien's' doing or a huge black hole exploding etc.

after a full day of the 17 waves, the whole sky became black as coal. The world trembled, birds flew high, animals began to make noises, natural disasters were happening everywhere. Then suddenly a huge shockwave bigger than the '17 wave' came. but unlike the 17 waves, this wave did not damage anything. Instead, a lot of strange occurrences were happening.

People got instantly stronger, the landmass was increasing in size as if the earth grew, strange plants were instantly growing, and strange ores were surfacing around the world. The earth grew double of its size from 510.1 million km² to 1 billion km² breaking the law of physics. The solar system wasn't disturbed at all instead, it looked more natural than before

People started having abilities, magic was possible and science took its biggest leap in the following years. The world started to develop rapidly. No longer was there any USA or Europe. Different countries were made due to the power one could hold.

Of course, where there is power there is resistance, people started fighting with each other. A new war took place named as 'new world'. The war took place for nearly a decade before the world came to a treaty.

Fast forward to 40 years after the war, the world was that before the '17 waves'. The discrimination between weak and strong people was reduced but not gone. Though not many discriminated it was not as if there was no pollution in the air.

The ability users were categorized and different new rules and events were made to balance the power between the non-ability users and ability users.
