His heart skipped a beat at the familiar structure nestled on a small hill, the Rainbirb's temple. It was still in tact, the tiny waterfall flowing from the building’s basin.
Just as he took another step towards the sacred space, the cherry blossom petals and green forest fur crunching softly beneath his feet, his surroundings changed once more and that’s when he heard her, the elven princess.

“I don’t think we should allow Lady Ardent to go to Gaia anymore.” Her words ended as abruptly as her movements. They were inside a strange room, the white walls held up with quartz pillars, under a white ceiling, decorated with paintings and artifacts.
In the center of the room, a large mahogany table stretched from one end of the room to the other, a scarlet table runner lay across the surface, several strangers sat around the table on wooden chairs lined in rosy velvet.
“And how do you propose we stop her? She does control the portal and everything else in this realm.” The dark skinned stranger asked as he leaned against the wall.
Golden starlight arose around the tiger’s paws, dancing around him as embers from a fire. He thought he was being thrust back into the burning labyrinth of the Rainforest, but instead of the smell of charred earth and ash, the sweet sent of ferns and cherry blossoms reached his nose, and he was standing right back where he first began, under the large leaves of the jungle trees, in his elven form.
