The Camden Mines Ghost.
Chapter two: The Enquiries.

Chapter two: The Enquiries.

It was a stormy night when the Sheriff and his Deputy came up to the mine, there was a missing persons report, and the Blacksmith was last seen heading into the mines. So Sheriff Colton and Deputy Marv went in to investigate the disappearance of the town Blacksmith. As the man had left behind a pregnant wife and was a hard working man, so it was very strange. The Blacksmiths brother hadn’t been seen for a while either, but no-one reported him missing, as the Miner was often away for long stretches of time, so it wasn’t too odd … Sheriff Colton and Deputy Marv spotted the Blacksmiths mining tools at the entrance and found that odd, as there was no blood stains, or a body. The two men walked into the mines with lanterns lit, looking around and calling out for Billy and Jerrod. But there was no sound, other than their voices echoing off the wooden walls, they found some tracks, leading up from deeper into the mines, and they followed them, muttering to each-other, noting that the tracks looked like the blacksmiths boots, and from the looks, it looked like he was fleeing something.
