Once upon a time a man named harry decided to dedicate his life to science. He was a quantum scientist he was trying to work out how to make a safe way to travel through the universe almost immediately. That’s when he realised the Borg had mastered this technology centuries ago but no one had the guts to brake in to a Borg cube and study the technology.
As such he asked for a grant to build a ship to study the Borg with. It was a ship designed to be invisible in every way know possible to the Borg. The government turned down his grant saying if the Borg got the ship it would become impossible to spy on them anymore. Due to the government refusing his grant he borrowed money from the government without their permission through a weakness in their computers.
He made a deal with the forengi he would pay 15 times the price for the specialised ship. The forengi being the money lovers there were agreed. 2 weeks later he received the ship built a dedicated tech and biology labs he set out for Borg space. Apparently it was billions of lightyears across. The current technology took him 3 months to arrive at Borg space.
He started his study of the Borg …. A year had passed he had beamed Borg a bored his ship many times. He studied them working inside there cubes, spheres and even the rectangle colonising ships. He had even taken apart and remade there nannies without the Borg noticing. Unfortunately for harry, he made a mistake he beamed a Borg on as normal while it was recharging but an alien ship appeared and fired at the Borg cube. The Borg on bored his ship awoke and before he could react it assimilated him.
He became part of the collective. He was there when billions of planets were assimilated including earth without the spy/stealth tech earth had a hard time defending and running away from the Borg. They turned mars into a planet weapon to keep the Borg back as they retreated. Unfortunately that weapon backfired when the Borg assimilated it after a 2 month long battle.
Harry as part of the collective was lucky to survive the battle he was the lone survivor of his Borg cube unfortunately his borg cube drifted into a wormhole that the Qs had accidently opened… thus harry was sent as the sole borg to another dimension.
His cube crashed into a planet in the middle of the day…. No one noticed the cube hitting the planet they only felt the earthquake. A single drone left that cube that was 95% intact .Harry as a man dedicated to science decided to rebuild a better stronger Borg no matter the cost.
The new Borg would be able to think and hypothesise about science with freewill. Due to a new group he would build called science Borg. They borrow 1% processing power from the entire collective to think up new tools and weapons for the Borg sometimes even strategies.
He decided he would use the Borg as a think tank for himself to answer and discover everything he could ever want. Harry didn’t care about the billions of dead planets that were left behind thanks to him. He was more interested in science and while with the Borg his understanding of quantum physics had soared high into the sky.

He upgraded the Borg computers to make him the Borg mind and all others slave Borg. He started by upgrading the computer to be a quantum computer. He then used a signal bouncer to make a map of where he landed and find out where everything useful was.
Luckily for harry he found a village only 25 miles away and an adamantium mine 500 miles underground. He beamed himself to the outskirts of the village and started monitoring. He noticed some of the humans of this world had weird energy inside of them. Almost like small power plants these humans seemed stronger and faster than the rest of the humans in the village.
Harry decided to get the normal villagers assimilated and working on fixing the cube and mining the adamantium before he tried assimilating any of the strange humans. He wanted the cube to be in space if possible before he touched the strange humans. Harry started marking out houses full of villagers. He would start assimilation at night time every night to make things safer.
Village elder’s pov
I’m 90 and never have I had to deal with ghosts before, they have shown up and suddenly entire houses of people are becoming empty in the middle of the night. We have the local cultivators and the adventures guilds cultivators trying to protect the village, but it had no effect people disappear inside the walls even when there are cultivators guarding all over the walls. We put cultivators inside houses trying to stop it from happening but only the cultivators remain in the morning.
One of the strongest cultivators around lost his daughter said she disappeared right in front of him in a flash of light. He keeps trying to convince the other cultivators to leave with him and to evacuate the village.
In 5 days’ time everyone will decide for themselves I can’t make the decision for them as it might start a small riot we don’t have time for that. Its been 2 months since the disappearances started it was a house or 2 a night at the start now its close to 10 a night.
Harry Borg pov
“hahaha the villagers finally left the village “
I prepared the borg to assimilate the rest of the normal humans tonight we have learned the strange humans are called cultivators and train to get stronger a first tier cultivator can fight up to 200 normal villagers alone. There are 10 main ranks of cultivation and 10 small ranks per main rank. Luckily for us the strange humans only have main rank 0 sub rank 3 humans at most.
When the villagers and cultivators left we stopped mining operations and started to prepare to get a special human assimilated as it will speed up mining operations.
At night once the beaming started we got all normal humans out and looked for cultivators on their own. We found one out in the forest looking for the enemy at the ones near the fire said. We sent a spider Borg we had made recently up to him to assimilate him. …. It didn’t work as he had some sort of shield up. When he noticed the spider he crushed it and went back to watching the forest. We then looked for cultivators with their shields lowered we found a pair of 2 in a tent alone without shields. We snuck up and infiltrated from behind. The humans were procreating. We inserted assimilation tubes before they could make noise and then teleported to the ship we put up a level 10 forcefield immediately.
They hit the forcefield and did damage but by the time the forcefield hit 90% (2 hours ) we had finished assimilation and all borg scientist(2) started to work on using the new energy as an upgrade and a power source for better shields and weapons.
