Ness is born to a world of cruelty, where he has to fight monsters and unprincipled people to survive. It was a survival of the fittest, the strong ones survive, and tyrants appear to oppress the weak. The weak, they suffer and perish from the maws of a creature or the hands of their own race.  Where many falls, a death field to all, Ness will survive through blood and mud. Keep moving forward until he gets his own share of the pie, that is this world.
