Chapter two
Angela was on her way to school when she saw Dennis. Usually Bobby was with him, but there was only Dennis.
"Hey, have you seen Bobby?" Asked Dennis, who must have realized she was staring at him. "No," responded Angela. "But I DID see that his windows were smashed. When I looked inside I thought I saw red paint. Don't know what that was about."
"W-wait what?" Stammered Dennis. "We-were there any chunks of the paint that looked kind of pink?"
"I guess, why?" Puzzled Angela. "Wait, you don't think-" "Uh-huh." Answered Dennis. "He would've just thought it was a dream. He thought that every bad thing was a dream since watching Wizard of Oz." Dennis ran for the police station, hoping for a chance that Bobby was still alive. As the cops arrived at Bobby's house though, there was no doubt. It was Bobby on the walls.
School was let out that day, hoping for a recovery by next week. The district's mistake was all the kids knew was some random kid had died in his house. The only people who knew him were Angela, Dennis, and the bully, Tex Shamira.
"Where's the punching bag? I need to show him something." Smirked Tex. "DEAD." Snapped Angela. "Were you not in school? He was murdered in his own house. So why don't You just run to Norway and never come back. Maybe one of those things killed Bobby, so you can get revenge for your 'PUNCHING BAG'."
"Hey, maybe YOU can be my new punching bag." Grinned Tex.
As Tex started to Raise his arm, Angela's leg flew up, hitting Tex's face in less than a second. "What was that?" Whispered Dennis. "Sorry!" Screamed Angela. "My defense lessons must have kicked in."

"The building looks good." Complemented the Inspector. "I can tell you and the other priest take good care of this chur-" The doors slammed open, revealing a little girl with her stuffed bear. "Shella?" Yelled priest Selam. "I fought there was chuwch today." Babbled Shella. "I guess it's Mac and cheese monday. Can I have some? I wove ice cweam." As Shella spoke, the Vent rattled. The wall burst, showing a hideous creature. The beast lunged for priest Selam, ripping through his chest and gnawing and his neck. Out popped a smaller, less muscular version of the first creature with extra teeth. The small beast leaped on Shella. As the beast landed, it dove into her mouth, ripping her apart from the inside. The inspector ran for the door, but he was too late. The exit doors burst open, as a third, bear-like beast sprinted in and swallowed the inspector's head whole. As the first and second beast were dining, something changed in the third. He stood up, confused. Gone was the mindless killing machine, now regaining his ancestors consciousness. The beast grabbed the inspector's clothes as the other beasts ran. The creature stumbled out of the building and walked to the one place he could see and smell: a diner.

In honor of Bobby, Angela and Dennis went to his favorite place in the world, sweet Will's diner. It was on the edge of the town, about a half mile from the church. It had red seats, oak walls, and concrete floor. Bobby used to order the deluxe sandwich. It had ham, beef, pastrami, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and mayo.
"What can I get for you?" Questioned the waitress. "We would like two deluxe sandwiches with cokes." Ordered Dennis. As the waitress turned around, the doors burst open, nearly breaking, showing a hulking figure. As he walked over to Dennis and Angela, he sat down, putting intense pressure on the seat. "A- and what can I get for you?" Stammered the waitress after spinning around. "Sssaamme." Groaned the man. The waitress backed away, and then ran for the kitchen. "Who are you and what do you want?"shouted Angela." "Mmmoonnssterr." Shouted the man. "I- were aarre moonnssterrss. Ppooor chhiilldrrenn. Whhyy diidd wwee eeatt theemm? "These creatures, that are like you, have been killing and eating people, some who were children. They threaten all life, and they are mindless beasts who probably killed Bobby." "Yyesss." Hissed the beast. "Aandd I needdd yoourrr hhellp. Yyoouu aarre thhee rrooott. Thhe ffirrstt mmann waass yyouurr aancseesttorr, anndd noww evverrythinng it's afftterr rrellattionss tto yyouu.
