With that, Book 1 of The Bard of Xalir is finished. It’s been a long journey, filled with less danger than Norman’s, but now it’s over. Thank you for reading. Hopefully, you enjoyed reading it as much as I did writing it.

So what now? You might be surprised to see that I called this Book 1, that was not a mistake. Norman’s adventures are not done, but you will have to wait to read about Norman’s next adventure. While Book 2 is written, it is not edited. I want to make sure that it’s fully ready before I release it, so you’ll have to wait.

How long? I’m not sure. It could be a month, it could be a few months. Book 1 took me three months to edit, including the time it took for my beta readers to get back to me. You can expect Book 2 to take a similar amount of time, assuming I don’t need to make any major changes. Rest assured, Book 2 is coming, it will just take a while. For now, I’ll be placing this story on hiatus.
