[Flashback:Two years ago]

As I was walking around the city of Newport as I see people having fun spending money having fun with family or friends while I had none of that...no money nor family in this city I was just asking to die now...people in this city like how I was say that in Newport there are never happy endings for folks like us in Newport...

I had good looks and good skills to keep me surviving but it won't last forever I'm already 19 years old... as I continued walking in the day with my jacket on and my hood to cover my face as I stumbled across a NightClub named "Eclipse" as I saw a sign that said "For Hire" I thought easily I won't be getting this job but...Might as well try.

As I entered the nightclub it was normal to say the least for any normal night club probably since it's daytime right now while at night time is where the magic begins probably as I was then stopped by a employee named Ralph as it said on his ID tag on his shirt "we are not open sir" Ralph has said calmly as I looked at him calmly and said I'm just here for a job as Ralph then said "Alright follow me to the boss" as I was walking behind Ralph as we had gone past a bar then the dance floor as we were in front of a door that said "The Boss" as Ralph knocked twice as we heared someone behind the door that said "come in"

As Ralph open the door as I entered with with Ralph as The Boss was sitting on his sitting on his desk as he had Red hair and Green eyes and has a Suit on as that Suit screamed "RICH" as he looked at me with a smile and said to Ralph with a nice person persona " what did you bring to me today Ralph" as Ralph said " The kid wants a job here boss" as The boss then said I told you to call me Gabriel Ralph" as he whines as Ralph then sighs and says "boss I can't do that you know the rules of nightclubs here in Newport" as Gabriel sighs and mumbled "Stupid rules" as Ralph takes his leave as I sit down as Gabriel then still smiling asks why I wanted a job at "Eclipse" as I explained I needed money and a place to live and new clothes.

I had expected at least pity and being hired immediately but Gabriel lost his smile and looked at me passively and said "Why should I give you a job here...do you expect me to feel pity for you...even a hint of sorry for your place and life and conditions as they are now"... I had never heard anyone say that to me as I felt frustrated at his words as he looks so carefree but I have no authority against him...I need this job badly...as I look at Gabriel and said I don't want your pity nor a hint of sorry from you I want a job here I might not be the best nor the worst I want to improve and gain knowledge from here....I can learn fast and...as Gabriel cut me off and said passively "why should I trust you with your words you could be lying for all i know" as I know what he was doing he want me to loss my cool as i breathe in and out as I say...I can work in a bar and make drinks I seen the bar you have I can make drinks as Gabriel said "ohh a mixologist I see" I nodded and said I know the basics and the advancements as Gabriel looks at him and smiles and says "you got my attention kiddo.. well your hired then welcome to Eclipse" as he held out his hand as I shook it as Gabriel Said "you'll be working with another employee in the bar she is named Lillian but we call her Lilly she's a bit of a airhead but she's a charmer hope you won't fall i love with her~" as he smiled mischievously and chuckling like a kid that had stole something...for some reason I Hate that smile it's like he going to enjoy my suffering.

As I worked with Gabriel with my contact with him to join "Eclipse" Gabriel had explained to me the entire story of "Eclipse" as Gabriel had Explained that "Eclipse" isn't just a nightclub it's a family home for us employees and also Newport isn't just a normal city...I already knew that it wasn't a normal one as Gabriel had said that there other nightclubs that are competing against each other and "Eclipse" is also one of them as there's a certain event that always happends every year and that is "Club Wars" and that began back when the 18th Amendment was passed where no Alcohol was to be sold nor made but people didn't like that at all and so they took action with their own hands.

People in the 1900s made A speakeasy where there sold illegal and made alcohol where people can drink and drink and have fun but others made more Speakeasyes and took more customers into their business so after back and forth arguing they made a event named "Club Wars" where it's a club vs club and they have to fight to see who gains the most amount of money in a month and the winner gets of course money, territory and one choice where they can get anything they want but there's an exception "you can't force a club to disban nor be destroy" that's all.

The City Of Newport and other cites continues this event in present day even after the passing of the 21st amendment which made people be able to make and sell alcohol legally but most days many regular people don't know about "Club wars" these's days since its been hidden in history and record books from Cops and FBI only NightClubs in certain cities know about "Club War's"...after hearing all that from Gabriel I could tell that if I join "Eclipse" I would have to participate in joining "The Club Wars" but what else do I have I don't have anything to loose nor anything to be attached to so might as well sign the contract.

As I read the whole thing then sign it as I give it to Gabriel as he smiles and says with a smile "welcome to Eclipse and during your job shifts call me boss while we are alone call me Gabriel or also Uncle maybe Father" as I looked at him with a deadpan stare and then left as he whined but then said "your job shift is tommorow I'll inform Lilly about you and also i told you about that she is a bit of a airhead so try not to get to frustrated with her when working with her even if she doesn't know what she's doing most the times wrong" as I nodded and left and closed the door.
