When a serial killer makes his presence known in Castleton, the authorities scramble to find him and bring him to swift justice.  For that, they bring out the big guns.  Sort of. Deputy Dave Newsome is a sheriff's deputy close to retirement.  He wants nothing more than to buy a boat, an old cabin, and settle down.  The arrival of the vile Aquarius Killer changes all of that.   Putting his plans of off-the-grid living on hold, Newsome joins the manhunt.  Unfortunately for him, he is paired up with a bright-eyed young detective from the big city. Detective James Mackey. Things are about to get interesting.  And justice is about to get a whole lot messier.
